Raising Cane s in Rowlett is pretty good! The drive-thru staff are super friendly and never fail to give a witty greeting that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The chicken is always tasty, and the Cane s sauce is delicious. I do wish there was a bit more variety on the menu, but they do chicken so well that I can t complain too much.

September 14, 2024 Irving, Texas These fast food restaurants keep on downsizing on the chicken tenders. They used to be big, but now the chicken tenders are getting smaller.. I asked this woman in a nice well educated way for an extra little tinny sauce for our chicken, she charged me 0.50 cents extra.. Ridiculous cheap restaurants.. Charging for an extra little tinny sause.... The employees in this location are not friendly at all . .. The people in front of us were treated differently... .. We were very disappointed.. we wont come back to this location..until they change this unfriendly attitude..

Being from out of town, I expected more choices on the limited menu. The fries were good, but the only mustard available was honey mustard (no yellow mustard). They charge extra for sauce, but I didnt understand - though it was good, it wasnt that good where I wanted more than what was provided with the meal. The staff was friendly and there is an outdoor seating area for comfortable evenings

My personal experience was amazing I mean the food is never a miss and the costumer service is just on point always welcoming and everyone always has a smile on there face chicken was fresh fries were nice and hot and well salted and toast was just on point and the environment is also nice everyone is smiling and just always looks like there having a good time. This was my second time eating Cane s, and it confirmed what I already knew. The chicken isn t bad, but it s not worth what s being charged. It s juicy but Its lacks flavor. The Texas toast has the flavor. The slaw was subpar, and the Cane s sauce was like mayo-que sauce. 5/10

Good food, and fast service actually, easy to order. I ordered for night shift and it fueled me for the night, thank you. I recommend for those who in the mood for chicken for their nightshift for good grub fuel. I didnt appreciate Ulysses lying and telling people to not come here, hes dumb, I do recommend this place and I find nothing wrong with this place in my opinion.

I was not impressed at all! Have zero desire to come back to this location! You should be ashamed ! No matter who orders what ! Your first cane sauce should be FREE!! I ordered fries ! I should have not had to pay for two cane sauces! Ridiculous! Poor Customer Service ! Rather than ripping people off for cane sauce pay someone to clean your nasty restrooms! Pathetic ! Also rather than have your people be more worried about charging for cane sauce and handing you your bag and saying thank you ..train your team to have better attention to detail ! Example : If someone orders a drink they need a cup to put the drink in and should not have to ask for the cup ! Good Grief ! You can & need to do better ! Clean your nasty restrooms! We placed an order and literally saw everyone else get their orders besides us. Order after order and not one was for us. Even people that came way after us.The lady working up front was not the kindest either. THE WORST was their was absolutely no apology given. NO explanation when we finally went up front to ask what in the world was going on. Also we were here for dine in. They gave us our order to go. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their pieces are so small and they charge $2 per piece. I got some pieces that were literally 1-2 bites in size. I specifically asked for decent size pieces. They said they gave me the best they had. I told them they needed to train their employees to toss those out because this is a big rip off. This happened so many times this year. They only care about money. Can never enjoy my food. Seems like EVERYTIME I go here they try to over charge and dissatisfy the customer. One time I went and asked for cole slaw instead of canes sauce ( I hate the cane sauce, but love the cole slaw) they told me no I d have to order an additional cole slaw. Fine. Cool. Next time my boyfriend went, I usually eat my chicken and Fries with ketchup as well as my boyfriend. I told him to get 7 ketchups. Pretty reasonable since we got two Caniac combo.(36$). The worker told us we can get only 3 ketchups or we d have to pay extra. I m honestly not coming here again. High price. Overcharge. And not accommodating.

There was a fruit fly in the sealed cup they gave us of unsweet tea just straight chillin. I only noticed because on the kids meal they used a styrofoam cup that didnt fit the lid and kept spilling so I took the lid off. There it was. Never eaten inside can t judge their atmosphere. However I do frequently order for my staff of 50 employees. And have yet to be disappointed until today. My order was scheduled before the store opened today and set for 11:30am as all my previous orders. Today however they had not even started my order til past the order time. Food is always good no matter what location you go to. Always seems to be the choice when undecided what to have for lunch or dinner. I always enjoy the tenders and fries covered in Louisiana Sauce and washed down with an Arnold Palmer. The customer service was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. The staffs attitude could be more positive and accommodating. While I am not usually one to complain, I found it frustrating that even a simple request for lemonade, which was located behind the cashier, was met with an eye roll. If I had been able to reach the lemonade myself, I would have done so. Additionally, the staff seemed inattentive and unresponsive when I tried to get their attention for a refill, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. Despite these issues, the overall experience was acceptable.

So this was was my first time at Canes. Tbh, had very high expectations. From the toast to the fingers I was hoping for a high class fast food experience. As this is a monumental step in my journey of adulthood I was hoping for it to be filled with joy, laughter, and diet Dr Pepper. And I will say, two of these things were achieved (NOT THE JOY ). As I entered the portal to chicken galore I was hoping to be greeted by a friendly grin however expectations are just that: an expectation. Instead, a lady woman of non childbearing years had a mediocre attitude. And was very uninviting of me, a Northener, to her establishment, a chicken store in a southern town. I digress, her attitude towards me when I said I DID NOT WANT iced tea or lemonade was appalling. I am allergic to sugar, and I often phase allergophobic attitudes but at other fast food establishments my needs are seen, understood, empathized, and most importantly met. with an unfriendly scowl, she rudely and insensitively asked BOTTLED WATER OR FOUNTAIN WATER in the northern territories of the great US of A we don t have fountain water. Anyhoo, this experience was both delicious and disheartening. While I may return (TBD) I hope we can reflect on this experience as a learning moment. Perhaps Canes may now fund an allergy awareness campaign ( also what happens if you re allergic to chicken in todays economy NO VEGAN OPTIONS???? ) while I m not vegan, I wish my counterparts that are would receive such food as well. Please be aware of drive thru guy, He is a thief and running a SCAM. my incident occurred on 2/13/2024, I paid for my food, the guy gave me the receipt, but did not return my card, I ask for it, and he stated he gave it to me, I pulled my car up and looked around in my wallet, but could not found it, I went in and ask the front counter clerk to tell the guy at the window he didnt give me my card, counter guy whisper to him something, and this guy went in his back pocket to return my card. If that isnt theft I do not know what is, he had the intent to be fraudulent with my card, he didnt offer an apology, just a smirk on his face, the apology came from the front counter clerk. Please make sure you get your card when you receive your receipt. This guy is taking peoples card, running a scam.**********PLEASE BE AWARE.

This is my go-to fast food restaurant when Im hungry and cant decide what to eat. The chicken is delicious. Its amazing how these tenders can be so simple and flavorful, crispy, juicy, and well cooked. The consistency with every single Raising Canes is absolutely immaculate.
