The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is WONDERFUL. This is a staple of my diet on keto, and I have never had a bad experience. Dietary restrictions: Keto friendly! Just order no rice, no pita bread. The white sauce is 2 net carbs per serving.

I hardly give one start, but today we wasted our time and money, we ordered 3 platters, literally the lettuce in all 3 plates it was more than a half, and we were earing lettuce and rice, the protein portion was not even enough for kids, this review is to the owner, work on your workers to not just fulfill the order, they have to be careful with the portion of each and every item they are serving. My first and last time here.

Manager says he is being managing stores from 8 years god knows why is he lying to justify and the portion of meat he put it for small platter is ridiculous. The meat will not be even sufficient for a kid. They are bloddy charging more than 12 dollars for it. Kids meal will be atleast better than the small portion of meat they put in small box. I recently visited this establishment with my family, and it was a disappointing experience. When I asked for some extra rice, the staff refused. Additionally, they only provided one scoop of chicken and charged me four dollars for extra protein, which I didn t request. When I asked them to remove the extra charge, they refused. The service was one of the worst I ve encountered, and I feel like I lost a significant amount of money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Halal guys cancel their license

I usually go there at least 3- 4 times a week, And the service is terrible!!!!! Hudo or Hado and Paul!! ( The guy with A Lot of bears wearing black frame glasses) Especially Paul!! when i ordered food with he never nice to me. Last week i got the same terrible service even i left little tip for them. The quality of food has dropped drastically. When this location first opened it was really good. Portions have gotten smaller and you have to pay an upcharge just on rice. Upcharge on chicken and gyro that is understandable, but on rice? There is no consistency anymore with how the food even tastes. With knowing how the NY Halal Guys tastes, its truly become a disappointment and doesnt live up to its name. Im a New Yorker and I know the difference. We visited again (11/4/23) and I ordered a regular combo plate ans was given the portion of a small plate. We will not go to this location again, its always one thing or another.

I have probably eaten at this location five times over the past couple years. I usually go with a combo platter. Rice, lettuce, tomato and two proteins. I have tried chicken, gyro, and falafel. It also comes with some pita wedges. I usually ask for the white and red (spicy) sauce on the side. The red sauce is legitimately spicy. It is hotter than sriracha, so don t just dump a whole packet on your meal if you ve never tried it before. Service has been hit or miss a little but the guy helping me at my last visit was pretty friendly and helpful.

Having this after a long time. Quick service, i ordered the large bowl which costed around $14 including taxes. Initially these guys didn t had jalapeños and olives however they bought these optional addition for an extra charge. P.s: 2-3 stripes of red sauce will suffice the entire bowl. Visited few times and the customer service was at the worst every time. There is one server particularly who doesn t care what you say and starts making faces when ask him to add few sauces. I have seen many reviews like this and I don t think any action was taken. No one wants to pay for half hearted customer service and getting treated very badly. Revisited this location after a few months, took a friend this time to experience the food and had a uniquely bad experience at this Halal Guys yesterday. Food was not fresh, quantity was not enough, customer service was bad, could clearly see they were not paying attention, didn t care or didn t know what they were doing! As we sat and ate our food, the lady preparing the food, sneezed in the kitchen area in front of the food in full view of the diners and continued as if nothing had happened.. Yikes! This place has consistently good chicken and rice. The white sauce is creamy and delish. The red sauce is for anyone who loves some heat and flavor. The pita bread is perfection. Very good food made fresh. My only complaint is I have witnessed workers handling money, machinery, and their personal cellphones without changing their gloves. Hello everyone. I highly recommend this The Halal Guys restaurant. I m a truck driver from New York City and have tried halal food at different locations as well HOWEVER these guys make food as it is in New York. Their food is fresh which comes with salad and other toppings like olives and chopped onion and bell peppers and of course almost forgot to mention that it tastes yummy . The food is good but people who prepare food are not receptive to your requests. I really love falafel and so far I got food from this at least 15 times and out of that ten times or even more my falafel is uncooked. I usually tell them to fry for additional 2 minutes but they take it out in 20 seconds and I get to eat uncooked food again and again, pathetic. I have had wonderful experiences in Pennsylvania and NY

Got a small platter with savory beef which tasted great! Staff was pleasant and patient with me changing my order multiple times while it was being put together. Would say it is maybe slightly overpriced but not by much for the quality of food.

Big compliments to the servers working at this location. Our experience at this particular restaurant could not have been better on a hot Dallas afternoon. We ended up ordering more food at this location after we had their food. I have to say this though this place is a great value for what you pay for. Dont expect to find premium steak taste at a restaurant where you can eat a full course meal for less than 20 bucks! I appreciate the way they scooped the meat without grabbing all the fat in the container.

I dont think Ive had middle Eastern food this bad. I ordered the chicken platter. Im guessing that the chicken was seasoned with salt and pepper...thats it. The taste and texture of the chicken made it seem as though it was boiled in salt water. Somehow the white (garlic?) sauce doesnt taste like anything. I think the rice and hot sauce had the most flavor. Also the pita bread size is hilariously small. 2 stars because the gentleman who served me gave a good amount of napkins and 4 forks.

Definitely a NO GO place. I saw the water is leaking from the ceiling amd falling into tomatos, when informed about them, they said that is fine with a smile , and their machine is broken, Cocke is drinks taste like a tap water.

They offer 2 sizes for bowls. It s just a scam. They offer the same quant of food in both sizes. I was very disappointed today and on top of their choppy service , the waitress also demanded a tip. If your service is good, we will tip you even if you don t ask for us. If it s bad, we won t tip you even if you ask for it.

A friend visited this location and just based on the presentation I got in my car and went immediately. What a pleasant surprise. Great healthy menu options. Quick service and great price point. Kendrick is a great addition to the staff, he explained what items were offered seasonally and made quite a few suggestions. Will definitely be back and recommend others as well.
