Very nice country club, but the cleanliness was definitely not up to par. Dead bugs, spider webs, dirt around the windows... I was a little grossed outed... There was popcorn on the floor from a previous event, and the chair covers were dirty and had holes in them. I was there to be a vendor. If I had rented that spot, I would have been livid.

We had our baby shower at this venue and it was so great! Adison was so friendly and accommodating. She met with me and my husband on multiple occasions to ensure we had a smooth event. On the day of the banquets manager and the entire staff were super attentive and friendly. We will definitely host many more events here!

Most of the staffing is good, pro shop staffing is great, bar staffing is great, memberships staffing are not that great, was promised things by Austin (who is not with hackberry anymore) that I never got and asked about multiple times. Also was never told of a bunch of different things that were taken place at the club such as cart memberships and change of hours when signing up. Was very hard to resign my membership from the club as it took me almost 15 days to hear anything back and all I got was an email and then a call 15 days later from a rude worker that hung up on me. Very professional I must say! Other than that, course is great but the hours of operation of the club is terrible due to the invited clubs. But don t expect to play a round in under 4 hours on any days. I have week days off and would play Monday or Tuesday mornings and most of the time only played 9 because It would take about 2.5 hours. Very hit or miss membership in my program, definitely would look to join something outside of the invited membership program and they are not the greatest to work with.

We played here using Signature Gold on a very very hot day. Play was very slow with a couple of corporate client foursomes in front of us. Only one or two are golfers! And they were drinking plentifully. Not good. The course is a typical ClubCorp course with a decent clubhouse. Craft, the restaurant, was good enough and was crowded for our early dinner.

Great place, if you see the activity coordinator Kent, turn and run. He attempted to ruin and entire team activity, but all he ended up doing was wasting time for us to eventually play elsewhere. At first it was disappointing, but I know Kent goes home to his wife who dominates him, so I can understand his overeagerness to control.

Went there for open play pickleball and then someone named Mindy took over how the paddle system should operate. There were different player levels before and then it all got lumped together, separated by winners and losers. Players want to play at their own level. 4.0 get disappointed and rude they wasted game rotation on beginners and novices are trying to get better playing people their level. Venue was nice, but open play operation was terrible. Edit: Not sure if Mindy was an employee or just a player there that took control. It definitely made players unhappy with the winner and loser system she made us do and even saw people leave because they don t wanna be talked down by players outside their rating bracket.

First time at this golf course, and it was beautiful. The Dallas Mavericks hosted a golf tournament with players there. It was called the Mavs Masters. Although I didnt get to play this time I did get to use the driving range and the putting green which were nice, and I was able to drive a cart around the course. The fairways looked like they were in fantastic condition, and the greens looked nice..

This is my home course, and I couldnt be happier with it. Its the most value for money that I have yet to experience in the Clubcorp family. Ive taken advantage of playing at a few other CC locations, and frankly, this should be a tier above where it sits currently compared to other locations. Course: - Layout: Its really good. A good mix of really tough holes and those to get some strokes back on; there are well placed bunkers and appropriately managed tree-lined fairways which are penalizing but allow you to get back in play. You get to use the full complement of your bag if youre on the right tees which keeps it interesting. - Conditions: These have been really good lately. I think they had peaked when I joined and were frankly immaculate at that time, but theyre still really good. The miniverde greens are really nice rolling true. The bunkers are well kept and challenging, and the fairways/rough areas are well manicured. The rough is really challenging which makes you elevate your game. The conditions have been as good or nearly as good as much more expensive Clubs I have played at. - Staff: The individuals in the golf pro shop are great like Mike and James. Sindy in the restaurant/bar is amazing. Others whose names I will memorize later have also been inviting. - Amenities: I mostly joined for golf, but the restaurant is a nice place to spend time. The pool looks great, and the kids/families seem to enjoy it. The tennis courts look great - perhaps Ill have to get back into tennis. Overall, I couldnt be happier. I hope they can keep up the standard their initial impressions have set.

It would be nice if the KITCHEN STAFF, not the head chef, did not park in the golf area closest to the clubhouse. Today, 5-27-2022 at 4pm a female wearing a kitchen black uniform, name tag and multicolored turban parked in the golf area closest to the proshop. Seems like this is a common benefit for working in the kitchen. This has been reported to the Pro Shop staff on other occassions, but then, they arent in the kitchen domain. The chef must offer it as an incentive since other kitchen staff also park in the golf parking spaces. I guess the kitchen staff is special and doesnt have to worry about the membership. Great perk for working in the kitchen. Does the kitchen staff pay dues and golf fees? The golf pros are professional and do help and respect the members. ALL of the Pro Shop professionals park far away.

The course was in great shape especially considering it was a week before Christmas. I have played here many times and don t have anything bad to say about the course or the staff. The only negative I have is letting groups of 5 go out on a Sunday. It really slows things down and in my case today we had to stop at the 15 hole because it was getting dark. Two groups in front of us was a group of five that was backing everything up and we were waiting on every hole starting at hole 2. I write for a golf website and have had the opportunity to play at some great courses if you have never played here and get the chance I recommend it.

Really nice course, amenities were solid, range was decent but hitting area was pretty chewed up and range target area was pretty dead. But course was great, in great shape. Greens were fully green and very fast, break was very much in play. Holes had a lot of water, some lining the entire hole and some in sneaky places. Course had a lot of uphill and downhill which was cool and kept things interesting, also a lot of doglegs, sometimes mixed with elevation change so you have to place your ball carefully off the tee. Greens are well protected for the most part, bunkers and hills hitting onto fast greens makes you really work hard with your short game. But I liked this course, would be happy to play again.
