They overcharged me for something I didnt consume. I told the cashier and she charged me. Waters with this Fisherman charges more!!! And he has a very unpleasant attitude!!! And the manager same thieving attitude!!!

Service was super slow that we thought about leaving but looks like it was just our waiter. Ordered a red snapper and was overcooked and very dry. I asked for it to be cooked with garlic and red peppers and it tasted like if they cooked the fish by itself then just sprinkled the previously cooked crunchy garlic and peppers. It had no flavor. I ve had the red snapper in the Shiloh location and was really good.

I took my mom to eat. She had a salad. I had the mariscos roll, which I love. I told my waiter that the roll did not taste fresh. He told me he would let someone know. I got the bill. The bill charged me for both dishes. I went to pay and told a gentleman in a burgundy shirt and black slacks that I did not finish my roll because the taste was not fresh. He asked me to explain. I told him that specifically the imitation crab tasted spoiled. He didn t offer to comp the plate. I still left a tip. However, I told him to report this to the cook to avoid people potentially getting sick. Two days prior my sister went to this place and reported to me that the fish was overcooked. Last year my dad got food poisoning here. After 3 strikes, they are out for me. I will be giving my business to the Shilo location. Very inconsiderate customer treatment and management.

I got the fajita plate and the whole plate didn t have flavor. My fiancé asked for Cajun pasta with shrimp instead of chicken and we definitely did not get Cajun the waitress did not understand what we were trying to order. I asked for some shredded cheese on the side and brought different cheeses like if she didn t know what that was. We were not updated with our order I would say service 1/5 , food 2/5 I m dissatisfied because I wasted at least 60.00 for me to not like it.

We were recently in Laredo for a couple of days and dined here on two occasions. I have to admit the drinks were the highlight of the meals. The seafood quality was uneven, depending upon what was ordered. A couple of the selections were quite good, but a couple more, less so (but still not bad). I will say the service was outstanding. The prices were quite reasonable.

Showed up for lunch ; I was a bit disappointed with the battered fish plate . The fish has no taste, and the fries taste like burnt oil. Coleslaw is decent along with fish soup again. The food lacks flavor . The atmosphere is quiet and the restaurant is very clean. Ill probably not visit again, but I had to try since it sits right off the highway.

Good smells as soon as you walk in. Not like many fish food restaurants. The fish filet plate is the best value with 2 large fish strips and plenty of rice. The free pickled carrot slices are delicious! Plenty of attentive workers, very respectful. Kids play arena is huge 3 story and keeps little ones occupied while waiting for food. Live music of Friday and Saturday night is loud but enjoyable. Parking lot is MASSIVE. You could park a tractor trailer here.

The staff seems bothered to serve the customer and our waitress took forever to go check on us to see if we needed a refill. When I asked for a knife she gave us a look of annoyance and then we ended up leaving after the meal and she never even came back with the knife. There seemed to be all at the register gossiping and laughing. What terrible service, what a shame that these employees make the restaurant look bad. Definitely not going back and after so many years this being my favorite sea food place. Would not recommend!

My sister came into town a bit back, and we decided to have dinner with the family here. Our waitress was amazing! She was super kind and attended to us so calm yet quick. We sat at the table next to the wall to your right upon entering (so we were able to see those coming in and out). We were 7 (1 child). It was spacious. They have a kid play area which was nice and convenient. Also, we asked for lemonade, and our waitress made it herself for two of us at our table, and it was amazingly delicious. It was truly a nice experience. Food was pretty tasty. Their tacos bandidos have a burst of flavor in every bite. Im not too big on their seafood. Dine-in on 5.13.23.

This evening went to buy a shrimp cocktail at this location. It cost $12.99. It only had like 7 shrimps in there the rest was all soup. I usually get served more. This is supposed to be the size Large. I could not get all the video in since it only lets you post like a 30 min video. To go all the way from the South side for this I could ve just bought else elsewhere!

thursdays live music is awesome. 2 weeks in a row, weve been going from 7 to 9pm for dinner. excellent staff, great food. its not packed and u can also see the football game on one of many screens they have all over the restaurant. if youre into drinks, try the margarita on the rocks or their 1800 tequilla. great staff; very attentive.

Let me start with.. we had a nice greeting from the hostess who was busy cashing someone out...we were lead to a clean table. And our waiter was SUPER ATTENTIVE....bless his nervous heart. All the waiters were. But ours takes the prize to make sure we were okay. Strike one... this place does not offer chips and salsa. Which is not a requirement but a let down. We were offered crackers, butter, tartar sauce, and pickled jalapeños and carrots. We ordered the big hamburger and fries for my husband who was appeasing my craving for fish tacos and I ordered shrimp tacos. The big bacon cheeseburger was big lots of bacon that seemed to be deep fried and super crispy. Almost to the point of burnt. The French fries were not fresh cut but they were fine. My 3 tacos were great. There were 4 different bottles of hot sauce (not made in their kitchen) but I did ask for an avocado sauce that was offered in another dish. It had little flavor and was satisfied when I added a habanero sauce in a bottle that was on the table. My biggest disappointment was the rice. It was a white rice seasoned with Chicken bullion that tasted like it came from instant. The rice tasted fine in fact it had pieces of cherries (the kind you put on drinks) in it. That was a nice surprise. But wrong. Tacos and white rice? The inside was nice. I read they had entertainment, I forgot what days that was.
