Inchin's Bamboo Garden is an Indo Chinese concept originating from Atlanta, Georgia. The core of our menu is the kind of Chinese food served in India- spicier, tangier flavors. Our first restaurant opened 17 years ago, and since then we have adapted and changed with the times. Our menu now is Asian fusion, with dishes from China, India, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore! No food experience is complete without delicious and unique cocktails, and for that we have a full service craft cocktail bar as well. Come and experience the magic of Inchin's Bamboo Garden!

We ask for spicy food.it was like normal and cold food no test at all. Use to be have really good food. Shouldn t be 1 start must be management ,staff and cook must be change.

Inchings in Irving used to be one of my go-to spots for Indo-Chinese cuisine, but sadly, things have taken a turn for the worse over the past few months. What once felt like a vibrant, high-quality restaurant has now become a disappointing dining experience. I suspect they ve changed both the chef and staff, and unfortunately, it s painfully obvious. The food quality has dropped dramatically. On my most recent visit, the dishes arrived cold, which immediately dampened the experience. The once-crispy potatoes were stale, lacking any freshness or flavor. One of my favorite dishes, the garlic noodles, used to be packed with a rich, garlicky punch, but this time they were completely bland, tasting like they had barely been seasoned at all. Beyond the disappointing food, the service has become incredibly slow. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and unprepared, with very little knowledge about the menu or how to handle even basic requests. It was frustrating to feel like the staff was simply going through the motions rather than providing a good dining experience. To make matters worse, the restaurant, which used to be bustling with energy and full tables, was practically empty during my visit. The lack of customers seemed to reflect the declining standards. It s disheartening to see a once-popular spot with barely anyone dining there it almost felt like a ghost of the restaurant it used to be. Overall, it s disappointing to witness the decline of Inchings. This used to be a place I would recommend to friends, but after my recent experiences, I don t think I ll be coming back anytime soon. I really hope they take notice of the changes in quality and service and make improvements because the potential is still there it just needs to be restored.

I m not sure if there was a language barrier or she just hadn t been trained. I tried to ask several times what vegetables were included. Couldn t get an answer. Our appetizers came out after the meals. We couldn t get more water. The dumpling sampler plate was nice. It s a cute place.

We have been going to inchin s since 2015. Food used to be good and we enjoyed each time we visited! But that changed today!! We went there for lunch and were deeply disappointed and angry with the food quality & quantity!!! To start with, chicken manchow soup was tasty, perfect balance of veggies & chicken loaded with plenty of flavor and the fried flat noodles served were old. They seemed crispy but soft crispy and not fresh. The chicken Manchuria was ok & edible but the tiny naan served with it was store bought and in less then 2 minutes the second half became hard. Everywhere naan comes in 4 pieces but here it s half the size and comes in 2 small pieces. Another horrible item we tried was Thai curry dumplings, had zero flavor and was overly charged for 3 pieces. ANYONE CONSIDERING GOING TO THIS PLACE, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE IF YOU REALLY WANT TO ENJOY FOOD!!!

I visited this place today for my cousins birthday. Ambience and food taste is good but the waitress was a Mexican and she couldnt understand the basic English. I was trying to ask her to suggest some popular dishes but she couldnt understand our query. Im not commenting about her not understanding English but suitable staff should be placed, since its pan asian restaurant the basic expectation would be that the staff understands basic English, engage with us and make our experience better. Also, we werent tracking time when having food and a minute before closing the kitchen, the waitress comes and asks if we need anything else...and when asked for 5mins to decide, she was rude and said no straight to the face. Friendly and good English speaking staff could have elevated the experience here but the food is okay though expensive for the quantity they provide.

We had recently been to this restaurant...we had heard so much about this place and decided to try but other than the ambience there is nothing great about this place. ambience is really nice...service is too slow , servers dont understand while taking orders, very pricey for the quantity of food they serve . For a Saturday night it was not even half full. For starters we ordered veg fried nomos , paneer tacos and masala papad. Paneer tacos was really tasty ( only 3mino pcs for $12)...momos filling was tasty but outside texture was weird...not fried properly and not crisp at all ( only 3 baby momos for $8) ..masala papad was soft . For main course we ordered street style veg noodles which were good ..standard nothing great .. we also ordered paneer methi malai ...the gravy was good but paneer was very hard and very less gravy...served with sticky rice ..we had ordered a garlic naan and butter naan and both very very rubbery and thick ..overall paid $80 and for this food . Never going back .

I heard highly about this restaurant from my friends and colleagues. This indo-chinese fusion restaurant can be a foodies favorite. I loved the ambience more than I liked their food. We ordered chicken hot and sour soup, Manchurian dumplings, pepper chicken and triple szechwan chicken noodle. For my taste bud the food was very spicy. But it was tasty. They have room for improving their services. But what we were offered was not too bad. Wheelchair accessibility: It is a wheelchair restaurant. The doors are automatic, but accessible. The accessible parking is right in front of the restaurant. Inside seating can be converted to as well. The separate restrooms for both male and female are accessible too.

We have been coming here for a while. We usually get the street side chow mein, it s usually kind of spicy, it has one star on the menu for its spice level. This time we had ordered it, it s more spicy than usual and we had complained to the server. The server says this is how the dish always is made. We ate a few bites of the food and the server states that more than half of the dish is gone. Due to it being half gone she says she will only charge for half the price instead of remaking the dish. The server was non stop providing excuses. I just wish she just simply understood and went to go remake it.

I recently reached out to the manager/owner, Satish, at Inchins Bamboo Garden in Irving for a party order, and I must say I had a disappointing experience. Satish was not only extremely rude but also abruptly ended the call mid-conversation. Its evident that he lacks the ability to listen and comprehend customers requests. While I had a less-than-stellar experience a few months ago, I gave it the benefit of the doubt as a one-time occurrence. However, my recent encounter was the final straw. The service, both inside the restaurant and from the management, was consistently rude and unpleasant. Furthermore, after discussing my experience with friends, Ive learned that the food quality can be inconsistent, with reports of stale and unpleasant odors. This was particularly disheartening as I was looking for a unique menu for an upcoming party. In the end, Im relieved that the party order didnt work out with Inchins Bamboo Garden, and I have no intentions of returning to this establishment.

From the moment we walked in, the service was abysmal. We waited 20 minutes just to be seated despite numerous empty tables, and once we finally had a spot, it took another 30 minutes for someone to take our order. The staff seemed disinterested, almost as if serving us was a chore. Multiple attempts to flag down a server for basic things like extra napkins or water refills were met with either neglect or annoyance. Its unfortunate because the ambiance had potential, but the terrible service overshadowed everything else. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to anyone, no matter how good the food might have been if served properly.

Worst Service Ever .. we reached at off peak hours and the restaurant was more than 50% empty. We were standing at the door to be seated for 10 -15min and to my surprise, servers were looking from far that guests are waiting at the door and would turn their back as if we didn t even exist and run away in the kitchen. Finally one of the server arrived and asked us to sit at the table near the bathroom. We told her that we are not comfortable sitting there and asked for another table that was empty. She refused to give us that table and said we will have to wait till one of the table gets empty. This was ridiculous more than 50% of the restaurant was empty and still she wants us to wait for the table to get empty and not give us the table which was readily available. She was so arrogant and rude. She would not even look at you. nor listen to you, and not even smile at you. When I asked her to provide the managers number, she said OK and walked away serving other customers hoping for us to wait till she finishes everything after an hour or two. This is so disrespectful. We would not even treat baggers like this. She acted as if they will be serving the food for free. We walked out of the restaurant after this humiliation. Since they were so unhappy of having customers and the initial treatment is so bad, God knows how are they going to serve the food and what goes in the kitchen? This restaurant is absolutely not worth my business. I highly recommend people not to visit this restaurant as they do not like to have customers. I really have my high suspicion about what must be going on in their kitchen.

Worst dine in experience.Torn seats with foam sticking out. The server didnt allow or offer a different seat, even when the restaurant was practically empty. If I am spending more than $100 on a meal, I expect basic necessities such as seats to be in good condition. Thoroughly disappointed

AWFUL!!! The only 2 African American customers doing door dash pickups were made to wait over an hour, while all others were served ahead of us. Obviously anti-black Americans. The staff thought it was funny whenever we would ask about our order. I mean they literally would laugh at us. Its the worst!!!

Amazing food and hospitality!! We got Chicken Hot n Sour soup, Masala Papad, Chinese Bhel, Chicken Chowmein, Chilli Chicken, Burnt garlic fried rice, Thai Basil fried rice. Chowmein is not the best tasting and fried rice are ok. There is a heavy taste of ground red chillies in all the fried rice dishes which makes it difficult to distinguish each of them. Otherwise, other dishes taste good and they are worth the price.

We went to the restaurant last weekend and the first disappointment was the wait time. It took so long to get our drinks. Next was the masala papad. We never saw someone adding potatoes over papad. That was second disappointment. Third thing was main entree. It was so sweet. We ordered chicken 65 and schezwan fried rice and both were sweet. Not of worthy 2 stars. Just the ambience was good.

Good ambiance with very consistent flavors all the time. One restaurant that never disappoints. We were so excited to try out momos which turned out really delicious. Veg manchurian curry was delicious. Pan fried chilli Paneer is my favorite. Fried ice cream is not up to mark with think outside. Apart from that everything is perfect and would definitely recommend this place.

We ordered Food Online for take out at Irwin, Texas location. When we arrived to pickup the order the serving lady told why are we late for the order. Then after waiting for 20+ minutes, she talked to the manager and as per his instructions accused me of already taking the food earlier. Which was outrageous and worst thing to tell a customer when the Restaurant themselves lost the order. The did not even have the courtesy to say sorry for Misplacing someones prepaid order. I would never recommend anyone to go there in-person forget about take out after ruining my families whole evening dinner plans.

I will say we really like their food but my recent visit definitely irked me. Some of their seats are torn so they have put big patches of tape on the seats. While I was getting up after finishing my food I felt something sticky on my pants. Their tape left black patch of glue on my pants and ruined it. This is the last thing you want when you go outside to enjoy your food and their sorry is not going to compensate for my pants.

It used to be a nice place to dine in few years back . But now though the ambience is good there are only handful of dishes that we can pick to say it tastes good .I went to dine in with my visiting family and they were disappointed too , one order we remember was momo( it was 3 pieces for 10$ )listed very pricy offers with a bottled sauce on the table .I gave it so much of thought before I can write a review like this , I also visited once again thinking to give it a chance but still it is the same . Hope to see some improvements.

This place always has mixed reviews and their food and service echos that. Stopped by for lunch with few colleagues. We ordered lunch specials which are served with soup and spring rolls. I ordered Chicken Manchurian with Chicken fried rice. Chicken Manchurian was good but fried rice was meh! Yellow curry was sweet and not good at all. Hot and sour soup and springroll were good as well. By 1pm on weekend they ran out of Vindaloo which is surprising.

I had a good experience in the Virginia location of this chain so thought of trying this place. So ignored the bad reviews and visited this place. But the disappointing experience made me write a bad review as well. The food did not taste good. Two important things better everyone needs to be aware of are, their naan seemed to be bought from the club stores and not even reheated properly. It exactly matched the one I had bought from a club chain. Their Ceylon parato is NOT Ceylon parota at all, but the frozen parota that we get from the Indian stores. And, that is also not reheated properly. Disappointing experience, will not recommend it to anyone.

We ordered Togo from the restaurnat. First thing we ate had stapler pin in it which got stuck in my wifes teeth that she had to pull it out. She could have gotten hurt as well. This is totally unacceptable and might be a violation of food safety code as well. Unfortunately had to throw everything else as did not want to eat food that might have pins in it. This is not what I expect from a restaurant claiming to be great.

Good ambience but the food taste is okay. We were so excited to try out Chinese Bhel but it just was oil fried sev in tamarind water. Chicken 65 fried rice tasted good and so did crispy chilli babycorn but nothing to make us awe considering the premium price. The chicken hot and sour soup contained too mushy chicken pieces and had a slightly bad odor.

They served stinking chicken today to me and I asked the server to smell and the lady that usually acts like doesn t understand to what I say, this time she also acted like can t smell anything. Lol. When I asked her to keep it until I ll ask her manager to smell the horrible thing they served, then she took it off the table quickly. If there was an option for zero star. We would ve given that. Manager has no hospitality/customer service. No knowledge. Avoid this establishment, they don t value you or your money. They think they are your bosses. Whoever the new guy Incharge is , has no respect. He was disrespectful to our table of 7, where they charge extra tip but zero . We ordered Pepsi regular - the so called manager said they do have that, we were served diet and when we complained the manager shouted on us said we don t know anything. This place is a scam!!!!!! Avoid avoid avoid.

Guys, think twice before choosing this place with our experience with family went for dinner. 1. Poor food quality, not hygienic 2. Min 45min-1hr wait time for any order you chose 3. If you are 5+ people, they will take away 22% without asking you (cheating). 4. Ruthless waiters, rude service folks they will shout at you if you dont give tips. 5. Overall very worst restaurant We dont want to give even 1 star, but this posting is not allowing us to submit without a star rating.
