Awesome place, they welcomed me on my birthday like I was a regular! Took good care of me, and had very friendly people! I love karaoke, had a great sound system, and dj! It was also the DJ wifes birthday, they were having a party, she shared her birthday cake with me as well! I will definitely be back!

Never a dull moment, everyone is always so friendly! They have live bands on Wednesdays and then they have Karaoke on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays starting at 9pm; there are other events usually stemming around holidays and such, just follow them on their social media accounts for dates. It is a smoking bar, so if you re not into that; it is something to be noted. It s a dive bar so don t be expecting it to be glamorous, but there is something comforting about it! There are pool tables as well.

Philly cheese steak meat was flaky, real dry tasting. Not near worth the price. I brought about 2/3s of it home for my German shepherd. It went down her throat so fast I doubt she tasted it.

DONT USE YOURE CARDS HERE! PERIOD! I used my card here TWICE and I ve been over charged both times by like 20 dollars, I know the bar tender wrote in my tip line 20 because this last time I Know what I tipped, beware of using your card here, it s a good bar don t get me wrong but just bring some cash and save the hassle of dealing with a dispute with your bank like I am, it s complete BS and the manager who is poke to about this was rude as can be. I come here for Thursday night kareoke and have fun always but not when people are taking my hard earned money, who even tips 20 dollars on a 40 dollar tab besides some one who has a lot of money, complete bs and they won t do anything about it, what ever though, I m just bringing cash here for now on because I m not here for them I m here for the kareoke guy. That s my honest review , 1/5 stars because they refuse to give me my money back that I didn t tip.

I have two separate experiences, and it will probably stay that way after what happened to me today. About a month ago someone came to my workplace and left menus and business cards. Finally, last week, I decided to give them a shot. I ordered on Friday (9/21) and received my food in a timely manner. I got the Original Philly Steak, and it was fantastic. Highly recommend it. So, today (9/24 - 5PM) I decide to order again. I tried to order online twice and it wouldnt go through. I tried calling the number on the business card, twice, and it would just ring and ring. So, I looked them up online and found a different number. A gentleman (hardly) answered the phone and I first inquired if the number I originally called was no longer being used. He had no clue what number that even was. When I told him it was on the business card someone passed out to us, he told me that they didnt have business cards. Then I said I tried ordering twice and it wouldnt go through, and he informed me that the kitchen was closed. I asked him what time it closed and he said it hasnt been opened all day. I then asked if it was closed on Mondays and he said no. At this point, I was annoyed, as clearly he was not willing to volunteer anymore info than he had to. I then inquired if there was some sort of problem that he couldnt tell me about, or if he just didnt want me to order from the establishment anymore, and he said that the cook didnt show up for work. Then he told me that the bar and the kitchen were too separate entities, as if I shouldnt be asking him. I then informed him that the restaurant listing didnt provide a separate number for the kitchen, and sarcastically said that I was sorry for inconveniencing him. I have no idea if the management reads this, but I have no desire to deal with your establishment when represented like this. Better social skills are definitely needed in this line of work. In closing, if the bar and kitchen are indeed separate entities, then I give the kitchen 5 stars and the bar 0 stars.

I go there for Pool game mostly. The bartender is beautiful and very nice. She remembers everyones drinks and easy to talk to. The environment is also cool. Always cool people singing and laughing.

Annie is the best bartender I have ever met, and I have worked at Pockets and Big shots. There is live music and karaoke on some nights. Three pool tables and dart boards. Jay is the owner, and a great person to talk to. Definitely my favorite bar in the area. Little hole in the wall, which is exactly what I like.

Dont be fooled this place has alot of trouble keeping a decent cook that knows what theyre doing. Service is minimal and not friendly- only to the people they selectively like. This place has nothing exciting happening except the liquor and thats if they wait on you. But after a couple drinks you come out more bored than when you walked in!! I dont recommend!

Food is typically good. No complaints in that department. Ive ordered delivery several times and theres sometimes the odd notion of someone hanging up with me and then calling back to get my card number which I still find odd. To bypass this tried ordering online to find out I would still have to wait for someone to call for my card number. So I decided to let it go and continue ordering only to have my order rejected for one of the following reasons: Im outside the delivery range (false), they had run out of something included in my order (understandable), or we had other operational issues (not enthused to hear this). I let it go and ordered elsewhere. 15 ish minutes later, the restaurant calls me to let me know that they arent delivering right now due to management and kitchen staff changes (something along this line). I was informed that I could still opt for pick up. This is nice to hear, but would have been nicer to see in writing on the website before taking time to put an order in only to have it rejected. Again, service and food are typically good. My only real gripe is in the ordering methods employed. 10/10 if I felt like dining in or doing pick up, but the delivery experience has been less than amazing.
