We had a breakfast, lunch and dinner here over our 5 night stay. It was a wonderful experience. Food and service are both world class. Would highly recommend. The chef/operators should be very proud of their management team.

Thank you Crystal who was our waitress. She took really good care of us and took the time to explain the menu items. Fantastic service.

Hands down one of the top 3 meals I ve ever had. 240 day dry aged steak is what dreams are made of! Food was amazing, wine was excellent and selected to pair, and the service was impeccable. What s more, is we had just come off the golf course in our attire and was made to feel welcomed to a very nice meal and atmosphere. I ll definitely be back!

I was really excited about eating here during a weekend getaway to watch a Morgan Wallen concert. I ordered the 240 day dry aged ribeye and was not personally impressed. The following morning we had the oatmeal and to be honest Im not sure how you can mess oatmeal up but they did. Overall it was not for me.

My dining experience at The Ritz Carlton with my wife and another couple was elevated to extraordinary heights thanks to Tiffany Tobey, the exceptional sommelier. Tiffanys passion for wine shone through in every recommendation she made, the perfect selections that complemented the flavors beautifully. Her knowledge and expertise were truly impressive, guiding us through a delightful journey of tastes and aromas that enhanced our evening. Tiffanys warm demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for her craft made the experience not only enjoyable but also educational. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone dining at The Ritz Carlton to seek out Tiffany Tobey for their wine pairing needs. Her ability to curate an unforgettable dining experience through her wine selections is unparalleled. Thank you, Tiffany, for making our evening one to remember!

The ambiance at Knife Italian is amazing, with couches and a lounge area that create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. I came for dinner with my family and ordered a ton of appetizers, which were actually good. The bread and the cool salmon chip were highlights, and the margherita pizza, though simple, was enjoyable. For the entree, I had the spaghetti, and as basic as it is, I really liked it a lot. However, the pizza was burned badly, so overall, dinner would get four stars. The reason Im giving Knife Italian three stars is because of my morning experience, which was absolutely horrible. My parents and I came for the breakfast buffet, which we heard is some of the best in the city. They had croissants, an omelette bar, and everything youd expect. I got an omelette, some eggs, croissants, and bagels typical breakfast buffet indulgence. Despite the good service and appealing setup, the eggs were horrible. So horrible, in fact, that they even out this review to three stars. After eating the eggs, I became really sick, and Im still sick while writing this review. Overall, combining my dinner and breakfast experiences, I give Knife Italian three stars.

I brought my gilrfriend here for her birthday, based on the recommendation of a friend. The experience was INCREDIBLE! our server was David and he was both very knowledgeable and very attentive. His wine pairing recommendations, even with my girlfriends very particular tastes, were spot on! And while David was our server, were were waited on by multiple people throughout the night. The food, too, was truly amazing. We had the Clams Oreganata to start, my girlfriend had the Whole Roasted Branzino, and I ordered the Goat Cheese Mezzaluna. David and the team were sensitive to my medical dietary restrictions, specifically blood orange which they use in many of their dishes one way or another. They were able to remove/replace the blood orange in nearly every dish without issue. The only dish they couldnt was the Mezzaluna. I was looking forward to that dish very much and was disappointed I couldnt have it, but David recommended the Chicken Scarpariello instead, and I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The chicken was very moist, and a much larger portion of food than I expected! I had plenty left over to take home and eat for lunch the next day! When it came time for dessert, the team brought my girlfriend their traditional birthday dessert. However, they explained that their typical birthday dessert (a tart) used blood orange again as a major ingredient and, keeping in mind that she would probably share the dessert with me, the chef made a special version with vanilla instead of fruit. It was delicious, and we decided to also order the tiramisu which was just as good! Our favorite tiramisu is one served at an italian/pizza restaurant in Los Angeles where Im from, and weve never had another that holds a candle to it - until we came to Knife Italian. It still doesnt take the top place, but one thing I will say about Knife Italians is the presentation was extremely unique and added to the overall experience! Overall, we felt the team at Knife Itian outdid themselves in every area, and we will definitely be returning soon! Dietary restrictions: David and the team were sensitive to my medical dietary restrictions, specifically blood orange which they use in many of their dishes one way or another. They were able to remove/replace the blood orange in nearly every dish without issue. The only dish they couldnt was the Mezzaluna. For a Ritz restaurant, I am not sure how long the concept will be around. Food service was incredibly slow, it took an hour for appetizers, and the food was just underwhelming. For an Italian restaurant the pastas were inedible. We paid our tab and unfortunately we won t be going back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Knife, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was absolutely delightful, combining modern elegance with a cozy, welcoming vibe. The design of the restaurant is fantastic, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a beautiful and comfortable space. The food was nothing short of amazing. Each dish was a testament to the chefs skill and creativity, bursting with flavor and presented with artistic flair. The menu offered plenty of food and drink options, ensuring that there was something to satisfy every palate. The service was impeccable. The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, making sure that we felt well taken care of throughout our meal. It was evident that the chef takes great pride in their work, and the passion for creating exceptional food shone through in every bite. Additionally, valet parking is available, making it convenient for guests to visit. Overall, Knife provides a dining experience that is hard to beat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal in a great setting.

Knife Italian has an amazing ambience and splendid look and feel. It feels luxurious and stylish in so many ways. Plus with the views of the courtyard and pool, the dining ambience can t be more perfect for this area. I rated 4 because there were a few times that some of the drinks we ordered from the menu wasn t available or was told the drink was too hard to make for the waitress or the bar tender isn t available. I was quite surprised to hear that. However our waitress did her best efforts to bring 1 of the drinks we ordered , but still the bottle that was used to infuse the drink Swept Away, was leaking. Not quite a presentation standard one would expect here.

Ritz Carlton restaurant with another best in class dining offering in DFW! Knife Italian brings classic Italian delicacies such as Pasta Pomodoro, Margherita Pizza, Burrata etc.. but they do it style, taste, and Ritz hospitality. Plus, this amazing food is paired with amazing cocktails (my personal favorite, Django) and local / international wines. I highly recommend this place and glad now we have a winner nearby for great food and atmosphere.

The Ritz Carlton is known for exceptional service, the reservation process and experice for knife does not meet this standard. I called to make a reservation for a party of 10 and for the first time ever, I was told a manager would have to call me back. In a modern age, who has the manager call back, especially at a restaurant of this caliber? A young lady called me back with the purpose of trying to upsell to a private room with a $3000 minimum. I asked if she could please email the details instead of calling because we already played phone tag twice. We exchanged another email where I politely requested a simple party of 10 in the main dining area. However, by this time the original dining time requested was no longer available because of the back-and-forth emails and calls, a two day delay. I rated the food excellent because I dined two weeks prior and the food and dining room service were exceptional. The restaurant should simply accept reservations without phone calls, this creates friction with guests, wastes time and fails to meet the Ritz Carlton standard.

Was really looking forward to this dinner being in the newly acquired Ritz. Unfortunately, it was underwhelming and very overpriced. You would think being in a 5 star hotel that it would be a fine dining experience, it s more of a casual trying to be trendy steakhouse. They really push their dry-aged steaks that are way overpriced and not as good as you would hope. The Italian dishes are definitely better, and IF we go back we ll stay far away from the steaks, which is unfortunate.

Disappointing Dining Experience at The Knife Italian, Ritz Carlton. My recent visit to The Knife Italian at the Ritz Carlton left much to be desired. As someone who appreciates fine dining, I had high expectations for this renowned establishment, but unfortunately, it fell short in several aspects.Firstly, while the menu options were adequate, they failed to impress in terms of both flavor and value. Having sampled numerous Italian cuisines, I found The Knife Italians offerings to be lackluster compared to other establishments, particularly considering the price point. The espresso martini, touted as a signature drink, was a major letdown. Its preparation lacked finesse, resulting in a lackluster and uninspiring cocktail that failed to deliver on its promise of bold flavors and sophistication. Moreover, the 45-day aged bistec, a dish one would expect to be a highlight, was surprisingly bland. Despite its aging process, the steak lacked depth of flavor and succulence, requiring the accompaniment of the Italian sauce to salvage any semblance of taste. In conclusion, while The Knife Italian at the Ritz Carlton offers an upscale ambiance and attentive service, the overall dining experience left much to be desired. With subpar food and disappointing cocktails, the establishment failed to justify its high prices. Regrettably, based on this experience, I do not foresee returning in the future.

Oh, Adam F. . . . Adam, our server, was a treasure last night. I had four guests with me at Tesars new restaurant on the Ritz Carlton LCs property (formerly the Four Seasons), and we were consistently delighted by every course we shared. A family-style, sharing experience for many of the larger dishes, Knife Italian is, according to Adam (oh, Adam . . .), an interpolation of Tesars family recipes mixed with modern cuisines many techniques and presentations. Fear not, however: none of the foods were inherently new, but really tweaked representations of classics. We had the following menu after the amuse bouche of fava beans and aged balsamic dressing: Kingfish with mussel bearnaise and caviar (light and delightful) Burrata salad (while burrata is great, it really was the tomatoes here that shined) Charcuterie board (tasty and varied) Potato gnocchi with shaved truffles (a MONSTER, and, all things considered, the tables favorite for the night) Eggplant parm (mines just as good *sigh*, but almost reaffirming in its simple, flavorful preparation) 120-day aged ribeye (essentially, a smaller take on bistecca fiorentina, and very satisfying) All were tremendous dishes with great skill in preparation. I was a little disappointed in the wine menu, but its just been open for three days. While they had some fine selections, I would greatly encourage the ownership and the sommelier (a delightful, young professional who was acquiescent enough to chat about a common acquaintance we shared) to explore getting some Sicilians, Sardinians, and other wines on their menu. In summary, a really lovely night of food, warmth, and drink. Im returning in the not-too-distant future to sample different things and recall some faves from last nights bacchanal. Also, Adams the man. *update your Google profile, KE . . . menu options in the review dont correlate to your menu. Vegetarian options: Ask the server.

My friend and I had dinner on Wednesday August 30th, 2023. Place is nice, on site attention great (post service not so much). We opted for vegetarian options. The server and manager has informed us that new dishes were available and that the launching date will be on September 1st, however those items were already on the menue and actually it was the recommendation made. I had a dish from the regular vegetarian menu and my friend followed the recommendation and ordered a dish from the new menu. She started feeling sick the same day and after even going to ER she is still today having the symptoms of the food poisoning. The next day of the dinner she called to the restaurant to inform and request the related meal batch was disposed of to prevent more people to get sick. She was told that theyll call her back, but no further calls, attentions, feedback nor contact has been made. Mistakes can happen but they way you react to them is what makes the difference.

We had a delicious Shrimp cocktail appetizer and when the chef wasnt happy with the Grouper which I had ordered, they were very apologetic and comped our appetizer. I had salmon instead which was divine. My husband had an incredible steak. The wedge salad was the best Ive had. Then on top of all the deliciousness, they brought us a surprise dessert with raspberry infused white chocolate petals that opened when the raspberry sauce was poured onto it. It was beautiful and delicious! The staff was very attentive and helpful, the service was outstanding. Wed highly recommend LAW.

I dont review often, but I wanted to post this hoping management can make changes. We frequent Law for Brunch, but since the change away from the Four Seasons name, the following are my observations (2/5/23): 1) The spread is not as lavish (most likely due to budget) 2) On this day, they only have egg white fritata for the egg dish. When I asked for scrambled eggs, I was told that this is an a la carte. Scrambled eggs used to be a standard staple. 3) The sushi station. There were no containers for the soy sauce. When asked, I was told that these are not available. Note that we were there when brunch just started. So I had to put the soy sauce on the dinner plate and tried not to have it go to other dishes. A a ramekin would do, if the plastic containers affects budget. 4) Dessert station had not serving utensils. I had to grab a cheesecake by hand and wash my hands. At least have it on small dessert plates? Part of food safety, I would think, as no one knows if someone else tried to grab it... I do hope it gets better again, as my wife and I, like to periodically go for brunch.

Was looking forward to a leisurely birthday brunch with my friends. This was my first experience at the Four Seasons Irving as I am new to the area. Unfortunately the brunch is not whats being advertised on their website. There are NO crab claws, no complimentary mimosas. I brought this up to the restaurant manager who said that our party will be taken care of. We did get 3 complimentary drinks.... The food is not up to Four Seasons standards, and I have been to a few properties around the world. The service is mediocre. I dont expect do be checked on every 5 minutes, but just a plain hows everything would go a long away. It would take a full page to describe the menu in details, but to sum this up - dont expect much and you will not be disappointed.

Very disappointed. Have been going there for years. Selections seemed like half of what they used to have. Understaffed, and only one staff member wearing a mask. Even though our whole table were wearing masks we werent given the common courtesy of our server donning a mask. Probably wont go back.

One of the most pleasant experiences of my life. The service was excellent, exceeding all my expectations from the moment I arrived. The staff was super friendly but the best was El Pato. That Duck was a delight that is not suitable for palates that are not from strong but delicious robust flavors, combined with the sauce of which I had the honor of discussing in person with the chef who created The Dish and The Menu which I hope to try in its entirety one day but for the moment I am content with trying to honor that delicious dish and the excellent chef who is also an excellent human being, visit this restaurant you will not regret it

When your boujee/bourgeois side wants to splurge nearby, instead of traveling alllll the way to Dallasland, come here. Food is decadent! But...... Why oh why did they have to place this restaurant / hotel next to a shopping center? Ugh... Bothers me.. This restaurant needs its own stand alone venue. Like this restaurant should be on an isle/island surrounded by a man-made lake in Irving, where you get whisked by mini ferries to and from the restaurant. How romanticos... Or walking paths of meadow walkways of Cherry Blossom Trees or Willows.

Went there for lunch today, Im not a member. I paid $28.00 for a hamburger, which I dont mind IF it was good hamburger. It was not even worth a $10.00 burger. I would have taken 5 Guys hamburger over this one every day of the week. I will NEVER even think about this restaurant again.

As always, LAW provides a quiet place to have a business lunch, great service from attentive waiters and staff, and awesome food! I had the avocado and salmon wrap with french fries. Nothing healthy about my meal LOL! But absolutely DELICIOUS!! The COVID precautions were good. Temp check on arrival to the hotel. Everyone was masked and we sat on the upper deck and had literally no one around us for 20+ ft. Thank you Four Seasons!!

This restaurant is absolutely one of the best for special occasion dinners. The ambience is second to none and guests will be amazed with the way this place is organized. The people working to serve the guests are polite, professional and do understand the dietary needs. I am really impressed with the diversity of food and a number of vegetarian options. The restaurant manager made sure that she greeted guests at every table which was kind of a nice gesture. Masks are mandatory and social distancing guidelines are followed to ensure the safety of everyone

Tuna starter was great. Main courses were average. Brussels side heavy on the vinegar. The disappointing part was the service. Our main server wasnt around and the backup did most of the work. It was just a lot of waiting to be served, waiting for drinks, so forth. Added food to our check that we didnt order. Had to wait again while they found our server and cleared that up. Just not up to the level expected being in the four seasons

Went her for the Brunch for Loves event this past Saturday and had a very nice experience. The options that were available were all very good. We started with the seafood options, which included snow crab claws, poke, shrimp cocktail, mussels, oysters, smoked salmon and a couple of different kinds of sushi. All were very nicely presented and tasted delicious. There was also a make your own ramen bar, a charcuterie section, a salad bar and a hot entree section which also included someone to make fresh omelettes or egg scrambles. There was a also a VERY nice dessert room that included a number of very nice desserts ranging from bread pudding to freshly made donuts. Overall, the food was very good and well prepared. The brunch all came with two mimosas which was also a nice touch. Our only complaint was that the restaurant was rather full that day and at times the food stations got very crowded as there is not a lot of room, especially in the seafood/dessert room. Our waiter was also very slow to come over and greet us after we sat down. It took him about 10 minutes just to bring water and ask of we would like anything to drink which we felt was excessive. Overall, I would recommend Law Restaurant for a nice brunch out with very good food in a nice setting.

We ate at Law for the 5 course New Years Eve dinner. Great menu and very creative culinary preparation. I paired the pork belly appetizer and the bacon wrapped pheasant with the Rafael et Fils Pinot Nor. The expresso chocolate cake was excellent. Table service was handled by the Law Team, so we received ample attention.

What a disappointment. Basically paid $300 to have half a soggy omelet and my son 5 pieces of bacon. The steak was rare only, we eat well done meat. The crepes were dry due to not being made fresh to order. So simply had half a soggy omelet. Did not even have chocolate ice cream for my son, so 5 pieces of bacon with bread is all he had. Trying to get drinks from servers was almost impossible! Worst part is I had phoned twice and asked them if we would be disappointed in the Christmas buffet as we really wanted a nice brunch. They said no we would love it.Well we were definitely disappointed and definitely not worth the $300 it cost us! We could have made better omelettes at home that would not have cost us $300.

The valet is free if you get the server to validate the ticket. The facility, service, and food/drinks were exceptional. We had the cornbread and bacon & sausage sample as starters. For entrees, surf & turf, steak, and duck for entrees. For sides, bacon Mac & cheese, broccolini, and brussels sprouts as appetizers. All were delicious but I could have done without cornbread and the brussels sprouts.

I will keep this short - we are from Dallas and eat out frequently. My husband and I went for a one night staycation at the Four Seasons, and whilst the hotel stay was underwhelming, LAW was a very welcome fabulously tasty surprise. Justin, the manager there was delightful and the food and service matched. Their akaushi Ribeye had a perfect crust on it and perfect cook, sides were excellent, apple pie was memorable and their cocktails were top notch (mine came in a very amusing copper Gnome!). I would definitely go back.
