The pizza was absolutely fantastic the crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce rich and flavorful, and the toppings fresh and generous. It s clear that a lot of care goes into every slice, and the quality truly shines through. It was one of the best pizzas I ve had in a long time!

The atomosphere s cute and the food is descent but they included a 20% service charge on our bill that we were not made aware of, and they still had the tip section to encourage more tips. I was very surprised since we were a three person group and it didn t say anywhere about a service fee. I guess that was why our waiter was slow and inattentive throughout the night, I wouldn t recommend.

After a show at the Texas Theater, my girlfriend and I went to for a late night bite and decided on Sfuzzi. The fried calamari came out (note) quickly hot and fresh and was fantastic. Then the steak frites and chicken parm took what felt like an hour when it was really probably 20-30 min, and the place wasn t packed. Our server was mostly missing for me to ask where our food was, and when it finally came and we dug in it was lukewarm. While it tasted great, $80 for lukewarm food wasn t what we expected and our service was less than desirable.

The place has a good vibe with good pizza which are just of the right thickness. A big fan of their hot honey pizza which is both spicy and sweet. Their spicy vodka is bit too salty for me but thats just my opinion

No complaints on the food at all but the wait in between the dishes when you order the all you can eat option is ridiculous! My lady and I waited 30+ minutes for our first dish and order the second dish halfway thru our meal and 30 mins later the food was still not ready! The order actually never got put in I believe because our waiter had way too many tables to tend to. For a first time experience on a date night it was a complete fail. If you have time to waste and don t mind waiting at least 30 + minutes it s a great place to enjoy good vibes with a very nice ambiance! Other than that I will not recommend dining in! And to add insult to injury not only did I pay the tab in full, but tipped the waiter because at the end of the day it s not solely his responsibility! And after speaking to Ally (the GM), there was still no option to waive the fee or accommodate me appropriately for the inconvenience other than boxing up our next meal which was pizza( and we still waited 12 more minutes for that to be cooked)! Ally was polite and tried to explain the situation and why there s such a long wait but again that is not my problem to try to understand when we weren t given a disclosure that there would be such a lengthy wait in between food selections. As a business owner myself I know better customer service requirements to make sure my customers don t leave unsatisfied knowing that I did whatever I could do to make things right! Prebirthday date night was definitely not how we expected to spend our evening of festivities!!! Very disappointing to say the least.

Went there last week and it was a laid back chill. That has a dinner for 2 special that was on point. We had the organic chicken pizza with extra cheese with ranch... So damn good it wasnt even funny. We also had the carbonara that just needed a little bit more salt and they would have had something there. The fried mushrooms fries were really good. Will be back.

Was celebrating my Moms birthday and had a reservation. There were three tables sat inside and it took over 30 minutes and asking a manager to get someone to take our order. Food service was punctual after our complaint and food quality was solid. Edit: Manager asked us how service was and we voiced our opinion. Manager was very understanding and apologetic reducing our ticket and sending us with desert to go.

I had a reservation and came here, on time, with my 3 small children. Initially, no one was a the host stand to seat us. After waiting a while, someone came. I told her we had a reservation she said ok and walked away. While we were waiting a party came in after us. She walked right up to them to assist, they also said they had a reservation and they were seated right away. My children and I continued to wait, not being helped. By this time, 3 people were at the host stand , going over some restaurant logistics I supposed snd neglected to ask if i needed help. Eventually, another person asked us if wed been helped. I told her, I thought so, but apparently not. She had someone come to seat us in the empty restaurant. We placed our orders which took forever to come. Once our food came, gnats began swaring our table. My kids and I were constantly shoeing them away. This was absolutely disgusting. It was so bad, I had to ask for a box to put the pizza in to keep them off our food. She didnt even bother to apologize or even acknowledge when I brought the gnat problem to her attention. We ordered 3 different entrees and an appetizer. I ordered lemonade for my children, i was going to cut it with water to take away what I thought would have some sweetness. I tasted one of them and it tasted like water. I actually had to ask the waitress if theyd already put water in in for me, but no one had. No taste at all. The appetizer and one of the entrees were ok. The other entree, which had seafood, the pasta wasnt cooked enough, and the lobster tasted artificial and fishy. My children didnt enjoy the pizza, and theyre not picky eaters. They usually gobble pizza up with no problem, but they didnt want a second slice. One of my kiddos took one bite and declined to eat the rest. Also, 3 of the 4 womens restrooms were out of order! This made it difficult to get 3 little ones who had to toilet taken care of. The poor service, quality of food, and cleanliness would make a second time dining here a hard no for me.

Great atmosphere and staff. The food is good not great. No pasta with chicken piccata. Hummm. Drinks good at $12. All you can eat basically you will eat two things. lol Appreciate the reply and yes I would have added pasta to the dish, but it was suggested that it came with it because I asked is there was angel hair and was told only spaghetti. He didn;t say that it didnt come with any pasta. No worries. We will be back.

Everything about this place is great: great food, nice ambiance, and beautifully decorated. My only complaint is there is this woman customer who is always there getting drunk at the bar and acting weird. She kept on staring at me and laughing , she made me very self conscious and uncomfortable. I even asked her if she has a problem with me. When I asked the server about her, she said that this woman is a regular who is very odd and has a drinking problem.

I ordered their $22 spaghetti to go and I was not impressed! I received three dense very big meatballs that didnt have any flavor and the proportion of pasta to meatballs was not enough, not to mention the pasta was undercooked. Its safe to say I will probably not be returning to eat there but the bar drinks were really good. (Update in response to owners reply). 2/224/2024 11pm Rip off! Ordered 18 chicken pizza for $17 WITH EXTRA $3 pepperoni and WITH EXTRA $3 chciken and WITH EXTRA $3 mozzarella. Yikes. Disappointed to say the least. I came for Valentine s Day. Mixed drink my date got was terrible. Our drinks, appetizer and salad came out before we got our waters I had ordered beforehand. The salad was drenched in dressing making it soggy. Pass. The bruschetta was fine. Wouldn t get it again. The biggest disappointment of all, our lobster ravioli, I couldn t even stomach it, dry lobster pattie inside, rubbery texture that I had to drench in the sauce to even have flavor. $105 down the drain. The best part was the water they served us and even that took WAY too long to get.

Ohmagawd the tiramisu of my dreams. Definitely came from the legendary magic tiramisu drawer that we all wish was in our kitchen. I ve never even been to the restaurant, I just ordered dessert delivered because I felt like being fat in the privacy of my own home and shoveling said dessert into my face at an unacceptable rate. But maybe I ll have to learn some manners and go eat in public next time.

Not the same as the original from 30 years ago, and we knew that in advance, but it was a good experience just the same. Really enjoyed the pizza, excellent crispy crust. Mozzarella fritta was a hit with the family as was the calamari. Caprese salad was ice cold, so the flavor didnt come out. Would like for it to have sat out for a bit and included a little more balsamic drizzle. Unfortunately, we are only visiting. Wished we lived here to come back for another visit.

Food, service, and atmosphere all great. They were the most friendly of all Italian spots we called to do an early dinner. No hassle no drama. Table for 5. Next time Ill remind myself to ask for one a little farther from the pizza oven in the summer but great all around experience for my birthday and my best friends birthday too. I was hoping that this place would have great food and I was disappointed that they had great appetizers . The calamari was really nice. It s had a great fry and it wasn t chewy. It was very tasty! And I squeezed the grilled lemon on there after the waitress told me it would really bring out the flavor .. wrong. Too much lemon and NO pasta to help absorb the sauce. Didn t work for me. I didn t realize I was just basically ordering meat. We got red snapper that was over cooked and described as a bit crispy and not moist. Also the shrimp scampi was dry and the sauce was thick, the noodles were thick . and it was spicy! WTH! Thick noodles and a delicate meat like shrimp . Not. Wasn t very delectable. One of us had the Bucantini diávolo what a mistake. Very expensive seafood plate. Disappointed. We had children with us so we got pizza. The pizza was described as spicy . Too spicy for the kids. No kid friendly menu. More like a sports bar to tell the truth. Overall made me feel like we should have done drinks and appetizers and called it an evening. The waitress was great!!!! to her for her service and her attention. But I don t think I ll be returning. I had hoped that the 4 star review would get us a great meal. But it was mediocre and not worth the bucks spent on the entrees. Too bad. Nice space too. But Sfuzzi, if you re gonna serve entrees at the price point that you have them..,. You need to make some improvements. And parking is tight. So have your best driver skills Having time with the family was great. Being here for dinner was not Just grab an appetizer and a cocktail and you ll be okay. Not dinner

I ordered the Spicy Rigatoni pasta the first time I went. When it arrived, it wasn t warm at all. Pasta is meant to be hot when it comes to the table. I thought it was just a mistake, but I went back again last night and it arrived 40 minutes after we ordered (we were the only customers in the restaurant) and it was cold again? We want our pasta fresh and hot please! It was actually COLD to the touch lol not sure if it s the chef or servers take too long to bring it to the table. Pizza was great though! Maybe avoid the pasta if you come here until they start making it fresh. If you guys worked on this problem, as others have also complained as well, it would be great and a better overall dining experience.

My friends and I had an awesome time here for my birthday. Put in a rezo about a week early managed to work out 10 top which isnt easy because its not the biggest place, but thats what makes it feel nicer and not too chaotic. Service overall a B. We had a party, so if we were going to wait on food all coming at once, drinks for the table should have been prioritized. Easy money missed there IMO. Not a big deal tho. Good menu, had one friend w some of those annoying special requests n it was all handled great. The food was awesome...everyone said it was so good. Huge kudos on excellent food. Overall, it was great. Couldnt ask for much more. 100% will go back.

I dont know if the cheese was bad but Im thinking thats what it was. Debated writing a review until I noticed my fiancé was sick as well. It was definitely from the pizza. I went on a Friday night and had a great time. We ordered several drinks and a 1/2 organic chicken and 1/2 pie of the month (prosciutto, bacon, caramelized onions and arugula) with an Alfredo sauce base and it was so yummy 10/10 my friends tried the breakfast pizza and said it was great as well. The drinks were ok, I ve definitely had better but I would still give it a 7/10. I recommend trying this place. On Mondays they have $10 pizzas all night so I ll be back on a Monday.

The slowest and least attentive service I think Ive ever had at a restaurant. We stopped in for a quick bite then It took over 2 hrs to get 1 appetizer, 2 pasta entrees, and a dessert. None of it was worth the wait. It wasnt busy until we were leaving. We got there at 6 and didnt get out until well past 8.

Phenomenal aesthetic and the music was a vibe. Great location in Knox/Henderson area to grab a drink and some pizza. Highly suggest the Caesar salad - dressing was top tier and even though the lettuce was chopped a bit to finely, the overall taste was very good. Only downfall were the croutons ... way to hard/crunch (yes crunchier than normal by far) and they taste like pizza crust for some reason. However, still a great salad. Cheese was perfect.

What a disappointing experience my group had Friday night. They tried to sit our group of six in a 5-person booth. When we asked to move to one of the open larger tables, we were told those were already reserved. I guess our reservation wasnt as good as those? Our server was nice but was clueless on the menu. I ordered a very standard bar cocktail (Clover Club) and they werent able to make it. My husband called two separate times earlier in the week to confirm they a gluten-free spaghetti option. After placing my order, I was informed that they didnt have the spaghetti that night. Beyond frustrating. I ended up being the only one in the group who ordered pizza (only GF option). While it was good, it was brought to the table 10 mins before everyone else got their food. The seabass was so pungent that the table next to us actually moved away from us. Nothing else ordered was noteworthy. We will not be back.

I was excited to try this place. We walked in and the hostess let us know we would have 50 minutes to eat due to a buy out and we could only sit at the bar which was fine. We went to the bar and sat down nobody greeted us. The guy stared at us and proceeded to fix us waters and gave us a very dry hello. We ended up leaving because we could tell they didn t want to serve us. I see other reviews of POC having a similar experience so be aware.

The service was expedited and the food was equally amazing. We came in last minute a party of 12 and they sat us down within minutes. Then we separated and ended up having an extra party of 6. Super quick and worked hard to accommodate our large group last minute with friendliness and professionalism. Nothing was slacking when it came to service and quality! If your a POC I highly suggest not eating here place doesn t know if it wanted to be a restaurant or a club 1 star is generous i would rate them a 0 if i could. We made reservations of 3 for a birthday dinner & was super excited. When we arrived immediately the service we received was terrible , the hostess at the front told us we had to eat our food & move out of our booth ( the booth she seated us in btw ) by 10:45pm because they booked their booths for bottle service. Whatever that means . when it came time to pay we requested 3 to go boxes & the server took our cards to the back & did not return with them for over 20 mins. We tried to get the attention of other services but it felt like we where getting ignored intentionally... Another server checked in with us asking if we needed anything we requested 3 boxes from him & he never returned . After the original server retuned with our cards she only came with 2 of them instead of all 3 the front desk hostess then argued with us & got in our face & stating they didn t have it . When in fact they did have it. Customer service at this place is beyond poor , It s quite disgusting I must say.

Great Pizza, accommodating staff (our waitress was just around enough to be attentive, but not bothersome), we had a party of 14 (with Rez) and they are awesome. That Breakfast Pizza is awesome sauce. All the food ordered was enjoyed, but definitely get a pizza to share. Pies are big enough for 3-4 people, 14 pizzas. Artichoke dip is a must there with the bread they serve with. Good energy in this place, dj comes on around 9pm. If youre looking for a quiet spot, maybe not the place for you, but if youre looking for some good energy to enjoy your evening with friends/family Id visit this place. I dont know how this place isnt getting more bad reviews. They are trying to be bougie but it feels like cousin Vinny hired his grandma to make cold/dry pasta in his swanky 90s basement. My pasta had a large bone in it? Or maybe it was a 2 inch twig of some kind? I nearly choked on it. We had to order more sauce for both pastas and one of them showed up cold. The young blonde server was sweet but really bad at her job. She needs a mentor before serving on her own. The wine is way overpriced. The only good thing was the salad.

Great place for a birthday! Had a large group 20 people for my birthday. Wasn t charged a minimum which is great! Food & vibes super fun. Some seating issues occurred due to the weather being overly hot and waited an hour for my party to get seated, but they made up for it with complimentary appetizers & drinks. We ate at Sfuzzi for my friend s birthday dinner (~12 guests). Our server was very attentive and checked on us often. With the fire brick ovens and 100+ degree weather outside, the restaurant temp was uncomfortable. The host made sure to accommodate by bringing table and box fans for our us (helped a lot!). I ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza and it was okay. The Pizzas are 16 inches and are enough to feed 2-3 people. Try the blueberry mojito!

This was my spot after I graduated from college and I was heartbroken when they closed, so when I heard Sfuzzi was coming back to Dallas I was elated! Restaurant was packed so we ate on the patio. Luckily it was a nice night and honestly good people watching, so I was throughly entertained. I don t remember the interior being all red everything but it is now. I ll definitely dine inside next time to see what this red effect is about. Of course the first thing I order when I get there is their signature drink the Sfuzzi and it was just as yummy as I remembered it. My friend ordered the spinach artichoke dip to start and we devoured it. I wanted to order another it was that savory good but my friend stopped me haha. The unfortunately disappointing part was the Sausage Rustica pizza we ordered. It was just meh, not that flavorful and pretty underwhelming. Dipping it in the spicy ranch did take it up a notch though. Service was quick and our server was very attentive and sweet. I want to come back for happy hour and try something else(in addition to that bomb spinach dip). Not writing off the new Sfuzzi completely yet just won t order pizza again.
