They dont serve food which is kind of annoying. I think everywhere that sells alcohol should have some food pretzels, peanuts something. But besides that the music was good the drinks were nice and the crowd wasnt too young so I like that.

Its not my scene, but the service and drinks were good, got there early (just before 9 pm Saturday) so we had a section for free. The drinks were ok, and reasonably priced. There was a mixed crowd, and the music/DJ was decent. Idk if I would return bc it wasnt the vibe I go for. Parking: Its a strip center with an event venue next door.

Me and my crew of 20 were too excited to return to this establishment to celebrate a birthday as we had previously celebrated an anniversary here a year ago. Unfortunately, after paying for the biggest section and having the largest amount of people in our section, we could not get the DJ to accommodate any of the music requests for the birthday girl and her family and friends who traveled from New Orleans, Louisiana to celebrate. 30 minutes before the club closed, we finally got to hear some music as the lights were coming on prompting other patrons to leave. Aside from that, once we got our bottle service 30 minutes after we arrived, our bartender was very accommodating. Several flyers on social media mention that Saturdays are Grown & Sexy night (which appealed to the 49 year old birthday girl). Unfortunately, the advertisement was false and I wouldnt suggest anyone goes on said night.

Nice spot for drinks, hookah, and a cigar (outside). Its a 30 and up spot, so I felt old as the crowd started coming in but still enjoyed myself. They have a flight for $20, which you can not beat. The only thing I didnt like was that the dress code was hit or miss. There were some guys with shorts and sneakers on, but a friend was denied because he had on Jean shorts. Other than that, I recommend.

This establishment is a very relaxing atmosphere very clean the service are amazing the bar tenders ensure your service is always great. I actually got a chance to speak with the bar owner she is very polite and ensured great service to all whom came. The bathrooms were very clean as well. I will definitely return again!

This was the most unkept lounge and bar I have ever been in. The so called manger was very rude and unprofessional, when we asked to be moved to a booth that was less damaged (they were all damaged) than the one they put us in she said no the better booth was reserved for the owner which could have been her for all I know because she was sitting there drinking all night. We paid for a reserved booth but was told nobody has ever complained about sitting in the damaged booths and if we have a problem we can get a refund and leave. I did declined because we had come a nice distance and was hosting family from out of town and did not want to ruin their night (so we chose to make the most of the night). The ladies bathroom was one of the nastiest I have ever been in and the drinks were weak. The food truck and the DJ were good. I will never go back there because it is clear customer service is a part of the culture there and our business was not appreciated.

the club is HORRIBLE! they show favoritism and love to whom they want to show it to. Service is very slow! Dawn(or however you spell her name) shouldnt be an owner. Her service and attitude SUCKS! The ladies room is very so nasty! The DJ suck, the drinks sucks, they do what they want to do on certain nights! Theyre supposed to be 30 and up on Saturdays, but Ive seen 21 year olds on a Saturday night so drunk passed out, Ive also seen 21+ not even 30 celebrating theyre birthdays that havent made 30 which Saturdays are 30+. The workers or waitress are fairly lazy, they drink and smoke hookah most of their shift which take away from them helping the customers. I wouldnt recommend the club to anyone! At all not even on a good day!

This evening after attending a birthday celebratory event with a friend, they decided to patronize Royalty Bar & Lounge. The birthday dinner was held at Los Cucos, a very casual restaurant in which I decided to wear shorts. The swift transition to Royalty, (me as a new client and customer) I was notified that my dress code was not appropriate and violated the strict clothing regulation. I informed the security officer that I wanted to speak to a manager or supervisor. I proceeded to express to the manger the caliber of a person I am, the one day I decided to wear shorts in which I was still very put together (Rolex watch, Gucci shoes, Comme des Garcons shirt, Burberry belt). I asked questions to get a clear understanding of the casual setting, which she rudely responded, Did you not go online and read the dress code and requirements? I responded to her caddy remark, No, I m actually visiting with a close friend, which happens to be her birthday; I live in the museum district; This is my first time patronizing this business. She made the comment, Well maybe the next time you visit you ll know the dress code; In response, I would never come back to this establishment. As a manger of a Gastroenterology practice she lacks managerial and leadership skills, especially problem solving and rectifying a situation with a new customer. This lounge was referred to us by a good friend of the owner which he informed me she was related to the owner; she is a bad representation of your business. I will be in contact with the owner to express my concerns and lack of professionalism I received as a customer. I would never refer anyone in my social group to this lounge based on the incompetence, and lack of professionalism. My God mother is the owner of All Peoples Funeral Home (Deborah Ali-Williams) a social media influencer on all Media platforms, especially tiktok in which I manage. This situation could have been broadcast, resulting in diminished clientele and bad reviews of this business, however I d like to speak with the owner to rectify this situation to NEVER happen again.

I went to this place last to finish my night off from Cinco De Mayo But I never experienced one of the rudest waitress and I usually don t do reviews but last night was very unacceptable. Please go over customer services skills with your staff. Bc you never know who you are serving. In which I go to lounges to give recommendations for when new people come to the city and this lounge is a cool vibe but the waitress made it horrible. The manager did come up to me w an apology due to a confusion that a guy ( which maybe was her bf) he offer to buy drinks but the waitress act like he couldn t. But she said he didn t but hey I paid it but it s her body language what was off. So in all I give this experience a 1. When I first started going I though it was a nice grown folks atmosphere and a good chill spot. But after going many months and getting cheated out of my money, I had different thoughts. I hardly ever checked my receipts, just paid it and kept it moving. One night I didn t have much cash so I used my card. I was charged one price and the next day my card showed a different price. I called the owner and told her of my concerns. She was rude and unhelpful. She told me she would look into the invoices and get back with me, it s been about 4 months ago and have yet heard from her even though I was still patronizing her establishment. What did happen was I started getting ignored by the bartenders and waitresses. I was yelled at by the owner for asking her was I invisible. I ve been frowned at because I made the complaint. And yet I still went and invited others to join me. I ve invited family and friends who ve came back saying they were over charged or that they were given a receipt with one price but their credit card was charged a different price. Plan and simple if you don t pay attention they will take you fast without you knowing and the owner will take up for them.

Did not even ask what I wanted to drink even after I got their attention, I have been to places they were much busier and was served faster and received better service, after several of them that was working behind the bar stated they were not bartenders, I attempted to get the fat light light skin bartender with the fishnets on attention just so she could serve me after she was done with the lady she was serving she just looked at me with an attitude and ignored me, to the point I just stayed just to enjoy the music and never bought a drink until I left, that s money the club lost because of horrible bartenders. The only thing that was good was the music, I would not be back there because of that experience.

Friday, March 17th 10:30pm Parking- shared with the strip but most businesses are closed at the time Royalty is open. Great atmosphere, great music, and great times. Obviously there are drinks and you can order Hookah. They do have a patio floor additional seating. Live music is played on Fridays. The band is phenomenal. They end around 1am and then the DJ takes over and then it gets even better in terms of liveliness. Im not sure if Kreole Kings is always outside serving food but thats a great place to grab something to eat. Royalty lets you eat inside after ordering from the food truck. If youre on the Northside at the time they are open, I recommend you stop by.

My one star comes from my card being over charged and swiped over 5-6 time. I gave a card to start a tab. When my bill was brought to me which was $74, I transferred $109 to the card that was given for my tab. (The extra was to put gas in my car otw home) After a swipe for $74 that I was told it not to go through, my card was swiped again and partially paid $35. Which makes 109 total for a $74 tab. My $35 partial payment should have been reversed. Its hard to be right when you have been drinking, so I sobered up and checked the account, and yes I was right, my gas money was swiped.
