We usually Dominos over anywhere else but lately the quality has been very poor. We ordered a Medium - Hand Tossed Sauce: Bbq Toppings: Chicken, onions & pineapple. The breading was thinner than a thin crust pizza only very flimsy. The chicken was burnt on the edges and very dry. Please do better!

I usually have little problem with this store but today I order a mid thin bacon pizza and got a full sizes jalapeño and onion I called them a total of 10 times no answer. We ordered 2 medium size 3-topping pizzas & a meat lovers with some extras. After having issues with the call center about payment. Payment was removed for order. After talking to two other stores, I talked to Kam, a driver- who needs a promotion - told me they did have my order & it was on the way to us already, despite being very busy. They had a slight problem with one pizza which they caught by the time it was delivered & called me. They replaced it and gave us a complimentarily dessert for the trouble. Kudos to Kam, his Assistant Manager, Store Manager and the rest of the staff at this store. I know where we will be back for pizza!! Thank you again for the great service!!

I just ordered a pizza from the Uber eats and there was no option for selecting the sauce. So I called them up told that I dont want the red sauce can you switch the sauce if I place an order now they said yes! And then after placing just to confirm I called back up in the next ten seconds of placing the order they were like no the system doesnt allow it we cant change the sauce. I mean is the system making the pizza or theres an actual person. The manager and everyone was so rude and why the hell did you lie about it before then? When I said Im gonna leave a review about it he was like yeah you can surely do that but they dont care about customer service at all! We had to go out so asked the employee if we placed order in store so would it be faster. He agreed. So we placed the order in store. But unfortunately the system charged us extra inspite of using the coupon. While waiting for the order we tried the same order through app and it is $8 less. It s a small amount but whatever saves money. Greg the general manager was kind enough to help us cancel the old order and place the order through App.

After placing my online carside pickup order I had to wait one hour in my car before they even began making my order, and that was only after I went in to ask them if they were working on it. They had not even processed my order but had gone through various other orders that were made after mine. Many of these other customers also had to go inside to receive any service. I will not be returning to this location again and would strongly warn anyone from going here.

I have been ordering the Philly Cheesesteak pizza from the Walnut Hill Ln, Irving location for the past 5 years and never had an issue with my orders until recently. *Whoever has been making those pizzas lately is cheating customers. I m guessing since mushrooms can be mistaken for beef when cooked, they decided to cheat customers by not putting steak on the pizza (or by putting only 2 tiny pieces). *Today, I had to literally dissect each slice of my 2 Philly cheesesteak pizzas to find 2 tiny pieces of steak. Recently had a delivery from this walnut hill location in Irving. Food was great. Most the time it is. Deliveries are pretty inconsistent so I asked the driver what the staff was like and he told me it s hard for them to retain drivers because the area is tough for tips. How people are still not tipping delivery drivers and waiters/waitresses is terrible. My thoughts is if you like your local dominos delivered on time. Tip the drivers so they can hire more

This is my regular Dominos, I order multiple times a month. I dont usually have a problem, the delivery drivers are always great. But between the app and the store, the wait times are a bust. Tracker was stuck on Prep for almost an hour and then it went back to the Making the Order stage. No one orders pizza so that it can arrive 2 hours later, if at all. Placed an order via phone on Sunday Night. Wanted delivery but it would have taken 1 hour and half to get. We decided to go pick it up. Order was incorrect. We notified the workers there it was wrong. One of the guys there started throwing a fit and throwing things on the table where he would be making the correct pizza and yelling at this co-workers. I usually order from this location (West Walnut Hill, Irving) and the food is usually great but this order was really disappointing. I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta dish with the barbecue wings the noodles were dry and burnt not enough sauce on the noodles the chicken was plain with a little drizzle of sauce on them they also appeared to be old and I was overcharged I was supposed to be charged $5.99 for each but instead I was not charged the coupon price and the cashier charged me $16.22 total. I might eat here again but I ll be sure to check my food and receipt before leaving the store

The food was okay but there was a little mix up to my order. The girl that picked up the phone was very sweet and helpful and said she would have someone send out another one. The driver Varghese was very rude. He had an attitude, shoved the box into my hands walked away without saying anything. I don t understand what his problem was but very unprofessional.

They never have delivery drivers and it s ridiculous. Why even have the option for delivery if you know that you have no delivery drivers. This the 5th time that they have did me like this. I place an order for delivery, then I get a call 20 minutes later stating that there is no driver.

Ive been here three months, and this was one of my favorite spots to order pizza from. Yesterday(3-2-2022) I ordered on-line and I paid at the store. I got there and the guy on the register stated that they could not take a $50 dollar bill from me because they didnt have the change to cover it. Mind you, they have a makeshift sign stating that they do not accept $100 bills. I will also add, my pizzas cost was $22 and change. Now, what establishment doesnt have $27 dollars after breaking a $50??? I politely reminded the gentleman that I have bought pizza online from here many times, paying with my credit card, but today, Im paying with cash. The manager got involved and suggested that I should go to 7/11 and buy something, then return and purchase their pizza! Comical right?? Not wanting to jump to conclusions as to why they wouldnt honor my cash like they honor my credit card, I insisted that the problem was solely theirs and Im not going to go spend my hard earned money somewhere else in order to come back and purchase their pizza. And since they dont have a real policy on not accepting my $50, they need to figure it out! Long story short, the guy working the register, took money out of his pocket to cover the change that the manager claimed they didnt have. Unbelievable!! Other than that, my orders are always fresh and on time, but whatever they have going on with the big bills thing, needs to be on an official policy letter and not scribbled with a marker. Thank you!

I get there and nobody is in the lobby I finally see someone in the back and I wave at them to get their attention they clearly see me and ignore then continues to hides in the back I then started whistling to get someone s attention a guy comes running from what appears to be the restroom he doesn t use hand sanitizer I then give him my money to pay him and says he can t take my 20 dollar bill because it looks worn out I could ve paid with my card but he already showed me his bad service so I left on top of that store is dirty and they had the dough sitting in the table behind the counter with flies flying around it

Poor customer service. Night shift 02/21/22; Guy messes up my wife s order. Remakes the pizza and after I asked to have the wrong pizza he condescendingly says, You already got the reorder so I m throwing it away. Didn t even offer a discount on the pizza he was throwing away for his mistake. It would be nice to have a company that still cares about their customers time and experience. I ve been here multiple times and everyone has been genuinely nice and thoughtful. As a manager it s imperative to hire and develop people who care.

I ordered a two topping pizza and this is what I get . 2 slices edible wnd the rest of the pie burnt up. Thanks for messing up dinner . Should ve stuck to my gut and went to Pizza Hut . I called the place twice wnd didn t get an answer called three times and didn t get an answer . Stay away from this place .

This location is consistently terrible. I ve been completely ghosted on delivery orders, more than once. No updates, no food, complete radio silence. When I have received food, it s been wrong, incomplete, or cold. No more Domino s for me.

I regret going to this dominos pizza location. Please people dont let Becky Rebecca attend to you she is very unprofessional and rude she is the worst employee I have ever see. I have been going to this location since 8 years I have never had a bad experience before, but today is my first bad experience with this dominos pizza with this location. Becky is very rude and I dont recommend her as a good employee because of her bad attitude on customer and very unprofessional. I ordered online and 30 minutes later the tracker says my order was cancelled. I called and they said my order WASNT cancelled and that it was already made and ready to be delivered. I waited another 45 minutes and called back. This time they said my order WAS cancelled. Even though my pizza was sitting there, they refused to deliver it and said Id have to go pick it up.

Employee rude over the phone the first time around. Ive ordered from this location for 2 years and was floored at this experience.

Wouldnt take a delivery order over an hour before closing. This was during a weekday. Was told they didnt have a driver and then that they did have a driver they were just busy and werent taking anymore orders. Dont understand why dominoes would not have more workers/make sure they can deliver until at least 30 min before closing. Dont advertise that your open until 2 AM and you also can deliver if you cant. Its bad business.

Order a medium pan pizza with 5 toppings. It was very flimsy which I thought might have been due to extra sauce and toppings. No, it was RAW dough. Dominos is not usually my 1st choice, but this sure didnt help.

I ordered a pizza with olives and cheese and while my kids were eating I found a piece of ham on it which we can t eat for religious reasons. I also found pieces of bacon in my chicken Alfredo. This used to be my go to place because their pizza is good but that s the last time order from there.
