9/30....Late night self checkout lady is rude. Not helpful. Still no plastic grocery bags...Bathrooms nasty still.. Hood level Kroger. Update 2/24 bathrooms even worse now. Going back to Wal Mart. Bathrooms are disgusting. Update 7/23...bathrooms are still completely nasty. Store could be a little cleaner. The bathrooms are filthy, as bad as gas stations. Constantly out of eggs late at night, which is the only time Ill shop due to crazy long lines at self checkout other times.

** ALWAYS CHECK FOR BAGS B4 SHOPPING!!** The past couple months have been VERY hit & miss on their bags so now we check the check out lanes to ensure theres bags before shopping. Also be prepared to be hounded by Spectrum and First Convenience Bank sales vultures. They DEFINITELY HATE the word No!! Im not shopping for a car, just my essentials.... My husband and I have been shopping here for over 15 yrs. Theres a few employees that have been working there that long who make it a point to speak to us when they see us. Too bad this location has been going down over the past few years like the others. The produce is rarely ever fresh like they claim it is in the commercials. The past couple months, Ive been having to make a 2nd trip elsewhere just for some fresh produce.

Good place to buy groceries. Look for coupons or deals on the app. Selection of beef and chicken are better than other places. Reasonable prices; but seem to be increasing across the society these days. Large parking lot. Watch out for distracted drivers of other stores. Gasoline is Better quality than most other pumps by the street. Self checkout is slow. Should employ more workers and check out customers faster.

There are only mock gift cards on display and you have to get to the cashier to get the actual gift cards.... I selected a Visa gift card from the display and waited in line for 20 mins to be told they might not have Visa GC in stock.(Why is it on the display then?) . And I had to wait for 10 more mins for the cashier to check if they have a Master card in stock. Since I already wasted 30 mins and was late for the party.... Had to go grab an Amazon gift card and again stand in the line.....

We make at least one trip a week to this store. There are three other Krogers closer, but we especially like the size and variety here. My wife likes the Kroger brand of coffee creamer over all others. We both really like Terry in the cheese dept. He is very helpful and a super guy.

I bought rose bunches, pink one was fine the next day and the orange bunch petals just started to dry and turn brown the next day. I called the store manager and he said they are expected to last for a day or two. And he is RUDE. No wonder they have so many 1 start reviews. The store managers don t care about customers anymore. This store will go down soon if they don t change their attitude or service to customers. We have Whole Foods near by. Don t need Kroger

Placed pick up order, the night before. Got verification emails and text saying my order was ready for pick up. Show up and they the audacity to tell me my order wasn t ready and wasn t going to be ready anytime soon. Talked to the manager and they canceled my order while talking to the manager. Look carefully at the expiration dates of items in the dairy section - they sell expired items. I mentioned this to a manager and he just turned around and ignored me. Checkout lines in the evening can be extremely long, and the cashiers Ive dealt with (I prefer to not use self checkout, I find their machines incredibly annoying) have been pretty rude. But the worst is the Spectrum or electricity sales people. One of them was quite confrontational because I told him I wanted to read the contract before signing up for anything. But you have three days to cancel if you dont like it is not the right answer. Either send me a contract so I can review at my leisure or dont bother me. Guy was extremely persistent, then got mad when I told him absolutely not interested in signing up with him.

In all fairness, it seems to me that nearly every grocer has changed for the worse since pandemic restrictions. In all honesty, I cant think of a location that has underwent such an unapologetic decline in every single facet aside from this location. I have nothing new to add that hasnt already been reviewed multiple times already, but I will say that they go above and beyond in being the worst kroger possible. To the person(s) that determined its worth it to have solicitors harassing their customers, thank you for going the extra distance to allow me to realize this is NOT the store for me.

I was shocked at how run down this Kroger was. Probably due to the demographic. The produce section is always gross. Fruits are rotten and oozing with mold. And the foods in the isle have cobwebs and molds. If you have no choice but to shop at this location, please make sure to examine your items carefully. WholeFoods here I come.

I like this store. It normally is stocked in what Im looking for and plenty of self checkouts. What I absolutely cant stand are the marketing/sales people in the store that will come up to you while shopping. Its already hard enough for me to figure out what kind of list my family needs, and then all of a sudden, someone comes to bother me about some power or internet company. Just leave me alone! Stop with the marketing people in the store! Sometimes, the same dude will find me in the store like 5 mins later and ask the same stupid question. I hate to be rude but stopppp. We already know that Comcast sucks, you dont have to try and sell me a new plan.

I was surprised when walking into this store. Then surprised about ten seconds later. An employee each time welcomed me. What was also surprising was how open the store was. No crowds or long checkout lines. And the last surprise: The checkout clerk bagged my groceries. I thought for a moment I was in Sprouts, a few blocks away. But, no, this was Kroger in Las Colinas. My previous visits had not been as promising. And I cant say for sure that this Kroger has turned a new leaf. But on this Saturday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend, the Kroger Gods were smiling on me.

Pickup orders are an absolute communications disaster and unreliable. They will waste your time and never follow through. Was told by one employee that my pickup order would definitely be on time and then at the end of my pickup window (when I was already on the way and the app said my order was ready), I got a call saying they had no idea when my order would be ready lol. Then the employee hung up on me after I asked a question, and when I called back and asked did you just hang up on me? he sighed and said yes (shockingly unprofessional but points for honesty??). Wasted another 30 minutes on the phone being shuffled between store employees who had no idea what was going on. Crazy that I m saying this but they treat you much better at Walmart, just go there.

If you want your time wasted and pay for rotten food, by all means use the curbside app at this Kroger location. I recently moved to this area in December and placed a 6 curbside orders since then. EVERY SINGLE TIME I PLACED MY ORDER IT WAS DELAYED BY 5 HOURS OR THE APP WAS EXPERIENCING MALFUNCTION SO THEY COULD NOT PROCESS MY ORDER. Tonight was the last straw. Placed my order at 5:15pm to be pick up after work. I arrived at my scheduled time of 8:30 and checked in. I promptly received a call from a curbside clerk informing me that they did not get the chance to pick my items and I will have to come back tomorrow. She attempted emailed to me that they stopped picking orders at 6:30pm which is irrelevant because I placed my order at 5:15. I will never ever ever shop at this Kroger location again. Their curbside member are incompetent and have refused to deliver in a timely manner when given 6 chances. I will be disputing this ENTIRE order. Disappointing!

I ve never been more disgraced at a Kroger in my life. Employees were not efficient or helpful. We tried to buy a singular bottle of wine as a gift. At the cashier, rather than carding just the individual purchasing the product they were carding the whole party she came with. So as a result, since not everybody had an ID we could not purchase the gift because according to the manager, it is Texas law that everyone needs to be carded. Not just the individual purchasing the alcohol . Regardless of the party being 22+, because one person did not have their ID the individual making the purchase could not do so. This is not Texas law. This is discrimination. Unless this is a NEW store policy, never have I had that happen to me before at a bar, liquor store, or other grocery store. Truly unprofessional behavior and knowledge of the law.

Kroger, you did an awesome job at chasing away a customer! I am happy to announce that I will no longer be spending my money in your stores. I decided to stop shopping inside because too many times I had a person at the register just stand there, almost impatiently waiting for ME to catch up bagging my OWN groceries while they stood there, waiting on me, so they could speed-scan more because they ran out of room to fit more groceries down the conveyor belt. And were so kind NOT to stop it from moving and smashing half of my things... surprisingly, I still shopped at Kroger and decided to go to grocery pick-up. The issues there were a real piece of work. Always gave me the wrong items, forgot items (even though I was charged as if they were put in my bags...) to suddenly, my groceries were never ready at the time I had chosen to pick them up, forcing me to start choosing and earlier time, just to get them ON time... now, I decided to STILL stay with Kroger and go with delivery. UGH!!!! Now, I had to call to find out where the heck my groceries were because they hadnt been delivered within the 1hr time I chose! The lady I spoke with in customer service informed me that groceries were running late and I should receive mine in another 45 minutes to an hour?!?! Why is your staff trained to NOT give the respect of letting people know this??? I, like a bunch of others, Im sure, have other things to do besides just sit here and wait on something that will now be 2hrs late, and I HAD TO BE THE ONE TO CALL CUST SVC just to find this out??? I did not wish to or care to receive my groceries at 9p at night!!!! I had other things I absolutely needed to do and sit here waiting for something that I didnt even know would be so late was NOT part of that!!! At least give some respect to your customers and call them when its known that things are running late and allow us to decide or choose if we are even ok with or can do the altered delivery time!!! WTH?!?! This was the final straw. Yall clearly do not care about your customers, and it shows, plain as day. For all the surveys youve sent me, and for how honest I was when I filled each and every one out... nothing has changed, and at this point, I feel my hard earned money and time is way more valuable elsewhere.

Very bad customer service, they don t accept your return after 3 days even if the stuff you bought were no good for human consumption. I asked just to return the products without a refund, they refused to take them and pointed to the trash and asked me to throw them away, I don t have it in me to throw food in the garbage when i see people are dying from hunger all over the world. I never liked shopping in Kroger, unorganised, messy, and not welcoming. I wish HEB opens a branch in this area.

The morning Self checkout cashier on the produce side snached the groceries out of my hand and threw them in a basket after I kept having trouble with the machines and wanted to go to the other side of the store to see if it was an issue on my end or the machine. Im the last person to steal, first to help, I dont understand if she was just hungry or having a bad day but it was an unacceptable experience and hope they hire better faces with kinder attitudes.

The store is alright, the checkouts are always forever. The produce doesn t last v more than a day or two, and do not, for any reason, use the pickup if it s important. They run 36 hours, or more, behind on every order. Does not matter if it s a Tuesday or a Saturday, it s always a trash experience. I ve stopped shopping there unless it s a last minute 1 item pick up. Within spitting distance you have sprouts, Whole Foods, Target, or Walmart. All. 1,000% better than the experience here.

Consistent bad service, rude employees, and understaffing. Online pickup orders are about 50% successful being ready on time, and they frequently say we will call you when ready then never call. This place is poorly managed - there are some good, friendly employees here but something is up with the management. Don t open pickup windows if you can t fulfill the times - I ll just shop somewhere else.

Ive ordered pick up many times from this location, its my go to location and they do a fantastic job! Thank you Matthew, he always calls to let me know when they are running a bit behind or if there are substitutions in my order. Kathleen and Daniel are amazing too, they brought out my order the last few times and always checks if I have additional coupons and make sure I know about any changes to the order. Ive never had a better pick up experience this team is amazing and I appreciate all the effort they put in to make sure Im happy with my order. This location really has a great system!

This Kroger is trash. First, the way they block doors after a certain time and divert all ingress to other entrances is terrible (and against fire code). Secondly, they rarely have many cashiers, which leads to long lines. If thats going to be the case, have all of your self-checkout registers available. Lastly, their online order pick up process is. THE. WORST. They are never able to complete an order at the time THEY promise. Then, when your order is finally ready, theyre usually out of stock of most of it, and they make you wait an hour in the parking lot before they bring you your partial order.

I ve been going to this location for the last 10 years but after today I won t be going here anymore. I was told by a white cashier named Austin how to load up my groceries onto the conveyor. I put my 2 gallons of milk at the end and was told the milk goes at the front. I m 47 years old and this certainly was not my first time going grocery shopping. He also went in the tell me his name was Tony today because it s Taco Tuesday. I didn t even ask him nor did I care. Do better Kroger. I did not want to give it a star

I watched these three employees harass this young women at self checkout. Please be careful because I have never in my life seen an attack such as this, the lady wasn t arguing or trying to steal she stood there in tears as they looked at a good 4 or 5 items that were missed when scanning and even called the police on her!! I am disgusted at this behavior and will definitely not be coming back these people need to be retrained or fired.

I do not recommend ordering for a grocery pick up from this specific Kroger, I placed my order about 230 and they gave me a pick up for 7 to 730. I got a call 20 minutes after placing my pick up order that they re going to have to cancel my order because it wasn t going to be done by 7 o clock. I was OK with picking it up later but having to cancel my order completely because the person who picks the orders is leaving at 6 o clock but you have pick up times as late as 830. It s not making any sense to me which lets me know that not only do the employees here. Do not want to do their work. They re willing to inconvenience other people who actually do depend on grocery pick up. I m a single mother I can t go into the store and spent hours trying to find my groceries. That s why I take the time out to order my groceries ahead of time so that I m able to pick it up. I work throughout the week so it s hard for me to just walk into a store and pick up my groceries. Kroger do better. Seriously you are hiring people creating all these hiring events hire people that are actually going to do the work hire people that are actually going to do their jobs because not only are you inconveniencing people that help your store be ran completely for you to even hire people at all. If you re going to hire people that are not going to do the work, go ahead and shut down the whole store nobody needs to be wasting their time placing an order and then turn around 20 minutes later order canceled because your workers that you unfortunately hire do not want to do the job do better Kroger.

Terrible, terrible, terrible pick-up experience! If you guys need to go grocery shopping please go 2 minutes down the same strip to the much better experience that is the Target! John, the manager on shift when I called, was beyond useless and had no clue what I asking or talking about and simply transferred me to associates who were just as lost (seems like they get it from the leadership). My pick-up order had to be canceled today because the store didnt have my order ready in time. I submitted my order online Sunday evening and had the pick-up set for 12:30 PM the next day. That day I received a call letting me know that Kroger was behind on orders and that I would receive another call letting me know when my order was ready. I called at 4:30 PM asking about my order and the associate informed me that my order would be ready at some point later that evening. I had to call again at 7:45 PM to ask about my order, yet again. I was told that my order was 50% done and would MAYBE be ready for pickup sometime in the afternoon the following day. Its pretty sad that this Kroger cant prepare a pick-up order overnight, and even when its pushed back they still cant complete an order within 8 hours. Every other Kroger Ive been to Ive had absolutely no issue, this Kroger should be avoided it seems. Im not sure how the current system is set-up, but it needs to be addressed. There is also a Wal-Mart about 5 minutes away from here if youre looking for somewhere else to shop!

DO NOT buy bread items from this stores. They are mostly out of date or close to expire, and don t care about that much. I wanted to tell about one moldy item, I was told I have to go to customer service wait in the line only to tell they are selling moldy breads? Bought hoagie rolls and buns and they started sweating within a day which is clear sign of mold/fungus growth and that happened 2 times. They re-label the expiration and put that on sale. I wonder how this thing is legal in America! Probably Kroger has special immunity in this state of TX. Yet I will send this information to the health dept to run a check on them and this store. No issue with the grocery store as just a grocery but the pick up service is terribly managed. Ive ordered pick-up on almost every day of the week. I ve been coming here for 3 years and the workers are great and they are always fully stocked. Looking at some of the people who give one star and put down workers are the grocery store who make minimum wage . Sad. Great Kroger location, but for weeks now, theyve been unable to fulfill mobile orders in a timely manner. Last 2 orders placed at 9:00 am are still unavailable for pickup at 8:00 pm, even though the app says theyre ready at 5:30 pm. If the store cant fulfill mobile orders, they must stop accepting mobile orders. I plan my whole day around this pickup time. If you want a good in-store experience, all is well, but dont waste your time on mobile orders. Very unprofessional.

What a disappointing experience. I often need money orders for random amounts due to my job. I stopped at this location and waited in line at the money center. I needed a money order for .40 which is a small amount. I was told that the minimum was $1, which I agreed to, and then the employee at the next register said it was more than that and needed to be over a dollar. They called the manager, who took a while to call back. I told the employee I was okay with purchasing a $1.40 money order and paying the fee. The manager called back and said it was a $10 minimum. I have NEVER heard of a policy such as this and have gone to other stores without issue. I asked if this was a Kroger policy and was told it was the managers discretion. How incredibly unkind of the manager to refuse the sale. It wouldnt matter if the money order were a penny or $10; they would have received the same amount for the money order. I went down the street to the post office, where they were okay with selling me a .40 money order. I have never heard of minimums being placed on money orders, and the staff and management were just being difficult. It would not have affected them just to be kind and sell the money order, whether it was 40 cents or $1.40. This is no way to treat customers and is a significant turn-off to wanting to return. Inconveniencing your customers is a great way to turn them away from your store. Do better.

Yesterday 03/23/2023 I went to the Super Market at night around 10:00 pm and the person who was putting the carts inside the supermarket acted very rude to me, I told him if I could take a cart and so He immediately made a very ugly gesture at me and then went to get the cart and threw it at me!!! I guess it s not explained to cashier that part, of their job is to bag groceries when there s no one to do it. Renee, apparently got upset when I politely asked her about my groceries still being on the belt, and she was about to move on to the next customer! It s Kroger, not Winco, or Aldi s which both are options when I m spending my $$$ I chose not to go to self checkout, which again is my option. Renee, put chemicals with my food and one bag was just over packed until I had to tell this elderly lady who definitely knows better to not handle my groceries like that, and don t bag my items any different than she would want hers. First time going to Kroger. I had heard alot of great things and maybe that made my expectations high (Im from FL so I had Publix expectations)....but I was underwhelmed. Staff were not that friendly but werent rude either. The store is big and has ALOT of options for everything from a million types of water to nuts, fruit, lotions, almost everything. I got donuts from the bakery and they were pretty good. I got fried chicken and BBQ boneless wings from the deli and it was ok. The boneless wings were not great. I also got the pasta salad and threw it out after 1 bite. I probably will not be returning.

Been going to this Kroger ever since it opened and loved it. But I have changed my mind because if rude employees who attend the checkout line. One in particular on Saturday made me think twice before going there again. The place is understaffed, produce is hit or miss. Price says something on the shelf but rings higher at checkout. Sprouts (just facing altogether) had wonderful produce, clean and organized and their staff are courteous and helpful. So sorry to see this Kroger go down the drain.

Would give this Kroger location 0 stars if I could. Every single time I come for a pick up order it either isn t ready or I wait in my car for over 30 minutes. This has been a problem for almost a year now and the excuse is always that they are short staffed . Kroger has a net worth of $35.1B as of 11/25/22. I would expect A LOT more from a $35 BILLION dollar company. Pay your people more, improve your processes and customer experience, and stop scamming innocent people out of their money. I grabbed Sprite Zero, Diet Dr Pepper and Squirt Zero. They all rang up at regular price despite the tags showing they were on sale. I really love the Kroger location off MacArthur in Irving! I always have a great experience and recently I had an even better one. I made the mistake of leaving 2 bags of groceries at the self checkout lanes (luckily non-perishable) and as soon as I realized it I called and Celeste was happy to assist. 10/13, today at 10:05 I go in with my cart in the entrance which has some trash on it and I go toward the trash can and an employee yelled at me for throwing trash that was in the shopping cart in the trash can, and then another employee pushing carts hit me with a cart and didn t apologize at all, both the woman and the man were rude and didn t apologize.
