I have been going to KNails for over 2 years and they are really cool Staff and know their jobs very well!! I am always excited to see the workers especially Tony and Nee , Crystal! I recommend this nail place so much the staff are amazing and they are dedicated to their work. My nails turned out great just for 80$. My nail tech stayed behind an extra 30 minutes just for my nails and they look perfect. I highly recommend

Ive been here twice and Crystal is amazing! She really does a great job and my nails come out looking exactly how I wanted them to! The place is very clean and the staff are polite and nice. I am quite shy and dont feel comfortable chatting much, so I like that the staff are friendly but not invasive.

I went a month ago I booked appointment for 5 , I came early and didnt get my nails done until 5:30, there was mouse urine smell leaves and dirt on the ground a staff was walking around bare foot. The lady who did my nails kept messing up my nail color which was fine. I get there was miscommunication but she became rude. That made me sad and she made me pay during getting my nails down which no one else had to. I would never come back or recommend this place to my friends. Cleanliness: Smelled like mouse urine, dirt and leaves on the ground. Stylist: She was not nice.

Wish I had gone here first! Originally tried Ciel Nail Lounge and completely regretted it. Although the interior is more humble and contained less stations the service I received from everyone was 1000% better than the other location provided. The staff was pleasant and efficient without sacrificing quality. Went to get a different dip set for my courthouse wedding. They removed the old set while I got a pedicure with matching gel! Appreciate the work and will be returning when I need to change up the set I have now! Thank you for the experience! I believe it was Suesie and Tony who completed my nails and pedicure.

I got my nails done with Crystal. She took the time to show me all the options they had and got my nails done in a timely manner. Only side note I have is that they offer soak offs which I selected as a service but they just popped off my nails.

The only reason I put 3 stars is because all the other times I ve went I ve had a great experience but today was not the best, they left me sitting for more than 10 mins after they started getting people and js left me until it was obvious I was just a little upset but other than that they are usually better

Uncomfortable chairs, looks dirty (bathroom did not have paper towels and they filled soap dispenser with water ), and they could not do a simple design i requested. Person who did my Pedi left gel polish smeared on the side of my toe and parts of my feet. He didnt even finish my feet off with moisturizing oil or put my sandals on. I can definitely say this is one of the worst experiences at a nails salon. Not worth $50.

Called and made an appointment for 6pm not knowing they closed at 7. The minute I arrived they seemed to be in a rush to get me in and out. The pedicure was extremely short. She hardly scrubbed off dead skin and didn t cut around nail as is typically done. Additionally, she didn t do the customary foot massage/rub. It was one of the most lackluster experiences, but it actually got worse! I also had a manicure and requested acrylic be removed. The girl didn t remove all of the acrylic, she didn t clip the lifted skin around the nails and again no massage because they were ready to leave. I requested a clear coat just to prevent nails from chipping as I wanted to let them rest from the acrylic and she rushed to the extent of polishing with clear coat and immediately after placing oil around the cuticle and saying I was done. Needless to say the oil lifted the clear polish by the time I got in my car the polish was peeling off. If they want to leave before 7 then they should adjust their operation hours. I was the only one in the salon from 6-7pm. Terrible service, but I will never return. As a response to my review the place replied and said please make sure you leave a review FOR THE RIGHT PLACE. Are you kidding? It is the right place. You are K Nails on the corner of o Connor and Rochelle! How dare you? Rather than apologize you mislead others. I would NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR nail shop again.

AWESOME..me and my friend went last min .they told us 20min wait time..we waited and even though they were almost closed they took their time with both of our sets and were super sweet...they finished even after closing up..such sweet woman! If we slide back into town thats where we will go for sure...also they looked at our pictures of what we wanted and NAILED IT!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH

Im late to going to a salon for manicure/pedicure treatment and waxing. I went to a different salon for a year or so before I found this salon. K Nails is a comfortable place to be. The women are older, mature, and professional. When they talk amongst themselves, I never feel as though theyre saying snarky things about me as I have at other places. I love these ladies and this salon. Its not pretentious. It is cozy and affordable.

I really wanted to like this place because the employees are very nice and it was close by to where I lived. However, I came here for a fill and some nail art and was disappointed. The person who applied the acrylic got it on the edges of my skin around the nail so when I eventually removed my nails it took skin with it (painful and not fun). And the other person who did my nail art rushed it and it looked nothing like the display.

First time here, came with my mom for pedicures. About an hour before they closed. They werent too busy, but only had 3 employees, one left as soon as she was done. The other two stayed over an hour after they had already closed to get our pedicures done. They didnt rush, they didnt try to hurry, they did a really good job, and even had a good conversation with us. One of the best pedicures Ive had in a while. I will definitely be back here again, maybe next time earlier so they wont have to stay so late.

Pros: Good price and really sweet people. I was greeted with friendly enthusiasm at the door. They did a great job on my nails (had a gel manicure and a pedicure). Good attention to detail. Cons: Dont expect to feel pampered or fancy. No menu to choose from - basic services only from what I could tell. I received no massage on either service. Got both done for $50 which is a great price but I think Ill only be coming here when Im tight on cash. Id rather spend $10-20 more somewhere else and feel spoiled. For anyone who doesnt care about the massage or frills - this is the place for you!
