Even though I only dined in this establishment twice at different locations, or I should say before they crossed the street, the food is very good. I mustve ordered more than a 100 pick ups orders that the employees recognize me almost everytime. What does that say about me and my dietician? Never mind. Who cares? Gimme that chicken parm to go, extra on that sauce and cheese.....I like cheese. Dont take my word for it, go check it out for yourself and if you see me....buy me a beer. Lol

I was there yesterday with my family thinking Id have a great experience like I always do, but unfortunately our server ( a man with curly hair and glasses) made our dining experience so bad we will not come again. I ordered a house salad like I usually do, he never asked me what dressing so I figured it would be ranch. When he came with my salad it was a red dressing. And he said I ordered the house salad which I did, it is house salad but NOT with house dressing. I asked him to change it, unfortunately he got mad at me and told me thats what I asked for in a very rude way, then proceeded to leave ANGRY. Its the first time I get this type of service in this restaurant, all the others servers are always so nice and welcoming. This man shouldnt be working as a waitress, he clearly doesnt like his job.

The service is excellent! Starting with the friendly hostesses! Then my waitress was Rachel who was in top of our needs. But also the bussers were always asking if we needed refills of whatever we were drinking A+. I liked my minestrone soup and chicken fettuccine Alfredo. My sister had the primavera fettuccine and did not like it :( The tiramisu was great but the carrot cake was even better.

There is no AC in the bar area. I ordered off of the table placard and consulted w/the waiter on what to order for happy hour. The tab comes back, and there is no happy hour, but the placard is on call of the tables. Classic bait and switch. The pizza and calzone were both well made and tasty, although really greasy, and unappealing towards the center.

Been coming here for 20 years, always good food and service. Pizza is the best but I also love their lasagna a small salad with ranch. Also their garlic bread comes with any entree and Its good especially their mozzarella sticks. Its not the best Italian but they beat out a lot of DFW Italian places. I ve been going to this place for years intermittently and the food and service has been consistently superb. First, a little background on Vitos yes, there was an original Vitos (approx 30 years) and this is where Toni the present owner worked for him and as the story goes, he s kept the same recipes and the same locale in Irving (the original Vitos was right across the street) and the present location has been used for the last 5 years. During Covid, Toni, kept his workers employed- even out of his own pocket, so the loyalty is evident. The employees at Vito s are incredibly helpful, informative, and prompt when it comes to service and knowledgeable about their product offerings. 1. The Venue is consistently clean and consistently busy due to the great food. 2. The food quality is excellent, I normally have the Angel hair pasta pomodoro with added chicken on top. I usually have a side salad (I ask for onions) and it comes with tomatoes and a side of ranch dressing. 3. As previously mentioned the Service-Product knowledge is exceptional. 4. The restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are tidy. Only once have I mentioned the bathroom needed attention and it was immediately attended to. 5. Price Value is inline with $25/person +/-$3. I don t have alcohol with my meals so there will be a higher price point if you so desire. Overall it is 5 out 5. I recommend you visit during slow hours because during lunch/dinner hours there may be a wait time. Enjoy!

The new Vitos restaurant is beautiful inside. The food is great as always and the service is good. I get the stromboli every time I come, it is so delicious. The Antipasto salad with their spicy red salad dressing is amazing and then a Margarita pizza to top it off. We have been going here for over 25 years and will continue to visit every time we come back to Irving!

It took me about 6 months since moving to Texas to find something close to a NJ/NY style pizza and this is the spot! I am used to calling in and asking for, a large cheese pie and that was all. A regular NJ/NY style pizza is 18 and has a orange/yellow gold color to the cheese and a fluffy, yet also crunchy crust. Vitos nailed it 100% across the board. Dont judge anything by the photo, I can assure you as a Native of NJ who is a pizza afficionado, this is the spot.

Went on Mothers Day. Got packed in a hurry as it should. I can say that this place is back.....in a sense that during the covid era, the food was not that tasty as it used to be. This place has been around for a while now. It did change locations. Now this place has more room for dinning inside. The food is great with taste in full effect. Service was top notch even with our group of 10. We were not the only ones that showed up with big groups that day. Pizza is great and the lasagna was awesome. Gotta love those garlic bread sticks!! First time to visit this restaurant and it was absolutely amazing! Our waiter/bar tender this evening was Chico. I cant say Ive ever been treated nicer at a restaurant. I had heard some good things about this place and decided to give it a try. We were seated immediately and made our drink order. The drinks arrived quickly as did the bread and sauce. We made our food order and settled in. It was not very busy and it took awhile for the food to arrive. I ordered chicken and angel hair pasta, with garlic and olive oil. The pasta was good but the chicken was dry. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back to try some different dishes and provide an update.

We have lunch here about once a week. Usually the service is excellent, however we came in last week and then again this week and the service was horrible! The guys waiting tables were more interested in talking about their hair than waiting on us. I sat for 12 minutes with no water. The atmosphere sets up the whole tone of the restaurant. As soon as you walk in, you catch the aroma of pure deliciousness. Vitos is a nice restaurant. We had a really good experience. I give it 4.5 stars (Im rounding up) mainly because the waitress forgot one dish so it arrived late. But, she was very apologetic. We ordered the Chicken Marsala, Antipasto Salad, Chicken Nuggets, and Cheese Pizza (12). Food was very good and everything came in large portions. The salad was huge! Loved the whole experience of dining here. Customer service was amazing, the dining room is warm and friendly and clean. The Chicken Alfredo was absolutely amazing. The Pizza tasted incredible. 2nd time we go here and it was great. The place was popular for lunch time, which was great. Our waiter was kind of quiet but attentive nevertheless. Been coming to this place for years even when it was located across the street, but today was very unsettling felt forced by my waiter to buy things we didn t want and kept pressuring us that it was for our best interest. Which it wasn t. My daughter 7yr old asked for spaghetti and 2 meatballs he told us it only comes with 1 meat ball (kids menu) but to adult size would be the only other option to get 2 meatballs later I seen on the menu it says you can add on meatballs for 2 more dollars then the drinks he brought out were adult drinks for my kids when at the door and on the table it was clear they had kid menus and I asked for lids on the kids drinks already frustrated with the amount of food that wasn t eaten since the adult portion was way too big for a kid. He kept pressing us to get other things and dessert and I had to just say no and asked for the bill, mind you we come here often and order the same things every time on a lunch date that usually cost us 40-60 I spent 120.00. A day that was supposed to be a fun mother daughter date was cut short and not worth the money spent.

Antonio is so very kind as the manager. It is the Most amazing pizza I ve had ever in Dallas. It was even delivered and perfectly done excellent crust sauce cheese super scratch fresh. I ve tried a lot of places. I ve found home Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza is amazing don t order extra toppings. Lol

Today I was in Fort Worth and I decided to check out this place cause of the reviews and they couldn t get the meat right. I went for medium rare and all I got was rare twice!! Some portions were better than others but they never cut it to look into it, to check. Not pleased with the steak. But the salad with tomato vinaigrette and the bread and the pasta and the sauce was bomb!!! I won t be back cause so many other places can get the easy stuff right too.

Made an order with my family through their website and indicated for pick-up. Due to special operational hours that was not listed on their website, or stated by their server when we originally called to check if they were open, that any electronic order whether pick up or delivery would be canceled, and that they were only taking call-in orders. So now weve wasted gas and time, a pending charge that will take a day or two to reverse, and were all still hungry. Thought to try this place out on a recommendation, but sure arent grateful for the experience.

My wife and I literally just left the place and we were greeted very nicely. We were sat quickly...... and we sat for a while. It was only two tables that was there. The servers were all sitting at the end booth talking. When the hostess walked by she went to the servers and told them that we were sitting there. We had enough time to pick our drinks, app, and meal! We just got up and left right when she finally decided to notice us.

Loved this place. I dont live in the area, but I will go out of my way to come back! Their pizza is great! The dough was crispy and fresh. Not thin, its a medium crust, but the sauce was fantastic, it didnt overwhelm the other ingredients!

Ordered an appetizer of calamari and as soon as I saw it, I knew it wasn t going to be good. The calamari was the shape and size of onion rings served with ranch dressing and cocktail sauce. The calamari had no flavor and was rubbery (obviously frozen). I ordered the regular Stromboli which was huge and easily enough for 2-3 people. The Stromboli was not bad. It had a lot of juice that poured out and made the dough soggy as I ate it. The marinara with the Stromboli was not bad and would have been a welcome flavor with the calamari. I had one domestic beer with happy hour pricing and it came out to be $36 total. I would say based off of one experience, is mediocre food at best. It wasn t disgusting, but nothing to make me crave a second chance. Service is was good and have zero blame in the rating. The rating is strictly on food and pricing.
