This place consistently messes up the order. I ordered 4 subs and picked it up 15 min back. I even used my Shore Points to get 1 sub free. After I reached home and sat down for dinner, I see 3 subs in there. I immediately called back to inform this, and the person on the other side said he couldnt even understand what I was trying to say!!! This is not the first time my order has been messed up. ==== Updated ==== Phil, the General Manager,.called me and offered to address the issue. Once it is resolved, Ill post an update.

I thought that the person who handles money at the cash register is not supposed to be the same person who handles food! But I guess I thought wrong. There wasnt even a line -- just one person behind me, who Im sure wouldnt have minded waiting 40 seconds for the food prep guy to finish making it. (Rather than having the register guy finish it after handling cash).

According to a sign on the door, the restaurant is closed because of a broken oven. I called before heading over because even though the Jersey Mikes app says they are open, they werent taking online orders. Nobody answered the phone and there is no voicemail - it just rings and rings.

Upon arrival for lunch, my family and I found four employees handling phone orders while we were the sole customers in line. Despite waiting for an extended period with no updates on our wait time, we decided to leave. We opted for Jimmy John s across the street, where we were warmly welcomed by the staff and received lightning-fast service.

While here Jason was cutting bread and threw the bread knife under the front glass. The customer in front of us was touching it to push it back under so it didn t cut anyone. When it was our turn to order we asked for him to switch to a clean knife and he threw a fit asking if we really cared about that. He was getting more and more irate so we asked for a manager and that s when we found out he is the manager. It was clear he was high on something and was not making any sense. The rest of the staff was laughing. If he doesn t find it sanitary to change knives I wonder what other unsanitary things this location does. It was clear the whole staff agreed food safety doesn t matter by the mocking laughter. Just mind blown an innocent ask turned into such a huge deal.

First time using this location since we moved near it - order 2 meals girl behind counter never mentioned entering phone number for rewards then when asked she already cashed out order said it was too late but said I could enter code on receipt if I download the app but never gave me receipt - so had to go back and ask for receipt - no napkins no bag just handed wrapped sandwiches - attention to deal is key to good customer service - we will go back to Plano location where we never had a problem with food or service I suppose

You could tell when we walked in they did not really want to help us. But the dude did come take our orders and while they seemed annoyed that we actually wanted toppings they did make our orders correctly. Food was as expected. I will say they got busy while we were eating and their attitudes did seem to get better, so they might have been annoyed we interrupted their break. But I still shouldnt feel like I am an inconvenience as a customer.

I have visited this location a few times, but my last two visits have not been great. The turkey subs on my last two visits have not been up to their usual standards. There was very little turkey on the subs on my last two visits. Only one layer of turkey. For the price I paid, I expected to receive more turkey. I also ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and they managed to leave off the cheese. I will switch from Jersey Mikes to Jimmy Johns.

This is one of the best Jersey Mike s Subs locations in Texas!!!! They always make the subs perfect with exact amount of everything you need/want & always FRESH!! My favorite is the #13 Italian Giant on white. Red is a great manager up there & Jersey Mikes is lucky to have him!! I ordered a regular sub on Uber eats, but they accidentally made a Giant. When I opened my bag, I was shocked at how big it was, and then I saw a note on the bag saying they won t charge me. Just spent over 80$ there and received every sub the wrong way. Had 3 club supremes and all did not come with bacon. Were very rushed when made and just plain messy.. very disappointed in jersey mikes. I d expect something like this from jimmy John s but not jersey mikes . Would give half a star if I could.

Philip in the Allen location, took my order for 2 boxes of sandwiches. They had the same great flavor, as a dine in one, all were well-made and wrapped perfectly. Several people at our church, said, I have never eaten Jersey Mikes. As a result of the gathering, you have new customers. The bread, the meats, Lettuce/Tomatoes, and other veggies were all fresh. The team working in the restaurant, on the day of pickup were excellent. Best sandwich shop, and the chain supports worthy causes. Thank you Philip, and thank you, to the rest of the team.

Be careful if you are calling this location.....Called to make an order for 6 but stated that they do not accept call in orders which is fine, didnt argue but did state in a joking matter i was driving and couldnt do that...Employee replies oh well thats unfortunate for you and hangs up...I was going to proceed and pull over to make the order online for all 6 of us but after that joke they call customer service, decided to take my service elsewhere...sad because the jersey mikes around us happily accepts call in orders but i guess this one is just too good for that with their all star employees working at this location.

I went into Jersey Mikes yesterday , and had the worst experience ever!!! I even sent an email as well thru the jersey mikes website . The guy that assisted me and my friend was very rude and got upset when i asked him to change his gloves and remake my sandwich after he had touched cash and than my sandwich with the same gloves. He gave me and my friend attitude refused to remake my sandwich even refuse to give us our refund after going back and forward with requesting my money back ,another employee asks how he could make things better for us and than i asked for my money again and he said we cant do that and i said i don t want the food all i want is my money back and he pulled a 20 dollar bill from his wallet and gave it to us. Than i asked for my receipt and didn t provide it and asked for the cashier guys name and he said its none ya at this point this employer shouldn t be there if he refuses provide customers good service and use his brain to know that he shouldnt touch food after touching cash just common sense.

If Bacon is listed as an ingredient on the sub. Dont ask do I want bacon. Yes I want bacon its an ingredient on the sub. Thats like asking if I want meat or bread. It is up to me the consumer to order it without bacon if I dont want bacon not the store To the owners response: Again a club sandwich comes with mayo and bacon. The ingredients are listed clearly on the menu. Ive come in and was not asked if I wanted bacon and it was left off even though it is clearly an item thats supposed to automatically come on a club sandwich. I dont understand why they are targeting the bacon and making it an add on when its a key part of the sandwich. When I look at a menu and order an item thats listed if I dont want something on it I ask to have it left off or pick it off. Its not a pork thing because theres ham on the club that I order. If every restaurant adopted this policy we wouldnt know what we were getting anywhere. Its like ordering a bacon Cheeseburger somewhere and they ask you if you want the bacon. If you dont want something on your sandwich you ask to have it left off not the other way around. #YesWeWantTheBacon !!!

Ive been buying lunches at this Jersey Mikes in Allen regularly for over 4 years. Since mid-2020, I or my roommate pick up lunch here at least 3 times a week The sandwiches taste really good, are made to order just as we request. They have quality meats and use enough to make a filling sandwich (unlike certain other sub shops) and all the ingredients are fresh tasting. The roast beef is fantastic and if you dont like it pink, theyll heat it - no problem. Hold the onions - no problem. All done with a good attitude. Wish I could say the same about some of the customers. The place is spotless with the exception of the middle of the lunch hour rush. I will never understand why someone would get up from a table and just leave their trash sitting there when there is a large trash bin right by the door! Fortunately the manager keeps the focus on having a clean sandwich making and prep area with quick clean ups of the dining room until the rush is over. This location is much cleaner than some of the other Jersey Mikes locations Ive been in. One more thing, if you have a problem, tell them. If you did take-away, tell them the next time you come in so they can work to fix it.

I love Jersey Mikes, but this one was far and away the worst one I ve been to. It was filthy, all the tables had crumbs and dirty all over them (mind you, I came during a time that it was empty). The trash can was overflowing, the lettuce they had was all wilted and brown, the are behind the counter was also filthy. There were three teenaged guys working there, I don t blame them, I blame whoever the manager is. Definitely won t be coming back to this Jersey Mike s.

Wonderful customer service!! I called to place an order and was told to use the app. I explained I was in the parking lot and had my granddaughter sleeping in her car seat. The owner took my order, came out and chatted for awhile while they got my order ready. He even ran 2 doors down to help an elderly woman navigate her wheelchair into a different restaurant! He then took my credit card inside and returned with my subs. I did not get his name, but I wanted to give him a shout out and a huge 2 thumbs up for making this grandmas day a little easier.

I came in having never tried Jersey Mikes before and I was honestly blown away. The entire staff treated me like we had been long time friends and with just a couple of questions they were able to direct me to a sandwich I ended up falling in love with. Our family loves a good, fresh, well-made sandwich, and we get them every time from this Jersey Mikes location!! The service team is friendly, efficient, clean and listen to your requests!! My daughter and wife both have gluten allergies. This Jersey Mikes team works hard every time to ensure the integrity of the gluten free sandwiches made. The team knows us by name and has my wifes order memorized. They keep the entire work area neat, clean, and fully stocked!!! I frequent this establishment five days a week and have even gotten to know the friendly staff by name! I was so very disappointed today, I walked into this location to get a to go sandwich for lunch and I have never felt more uncomfortable anywhere this whole past year during this pandemic and the disrespect for the 6 foot distancing. It was bad enough for the customers not to respect this state mandated rule but also not one employee would step up to take control of the over capacity restaurant and all the customers crammed in front of the counter but in fact they encouraging all customers even the couple of people that were trying to keep the distance to step up to the counter when there was already 12 people standing there not but a foot away from each other. I understand the area and that it has a regular large lunch rush which makes it even worse they would they not be prepared for this. I would have rather been told that they were at capacity inside and to wait outside then what I experienced. There is no excuse for what I witnessed today. Not to mention not once in the 15-20 minutes that I waited for my food trying to stay away from everybody there I did not see any cleaning and sanitation anywhere happening. The only reason why I gave them a one star is because I can t post this unless I rate them and there is not a zero rating option.

Had a sandwich at the Allen store on Exchange on Saturday. Jersey Mike s is one of our favorite sub places. Service was good, food was good. However, we noticed no one was wiping down the tables after each customer dining inside was finished. Had to use napkins ourselves. Didn t appear to be taking safety seriously enough. Also let them know they were out of Unsweetened tea after getting our drinks. During the 15-20 minutes we were there, the chip carts were rolled to the back & replenished. No effort at all to brew more tea!

I was kind of disappointed , to start off i asked if the bread was soft and i guess their definition of soft bread is different from the dictionary definition of soft and what really surprised me was they had all the bread just stacked up in the open on the counter not at all sanitary. I should have walked out when i saw nats flying on the glass in front of the add ons for the sandwiches. Ive been to Jersey Mikes before at a different location and it was nothing like the one on W Exchange PKWY in Allen. I hope they read this and make improvements to improve this store to comply to Jerseys Mikes high standards.

This Jersey Mikes is my absolute favorite. The staff is polite & theyre always ready to serve and meet your needs. They always say hello or welcome in and smiling. I know its not easy working in that industry but I will drive from my house in mckinney to allen just go to to this jersey Mikes because of the staff. The store is always clean and neat. Overall the service is the best & cant be beat . I go here at least twice a week if not more!

I usually get the big Kahuna, which is a Philly with grilled mushrooms and jalapenos. The Turkey and provolone is great too. They add a lot more meat than Subway.

Little slow, but friendly, decent sub, and still smiling. Of course I say sir and mam to any worker I interact with wherever I go. No need to stress any employee out as i have no idea what that person is going through in their life. So a little niceness is appreciated and they were all friendly back. Good job guys!!!! Who wipes the counters where they prepare sandwiches with a dirty towel? and not only do they not dry counter before they drag bread across it but then they manage to slide rag across my prepared sandwich.I know its a minimum wage job but how can people lack common sense?Will never stop in this Jersey Mikes again.They did remake sandwich but when I got in my truck I couldnt eat it because I was grossed out.
