Amravati is hands down my favorite breakfast spot in Dallas! Whether I m craving a hearty South Indian breakfast or just a quick bite, they never disappoint. The quality of their chutney is consistently on point perfectly balanced and fresh every time. It s one of the best I ve had in the area, and it keeps me coming back. If you re looking for an authentic, delicious start to your day, this is the place to be!

Went there for breakfast. Had combo 1 & 2 and also mysore bonda. The mysore bonda was a hit and miss with few good ones and the rest under cooked. Dosa is nice. Poori and vada were okayish. Sambar and tea were really good. Vegetarian options: Many Vegan Options. Dietary restrictions: Gluten and Lactose free. Parking: Free Parking. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly

The thing is food is ok, but it s very health hazardous. I think they are using too much of ajino moto to get good taste. THAT LITERALLY MADE ME DROWSY FOR WHOLE DAY. Not only me but to my other friends. This food will definitely make u dumb if u eat just once in a week.

I don t recommend this place for buffet. The buffet started at 1:30, but they told that it would start at 11:30, they did not even keep butter naan till 2:00pm. The workers there started packing boxes as soon as the dishes wer kept for customers, they filled the boxes in such a way that the dishes were completely empty, and the chicken biryani was stale its definitely older that 2-3 days. There was no curd or rita, the worst buffet experience in texas I regret spending 22 per plate and a total of 72 here.

The ambiance at Utsav is both elegant and inviting. The decor combines traditional Indian elements with modern touches, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. Soft lighting and soothing music enhance the dining experience, making it perfect for both romantic dinners and family gatherings. The attention to detail in the design and layout really sets Utsav apart from other restaurants.

If you ever wish to cold biriyani, be the guest. Worst service, They didnt bother to care for customer. We waited for 15 minutes to get that cold chicken biriyani. The resturants beside them are decent enough to care for customer. I am not talking about foo. At least we as customers deserve to be cared for. On asking, they served one biriyani this time microwaved. Just say we dont have biriyani. The biriyani masala is clearly for freezers. If I want to eat frozen food, I would have gone to packed or frozen biriyani. No need to come here. Learn to respect customers.

Returning to Amravati Restaurant in Dallas after six months, I was greeted with familiar flavors and a renewed sense of cleanliness and ambiance. Visiting with my cousin, who was in town for a business conference, we indulged in the classic Combo -1 tiffin, featuring dosa, idli, and wada served with sambhar and peanut chutney. Despite the passage of time and my relocation to Austin, the taste of the South Indian delicacies remained unchanged, reminding me why Amravati was my go-to breakfast spot during my time in Irving, TX. Notably, the restaurant had undergone renovations and implemented enhanced cleanliness measures, reflecting a commitment to providing a pleasant dining experience. While inquiring about the improvements, I couldnt help but speculate about a potential change in management, as the atmosphere felt subtly different yet welcoming. Overall, my visit reaffirmed Amravatis status as a reliable destination for authentic South Indian cuisine, combining consistent flavors with an improved dining environment. Whether youre a local resident or a visitor to Dallas, Amravati Restaurant continues to offer a taste of home and a warm welcome to all patrons.

She told me that the to go box is in another corner and to get it myself. It was my first visit so I was shocked. She was very condescending and mean for no reason. I was polite the whole time and this is how the employees treat paying customers. The lady was wearing a pink jacket and always works the front during morning times. I hope this behavior is corrected and customer service is improved.

I have seen sambar stains on the ceiling(how!!!???) Very low quality cutlery provided, cannot even break idli with their plastic spoon. This place is more for smokers wanting their $1 tea and standing outside, rather than a dine in place.

Title: Excellent Indian cuisine with a few minor drawbacks Rating: I recently visited Amaravati Indian Restaurant on N MacArthur Blvd in Irving TX and overall it was a delightful experience. The restaurant offers a wide variety of authentic Indian dishes and has a warm and inviting ambiance. While there were a few minor drawbacks they did not overshadow the delicious food and excellent service. First and foremost I must commend the restaurant on the quality and taste of their food. The menu features a diverse range of dishes from different regions of India allowing customers to explore and indulge in various flavors. The flavors were rich and well-balanced and the ingredients used were fresh adding to the overall quality of the dishes. I particularly enjoyed their butter chicken and biryani which were both perfectly seasoned and full of aromatic spices. The service at Amaravati Indian Restaurant was attentive and friendly. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful suggestions when deciding what to order. They were prompt in taking orders and ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable. The waitstaff also made sure to check on us to see if we needed anything throughout the meal which was a nice touch. Though the overall experience was great there were a couple of minor drawbacks worth mentioning. Firstly the restaurant can get quite busy during peak hours resulting in longer wait times for a table. However once seated the service was efficient and our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Additionally the noise level could be a bit high making it slightly challenging to have a conversation without raising your voice. Pricing at Amaravati Indian Restaurant is reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. The menu offers options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians catering to a wider range of dietary preferences. The restaurant also provides takeout and delivery options which is convenient for those with busy schedules. Overall I highly recommend Amaravati Indian Restaurant for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine in the Irving area. With their flavorful dishes attentive service and reasonable prices its a great choice for both casual outings and special occasions. Despite the minor drawbacks mentioned the overall experience was fantastic and I will definitely be visiting again soon.
