I will keep this short but there were many issues (NOT the fault of Pizza Hut) and Alicia and the female manager working this evening went above and beyond correcting these issues. They didnt have to. But they did. In a world where good customer service is so rare these ladies went that extra mile. And I hope Pizza Hut recognizes the employees that keep them in business by giving them a well deserved raise! Thank you again

I ordered a pizza for delivery last night since I was packing my house and getting ready for a move and was told my pizza would arrive at 8:25. 9pm rolls around and nothing is here so I called. The store member answered and said if nothing shows up in 10 mins to call them back. Which nothing did. A young lady answered the phone and even said that it was an odd amount of time because I live 5 mins from the store. She extended her apologies and offered for a remake and for another person to deliver it. I declined the person bringing my pizza and told her I d be there to pick it up. I would be upset but they were hands on with making it right. The delivery person ended up bringing me my order almost one hour later and it was cold. They let me keep it and remade the order so my family could enjoy a hot meal.

Ordered a half pepperoni half bacon stuffed crust for delivery. They sent a door dash person, nice dude, 20 minutes later than what was said on the delivery. Pizza was on the colder side, the pepperoni slice I tried was so hard. Who hurt you all? I also had to go pick up the pizza at the front office. So much for delivery haha. My text also said Brittney was on her way with my food, and a dude showed up, get organized homies.

Pizza was good even my mother liked it. The honey BBQ wings were far less than satisfactory especially for the price. 6 1/2 wings for nearly 11.00?!! Why do you order 6 wings and get 6 1/2 wings? Not just pizza hut, everyone does false advertising in this manner. Only way to get REAL wings is buy them yourself at LA Michuacana.

The girl who answered the phone was already being rude taking about idk why I have to do this under her breath then she rudely hung up on me! If I can give ZERO STARTS I WOULD. The pizza toppings were scant. The crust was so thin it was crunchy but was supposed to be hand tossed. Paid for extra cheese but there was none. Sat in car 15 minutes waiting for them to bring out pizza. Both guys saw us but kept talking and never came out so we went inside to get our food that had been sitting in the warmer the whole time.

Wasnt too happy overall with this experience: had multiple complications trying to order online (came close to ordering elsewhere because of this infact), when finished - delivery time showed just over an hour (at first start before complications, was showed to be 23 minutes), & couldnt order only the $10.99 pizza special as they said it was just under the amount needed for delivery. With adding a garlic sauce inorder to get delivery & all the extra fees, it was close to $20!

I had multiple problems with this this location for lack of good management and possibly employees. There was a few times I ordered for delivery and they called me to ask to pick it up. There was one time they canceled my online order and didnt pick up the phone when I called back. Orders used to take forever and some of the food tasted stale and old. Even the pasta tasted like it had been frozen for a very long time... that old freezer taste was disgusting but I must admit that lately things have improved. I decided to give them a chance, we dont have many food options nearby. Lately the orders are being delivered in a timely manner, the food is hot and fresh and the drivers are super friendly so Im raising the amount of stars I had given them in the past.

Good morning before I tell you how our experience at Pizza Hut I like to thank God for blessing me live to see a brand new day. My husband love pizza so he decided that he wanted to go and get a large Meat Lovers at Pizza Hut. I apologize because I didnt want it pizza at that time but it was all for him matter fact two times. The pizza was so good to him he had to go back again the next day. It was so happy that he got the pizza was fresh the way he liked it the prize was excellent and very fair price for a large one I think so. They have very good customer service she Rock My World with her sweet personality. My husband was very satisfied. A satisfied customer always go back that is what we going to do thank you so much for the kindness you showed us. To the night staff that took care of us thank you so much for pleasing my husband.
