Right at the beginning of the review, you lost a couple of very good customers. Just because you are unheard of liars . The management are worse than the worst they lie to people that they will hire them,and after two weeks, they say they hired someone else.You are disgusting, we never want to buy anything from you again. I came in to this total wines and more last Friday. I come in about 2 a week. I was moving and asked cashier if I could take some boxs. She replied take all you want As I was grabbing about 6 boxs out of 100 they had on hand Supervisor EMILY came to me and was vary rude , acting like I was stealing something. I couldnt believe they let her be a Supervisor!!!!! VARY RUDE , I took 3 boxs and left . She could have handled it better. More positive, polite, IF YOU GO HERE ,WATCH OUT FOR EMILY If I was her boss I insist on her take customer service class . VARY RUDE !!!!!!!!!

This is the worst store and the manager is more worse they say that different managers set different rules in the store and the total wines do not have any particular rules. They dont accept valid ID Proofs as the Texas Drivers License when asked about it to the manager she says dont come to total wines. Very rude behaviour .

Spent about $650 on alcohol for a party. Specifically asked the cashier if it was unopened if it could be returned. Was told yes as long as it s unopened. Came back the next day to return the unused product and they would not accept any of the unopened beer. Specs does not have this restriction. Will not be returning to Total Wine again.

Ordered two bottles as housewarming gift for a family member, scheduled for delivery next day before we left. Driver entered gate code, drove down a long driveway, I opened door to meet them out front with my ID. Car flipped around and left immediately didn t stop or get out. Have them on camera attempting to deliver . Total Wine won t refund for 5-7 days and is holding our funds hostage for an issue that is entirely on their end logistically. Customer service offered no discount or real apology. Said they can t contact the driver even though he is minutes from our house. Next redelivery window is after we have already left for the housewarming. Very poor experience, customer service not really helpful, and they will keep our funds for up to a week for their issue.

Generally speaking, I love this Total Wine location but today was a disappointment. One of the reasons we go into the store is to visit the wine bar and try whatever wines they have out. When we approached the wine bar the staff member said All of my wines have gone bad. We observed all the wines in ice and he kept saying Theyre no good anymore theyve been opened too long We told him that we would take that into consideration but we really wanted to taste a specific wine because we happened to have already put it in our cart. The man takes us to an aisle to tell us a long story, all the while we think he is going to take us back to the wine bar for a taste of something, but nope! He just talked our ear off and never offered to open another bottle of anything to taste just refused. If I ever see that staff member again I will make sure to avoid him at all cost.

Went into return and item that I didn t like. Which I would never usually buy the man I talk to on the phone said that was fine. Got to the store and one of the managers/cashiers was extremely rude, the short Hispanic one with glasses really needs to work on her customer service skills. Im a huge fan of total wine, just not this location in Denton off of 288. I was in the store for 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I had a few questions about wine and couldnt find anyone either. The Lewisville store is awesome, you cant enter the store without 2 people saying hello. As you shop you will have several people ask you if you need any help or have any questions. I will continue to go to Lewisville.

Yeah, probably not going to shop at TW anymore. Came in Thursday and spoke with a man named Angel. Another lady had checked for me to see if they had fortaleza. They did but he came over to tell me that they had to allocate it towards concierge and if I came back on Saturday at 10 am he would let me have dibs on whatever was left. I showed up at 10 am on Saturday, guess what? He wasnt even working Saturday. The spirits manager told me that it wasnt allocated towards concierge, but that it was added to their online ordering system and not concierge. So, without knowing how many online orders were placed for someone that was in store, he kept them for people that were online ordering and didnt mention to me that that was an option. The spirits manager said the last remaining 2 were sold (assuming via online ordering) since I was in store at 10 am, that morning.
