I was very pleased with the services Top Wash provided! My roof, house, windows and driveway looked great when he was done! Professional job, performed when promised and completed in a timely fashion. They even sent up a drone to take aerial pics before and after! Competitive rates. At the end of the service, Larry, the owner, made sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend this company!

Larry and his team did a fantastic job. It started with the overall professionalism. Larry made sure I was well informed on the product as well as his service. He advised me on what would take place and what to expect. He also called me out to take a look at the progress. He showed me before and after pictures of my roof. In addition, he shared with me how the cleaning would be even more clear after a hard rain. He was correct because we got a hard rain same night. Finally, I like his commitment to customer satisfaction. He said at least 3 times that if I saw something that needed further attention to let him and he would come back to take care of it. My experience with Larry and his team was a very favorable experience.

Top Wash is great! Our roof looked so bad and we even contemplated getting a new roof even though it was only 12 years old. After Top Wash cleaned our roof it looks brand new! I am sorry we didn t do it sooner. Larry took great care of the landscaping while the roof was being cleaned to insure nothing was damaged. I highly recommend Too Wash.

Top wash did an excellent job!!! I was surprised at how they were able to remove the black mold and make the roof look new!!! Highly recommend them if you are considering having mold removed from your roof. They were on time, very reasonably priced and easy to work with!!! Thanks too was!!!

Larry was in regular contact before the job, showed up on time, did an amazing job on our roof and gutters and soot covered chimney. They worked hard all day without taking a break. Cleaned up afterword and the final total was exactly what he originally quoted. Thanks for doing a great job.
