Very clean and well maintained trail. People usually bike or walk. Its gets too hot in summers as there aren t much trees to provide shade. There aren t any restrooms/ water fountain as well.

Best way to unwind the evening also the mornings. It s wide, clean and well maintained trail. One of the best place to view the golden hours and also a great place to view moon rises. There are workout equipment s installed as well. I finish my 4 miles walk in this trail.

Very nice trail can lead you to las colinas from one side or to Sam Houston trail (valley ranch) from the other side, it is located in the La Villita compound which also is a great place to visit and take a small walk around the lake and watch the birds and ducks also some playgrounds for kids .

Very accessible from multiple directions. Lots of parking that is regularly patrolled by Irving Police. Kept clean and trash free. Lot of trees, nice trail, and fresh air to breathe. No masks required.

Very small park, tiny playground. Very little parking, but has access to Campion Trail easily. I went to fish and had to hike 200ft or so through the uncut woods to get to the waters edge. Spotted a couple coyotes on the far bank.

Was visiting the Irving area and needed a place to run. I found this place and it was a tremendous blessing. Unfortunately, the parks to the south are closed. So, I was only able to run about two miles before I had to turn around. Then I ran to the park to the north, which is Sam Houston Park. That also was very nice. I was able to go about another 2.5 miles before that park ended. The final run was a little less than 9 miles. Lots of nature by the river. Very clean. Not well lit early in the morning. All in all in was a very good experience.
