I couldnt recommend to stay away from this guy enough. My husband and I came in, and the doors were locked; he saw us and continued to talk on his phone without acknowledging us outside. We waited outside till he opened the door (still on the phone). His customer service was clearly horrid from the start. He asked what we wanted while we were outside and when i told him i wanted to apply for my green card/residency (since i was recently married), he proceeded to let us inside. He asked me how i got to the United states and when i told him i came here illegally when i was 4 years old, he scoffed and said i cannot apply for a green card. He said if i dont have DACA i wont be able to receive anything. I tried to tell him i had TPS and he continued to shake his head and say i couldnt do anything. Worst of all is he wasnt listening to me or my case, he was just talking without content or getting to know my case. I then told him I had tps which is why i didnt have daca, and he told me did I ask that? thats not what i am talking about!. He was extremely rude and abrasive. Again, not hearing anything a potential client had to say. He was so disrespectful! How is he trying to provide a service to the public and not listen to what they have to say? I corrected him because he had no idea what tps is, its clear he is unprepared to handle hispanic related immigration services. If he did his homework or even knew a bit about the history of TPS and DACA he would know that clinton provided people with TPS long before daca was ever implemented (1998). And when you have TPS you cannot have DACA because you are considered to have a legal residence and work permit. BUT, he obviously isnt educated on the matter nor did he let me talk. He tried to hush me up when i was talking and he got so rude and arrogant that i couldnt believe what i was hearing. Therefore, i stood up and walked out the door. He doesnt deserve anyones time or money. He doesnt know about my re-entry status, about what paperwork i have, nothing was asked about me aside for how i got here when i was 4 years old and started judging my case before asking the right questions. This is a horrible way to run a business and to provide a service, he has no right to be called a lawyer, maybe on paper but not in action. Other attorneys heard me out and wanted to take my case and for him to say there is NOTHING he can do about me applying for residency is not only ridiculous but what kind of uneducated lawyer are you that you would even rule that out? I only went to get a quote but I regret walking through those doors. Anyway, if you are a hispanic trying newlywed who wants to apply for residency/green card, please stay away from this ignorant lawyer who didnt bother to hear me out at all. Also, I NEVER write google reviews, but this guy is a joke and people need to know how disrespectful he is. No knowledge, No education, No class.

Mr Lal Varghese is one of the best lawyers I have encountered. He was recommended to us by one of our family members and he has been dealing all our families immigration cases. We had entrusted our case my citizenship and my husbands adjustment of status which seemed difficult at that time. He reviewed our case in oct 2020 and I can say he is an honest lawyer and he goes exactly by the book so if your case is not genuine , he gives you honest opinion and it can be intimidating and he doesnt just take up your money to give you false promises like some lawyers would do but trust me on this once he takes up your case he is with you through the entire process. He dealt with us if we were one of his family member and he was available for any of our questions. He is very professional with his emails and phone calls and very prompt in replying to any of our concerns. Both of our cases were difficult but genuine and he was very thorough with the paper work and doesnt charge you unnecessarily. Highly recommends him

Hello Everyone Iam Krishna Arji residence in Oklahoma OK. Law office of Lal Varghese in Dallas is the best place to contact and proceed with any immigration and status related. I contacted Mr. Varghese in 2008 for my wifes Visa process and now my wife is a US citizen. He took care of application and all paper work related with USCIS. He made us comfortable and confident with peace of mind on immigration and visa process. The structure of his work is very accurate and fast. I heard that he has no denied application from USCIS in his entire years of service. Mr.Varghese also helped my sister on same process. He has been my family friend and well wisher since. And fees is very flexible with post dated checks and very comparable. I strongly recommend everyone to contact him for visa and status related work. When you contact him make sure you have pen and paper handy to write down all necessary documents he needs from you. He will tell you how long is the present processing time of your particular case and he is 99% accurate on that. My family saw him about 20 years ago and he told us to go back to our country because of people like us WE are paying taxes and they are going to school etc. Obviously we didn t hire Mr. Varghese and I think he should treat is possible clients a little better. This was a paid visit... I want a refund with interest and a formal apology to my family. Would recommend him to anyone
