My 4 year old daughter, Olivia, has been going there since she was 3 months old. I really like the office staff and teachers - very caring and willing to answer any questions. I can check on her anytime through the cameras, and I like what they are teaching her. She looks forward to going there everyday.

My son has been going to Kids R kids for almost a year, I love the fact they have a camera you can watch your kid anytime you miss him. They have an app where they update you About your kids activities and sends photos as well. They do a lot of activities and kids have fun. All the staff is very sweet, listen to your request and do their best to help. Thank you for all your efforts!!!

Ive chosen and loved placing my granddaughter at Kids R Kids Las Colinas because they are the best hands down!!! They are a diverse facility teaching awesome awareness, compassionate, strong beliefs in biblical morals which are not forced upon anyone respectfully. The staff are caring and devoted. If my granddaughter wasnt aging out wed continue our 45 - 1 hour long daily commute to her second home. Thank you for what you do Kids R Kids. The front desk and all staff have and forever place in our hearts !

This daycare has been such a blessing. We had such a bad experience at the daycare prior, this daycare took up the challenge to help my son start talking again. They worked with his timeline and didn t force potty training until he was ready. They communicate so well with me so I know what to do at home to help enforce the things they are learning at school. One thing I loved that felt different is when my son moved into a new classroom his teachers followed so it wasn t like he had to learn to trust new teachers and new expectations/activities. I have no regrets and actually feel so blessed to have found these teachers, and everyday am confident I made the right choice going here.

As a first time mom with a now 3 year old I was terrified to put my son in daycare but with my job I basically had no choice and I am so glad I made the right choice and put him in KRK! They are great he loves going and sometimes doesn t want to come home, when it s the end of the day which is crazy because I thought he would act the complete opposite. They have a way for parents to access the cameras to check on there child through out the day from your phone, which is honestly one of the main reasons I chose KRK but the best part is they send updates throughout the day of what they are eating for breakfast lunch and snacks along with photos which i absolutely love 10 out of 10 definitely recommend KRK to any parent the only thing is the price is a little high but when you think about everything your child is getting daily and the early learning it s definitely worth every penny

I wouldnt leave a bad review too much with this facility, I have gotten the chance to be part of this family as I have a child currently still coming here, I will not mention as i do not want any different treatment going out to my child. But i will say this. I dont agree with the comment this facility left discrediting other parent s experiences, at the end of the day we all have different experiences which im grateful I haven t faced anything like theirs, but to say that some parents are over exaggerating their experiences with their own child is Not Okay. Not sure if you have children, but put yourself in their shoes as a parent and how you would react. Which I understand the behavior of the teacher is not always in your control but there should be monitoring of them too. Nevertheless ill end it off at a good note bcz I actually enjoy taking my kid here to the las Colinas area. The school is beautiful in my opinion and i love their cute activities they do. Nonetheless, i hope you dont take other parent s reviews as threatening your school but as a opportunity to know how to better your school and know where issues lie, you already know this school has many great awesome reviews. Like i said I actually love this place, Ill leave it at I hope everyone reading this has a blessed rest of yalls day. My son loves KRK! He gets excited when we pull in to the parking lot and has a developed great relationships with all the teachers that care for him. The entire staff is amazing and goes out of their way to make sure my child is cared for and to keep me informed. We are so lucky to have found such an awesome school for him!

Do NOT LET THESE PEOPLE CARE FOR YOUR GOLDFISH! If you want to pay for your child to be injured, blamed for getting hurt, and MISSING then this is the place for you! My now 18 month old started attending the facility when she was 11 months. We initially loved the place. Being that it was the first daycare we tried, we didn t know how a facility SHOULD be. The first major incident was my daughter s finger was shut in their steel frame doors. How? Lack of supervision, which is the primary issue here. As a parent or caregiver, it should be second nature to look before closing a door to ensure a child is not around. The door removed some of her skin from her pinky. That s how bad the injury was. There was no accountability or empathy during the Care Call. My child was blamed because she put her finger in the door even though that s not what caused the injury. The injury was caused by a door being shut without looking around for small children. Instead of training their stuff on how to handle Care Calls, they just prevented that person from making them. Another incident occurred with my child being unaccounted for. Her dad attempted to pick her up from the classroom, but she was not there. Another parent alerted him and asked was the child near the exit door his! The teacher was unaware that my child was not even in the classroom. Later, it was determined that she walked out of the classroom while the teacher was talking to a parent. Lack of supervision and no accountability for losing a child. Lastly, my daughter suffered a BLOODY NOSE. Around 4pm or 5pm, a teacher started to vacuum to prepare to go home for the day. At that time, they transition the children to another room. Initially, we were told that our child ran into a shelf because the sound of the vacuum startled her. Later, we were told that she was walking by and fell into the shelf. They didn t let us view the cameras this time either. There were no apologies, sincerity, or accountability. Why would you be vacuuming in a room full of babies anyway? If you are transitioning the children out of the room then wait until they are all in the other room to vacuum and clean. The women that work there are very rude, and gossip even with parents walking by, the directors do not genuinely care about the children. We were sent a very passive aggressive email by the Director disenrolling our child as if we harmed her children. SN: We were already in the process of pulling her out because we noticed that she started to bite, cry, and hold onto us for dear life every time we dropped her off. Parents, that s an indicator that your child is not being cared for appropriately since they can t communicate well at that age. We hate that we did not pull her out sooner especially when I noticed that our child was not included in the activities. We would dress her up for their themes, but she was not showcased in many if any pictures at the Christmas concert. She s been in her new daycare for about a month and she has not bit anyone or cried when getting dropped off. This daycare is 100 times better! She is also included in the activities.

Great Daycare. We had moved from Boston to Las Colinas, I had researched a few other daycares around the area prior to enrolling my children here and the teachers here are so amazing, kind and loving & so are the front staff ladies. We love this place for our kids. We could almost immediately see the changes in our son with all of the new words and sign language. Everyone is super friendly and attentive. Enrollment was a breeze. Great day care school and highly skill teachers, staffs and management. Everyone are superb and high skills with great attitude. Technology is up to date throughout the apps, camera, etc. We got notification for every activities of our kids. Can watch them from home as well. Teachers are very nice and helpful. Mrs Sujata is very friendly, hardworking and she got excellent skills. Ms Taylor is awesome. Everyone in this day care starting from front desk, management, staffs are perfect on their roles and they take care of our children very well. Recommended to everyone.

My daughter has been going to this school almost 3 weeks now and I gotta say I love it. They are so organized, great communication and most importantly they really care about the kiddos. My kid loves the food, the activities and the teachers. She has developed soooo much in just 3 weeks, teachers are helping with potty training and I love being able to see her throughout the day on the camera app. Walls dividing the classrooms and the hallways are transparent so the directors can walk around and see what is happening at all times and you can see your kid right when you walk towards your kids classroom, there s also a playground connected to each room so they have play time morning and afternoon which my baby loves. I feel so blessed to have found such an amazing place.

When I went for a tour a kid about 6/7 was sitting at the front desk alone! I waited for about 5-7mins and a woman dressed in pajamas and Nike slides walked in and asked the kid where some one was he told her the woman left for the day! Kids were crying and screaming through out the whole facility be careful where you place your kids In response to you responding why would you try to discredit my review? Where do you keep the records of your visitors? Why would I go around making fake reviews! I have a 2 year old son I was looking for daycare for you were one of the locations I toured and that s what happened. Customer service tip.. fix the problem don t get angry or disrespectful to your consumers! I m filing a report with DFPS so tighten up for those babies sakes!

My daughter has been attending Kids R Kids Las Colinas since it reopened and we couldnt be happier with the school. This is a wonderful school with caring teachers and staff. The environment is very positive and the curriculum is amazing. My daughter is learning more and more everyday, and Im constantly blown away with her knowledge. I would give a zero if I could. I went last week for a tour of the facility, filled out the paperwork on Monday, paid for the week of summer camp to only be called on Thursday that they couldnt take a form from the doctor because it was not their exact form. No one is more particular about my child than I am. I am highly upset and oh by the way, they charged my credit card the day that I enrolled him. How are you charging someones credit card without making sure they have all the proper forms. To me, I think this is pure laziness b/c the form may not be exact but the information that is needed for the center is on the form. RIDICULOUS. When I asked for a refund (TODAY), the director told the young lady to tell me that she will look at it tomorrow. I am sorry but you still have 3 hours left before closing, why do I have to wait to be reimbursed but you didnt wait to charge my card for the funds. DO NOT ENROLL your child here. Awful! My grand baby was crying non stop so much that she threw up 2 times and the staff never called me! I picked her up and all the baby s were sitting alone in their cribs crying no toys or anything! When I voiced my concerns to the director she said she is the professional and saw no need to inform me. Looks like a prison for babies!

I am not impressed thus far! Starting at a new daycare/summer camp can be a very stressful transition for the parent(s) and children. My 1st impression of the center was average. I was politely greeted when I toured and they attempted to make reasonable accommodations to transfer my children to their center. Unfortunately, our previous center closed and forced us to seek other arrangements. I am a single parent of 4 that receives assistance with daycare expenses. This center was not properly educated on the inter-workings of this assistance program (even though it is mentioned that they should be knowledgeable on what they claim to accept). I was quoted 2 separate registration fees. On the day I toured I was quoted $50/kid. I advised them that normally these fees are covered by the assistance program and I was in essence turned away due to an inability to pay that day. I decided to call the assistance program to gain clarification and was told that registration fees are indeed covered and to go back to the center to address and figure out a start date. Long story short, I was then quoted another registration fee of $90/kid and was argued down regarding what was covered and what wasnt. After this was all sorted out, and it seemed that everyone was on the same page. I was then told the kids could start ASAP, in which they did! I was also given an option to pay $50/kid for field trip expenses. Which I ended up paying for 1 child. Seems like all should be well right? Wrong...this morning, I was asked if I wanted to pay $30/kid for field trips. What in blue-blazes is going on here??? I advised the front desk that I just paid $50 for 1 child for field trips and I was told that this is for t-shirt, water bottle, back pack and in house field trips. I said all of this to say...BE CAREFUL!!! This place is indeed a business, but they are very focused on the monetary side of things instead of properly educating themselves on services they claim to offer. Further more, I have yet to receive access to the online viewing which was a big selling point for me. So focused on the money until they forget to cover the basics. To any other parent that may receive assistance here, please be advised that you will somewhat be treated as a second class citizen. Or at least this has been my experience thus far. ***Update*** A member of the staff did contact me today to clarify the difference in the field trip fees and schedules. They have 2 different things going on and they cleared up the miscommunication on this matter.

I worked for KidsRkids Las Colinas. What a wonderful place to work where the owners are so kind and caring. The atmosphere here is really genuinely wonderful. The techers are friendly and respectful. It definitely has a family atmosphere. I left and still carry warm memories of my time there. And of course i miss the babies so much. somebody asked me about this place and i told him the story , how you charged me for the week my kid never went , how he was separated from other kids and it all happened one day after i asked why his diaper was so heavy when he reached home . i think the teacher in that room was offended by my question . my son is super happy in new school and he is about to complete whole year there without any issue.

I was very disappointed with the quality of this daycare. I enrolled my kids and after a week I had enough. I liked the fact that they had cameras in the rooms. My daughter is 4 yrs old and I watched her everyday and they literally sat in front of a tv all day which they called media time . The teachers were on their phones (I have the proof) which is statewide law that teachers are not to be on their phones, they seemed very lazy. Also, I would watch the kids take naps for 3 1/2 hours. My daughter will be starting school soon and do not need to be taking a 3 1/2 nap (which is also against the rules!). If they are breaking statewide rules then I do not need my children in a place like that. I hate that I did not have a good experience but this is not a good daycare.

Worst teachers and management in whole DFW area. If you are sure that you do not love your child and want them to feel the pain of hell , please go ahead and send them to this place . My son went here for 2 weeks , they couldn t feed him anything at all from 8:30 to 5 PM , he starved there but no one cared . Teachers will just turn on the TV and gossip with other teachers whole day . They just want kids to behave like robots , eat , sleep , watch tv , do not move from the chair . I just compaint once about wet diapers and they called next day morning saying that they cannot handle him because he cries too much . If teacher doesn t show any love or any affection towards the kid , how can they expect a 2 year old to be comfortable. They actually asked me take my son out of school just because he cries and it affect their school image , specially Mrs Katrina , I don t understand how she is still there with her kind of nature .

We have been part of the KRK family for 3 years now. We love it, as does our son! The teachers are caring. Our son has learned SO MUCH at KRK. He is 3.5 and knows all ABCs, can count up to almost 100, speaks clearly and with almost perfect grammar. He uses big words correctly, in complete sentences. We give a lot of credit to the school for being diligent in the education of their students.

The staff and teachers are amazing, the whole place is very clean and it s totally worth the price. The fact that they have cameras is just fabulous! Totally puts your mind at ease. But the fellow parents you ll have to deal with here....will make your head explode. Just be prepared for some of the most inconsiderate people, people who won t hold the door open as they re leaving for people walking up with babies in their arms, people who will cut you off in line when you re trying sign your child in in the classroom, parents who will leave their stuff all over the classroom as their dropping their child off leaving you with little space to do what you need to do. Kids R Kids of Las Colinas is one of the best daycares in which I have ever had the pleasure of enrolling my daughter. The instructors were invested in the growth, development and general wellbeing of the children. Every morning my daughter was excited to attend and never wanted to leave. This is by far THE BEST daycare ever! They are soooo caring & understanding when it come to these kids. Every time you walk in they greet you by name. If there is ever an issue with your child you are the 1st to know. My daughter is spoiled & anti lol shes never been around kids until here & the staff just makes her feel so welcomed & the teachers are so patient with her, she learns sooo much here too! Its more than just a daycare & I couldnt have chosen a better place for my daughter!!!!

My baby girl has been attending KRK since January when she was 3 months old and thus far we are happy with our choice. You can tell the staff cares about your child and their development, and I appreciate their thought and effort into a curriculum even at her age. Everyone is friendly - from the staff to even the parents I have encountered. I see no reason for us to look elsewhere.

I deleted my original post actually because I was so upset by the meeting we had. I have seen that youve fixed much of what I had issue with, but after everything that happened last week, I couldnt bare to go back into your facility even though we were paid through this week. My access to your camera system was removed by someone on your management team Wednesday morning after our meeting, so I couldnt bring my daughter in that day because I feared that one teacher would retaliate. Your manager fixed the access, and I brought her in Thursday to 3 of her favorite teachers thankfully. In the future, set up a time to talk to parents who post on google review on their schedule and their comfort level. I was very upset the day I posted that after a run in with one staff member and was far too harsh, but understandably so. As a recommendation, make your email available to parents in case they are too worried about going to management. Last time we had issues, your director met with me on my schedule and listened to me very well. For the two weeks after that meeting, things were great! She wasnt available in the mornings when I was there though recently, so thats why I never told her the other issues I saw towards the end. I was glad to see the changes youve already made and pray for your facility. You have a few real gems on your staff including Kristen at the front desk and at least 1 teacher in each of the toddler rooms. If I could have handpicked my daughters caregivers, I know who I would have picked. You can identify the best by those who hug and hold the children or bend down and talk to them at their level. If youd like to actually hear all the different things that I had issue with or recommendations I had, I have them typed up and would be glad to share them with you so you can continue to improve. I dont know everything about education, but it is what my Masters is in and what everyone in my family does for a living...so some of this was high expectations...but some was a teacher with a very bad attitude. I wish this never would have exploded the way it did because I really liked the new teachers in the room and will greatly miss a couple of the staff members who were always so sweet to me and appreciative of my parental involvement.

My experience with Kids R Kids has been great. I was afraid to move my son from the daycare he attended because he had been there since he was about a year old. But it was the best move I could have made. I can tell that he is very happy here. Teachers and very nice and caring. They communicate with me if theres any concerns with my child. Everyone is very pleasant. The place is very neat and clean (which is the biggest thing for me) My 4 year old is given assignments to take home and they do a lot of classwork (Hes always so proud of his work) Thank you to all the Kids R Kids staff.

Choosing a daycare for your child is a very important decision. When we were searching to find the facility that would be the best fit for our family, KRK was at the top of the list based on the reputation it has in the community. After taking our first tour, we knew our son would be in the best hands at KRK. Our son started when he was 3 months old and we were surprised to find out how much more KRK is than just a daycare. We were amazed to see all of the things our son was learning. The staff really treats you like a family as well, which made us feel confident that our sons best interest was at hand. At 4, our son was able to add, subtract and write all of his letters. Now, our son is in Kindergarten, and he is well equipped and adjusted because of what KRK instilled in him. He participates in the KRK after school program and we are thrilled! Now, we have a daughter who is following in her big brothers footsteps and we can definitely say the same is true 3 years later as we see our daughter grow. If you are looking for more than just a daycare, then you truly need to consider KRK.

Best Experience- Having my daughter refuse to come home because its about to be outside time and shes having fun. Worst Experience- There has been a couple of times where a rooms baby to teacher ratio was more than what they advertised. I will say that after I notified them they made sure they rushed a teacher into the room. I have two kids in there now, a one year old and a three year old. Both have been enrolled at Kids R Kids since they were 6 months. Theyve always come home healthy(excluding typical baby sicknesses), clean and full. No one is perfect, point me to a daycare that is and ill call you a liar. I can say that they strive to be perfect and I appreciate that.

My son has been attending Kids R Kids for 2 months now and I must say I am very impressed. The teachers are very attentive to each kids personal needs and always have feedback for the parents. My son is 2 and is recognizing his numbers, letters and knows all of his colors. His transition was smooth and I was even emailed 2 pictures of my son adjusting with his new friends on his first day. Not only has this been a good place to learn, he is happy and I love it, I couldnt be happier. Big thanks to his teachers for their patience and all they put in to his growth.

I would not recommend this place at all due to the lack of professionalism. The staff shows no empathy to new parents, but yet will tell them it is ok to call In and check on your new baby. As it is already hard to deal with separation issues, its even harder to deal with a staff who has no customer service skills. They are money hungry and could careless about a child. My grandson was pull out of their daycare within 3 days due to the staff talking about my daughter while on the phone. They werent even professional to place her on a soft hold, but seem to be so disturb that she was calling to check on her infant son. She had me in tears because she could not stop crying about how they treated her and could be mistreating her son. He is now attending a very professional school, they treat you like they want to be treated and they are very loving to all of their children. Please do your research. Just because you pay big money doesnt mean your going to get quality care.

we checked a few other day cares in the Las Colinas/Irving area and this wins by a mile. This is our first child so we were apprehensive about leaving our child with what really is a complete stranger. That said, getting past the first day was rough on us as first time parents, but the teachers took our baby over to the cameras and had her wave since she knew wed be checking in A LOT that first day. Since then we dont have a worry in the world with our child at Kids R Kids. We really feel like the teachers enjoy our baby and thats a huge comfort for us. The faculty and staff always refer to us as Mr and Mrs, and greet us as we walk in, and say good bye as we leave. Very friendly. Again, if this is your first foray into child care facilities, I recommend Kids R Kids in Las Colinas every chance I get.

We went to visit the place after seeing the high review and we were honestly disappointment by the hospitality of the director. First she was not wearing an appropriate clothing and secondly she didnt show us an effort to give us a proper tour of the center giving us an excuse that she has to cover the receptionist. The infant facility was alright. I did some research on this center on dfps.state.tx.us and found few serious incidents. Here is one of them 1 a caregiver didnt use a good judgement when she decided to wrap scotch tape around a childs hand in an effort to stop her from crying. The same caregiver didnt demonstrate good judgement when she spoke inappropriately about children in their presence. Be careful to ask all these cases when you visit their next time

Having our child enrolled at Kids R Kids has been a great experience. I can honestly say that the teachers truly care about each child and invest the time needed to effectively teach the children vital skills that expand beyond counting, learning shapes, or other traditional skills that a child may learn in daycare. It was amazing to see our child come home and communicate with us via sign language before he could speak, or to see that the manners we were teaching him at home were reinforced at school as well. My wife and I also look forward to finding out what arts and crafts projects our son has been working on, as well as what new songs or dances he has learned to help reinforce learning in the classroom. KRK has exposed our child to so many different experiences that make him a well rounded toddler. As new parents, leaving your child at daycare can be daunting. Our son has been enrolled at KRK since he was 6 weeks old and from day one we were provided with peace and comfort. We recommend KRK to everyone because they truly are experts at what they do. If my wife and I are blessed to have another child, we would enroll him/her at Kids R Kids in a heartbeat.

I would highly recommend this child care facility to those in the Las Colinas, Irving, Valley Ranch and Coppell areas. After extensive research I chose to put my daughter in Kids R Kids Las Colinas and have never regretted the decision. The owner is a wonderful, humble person and the staff is amazing. The teachers truly love and care for the children as if they were their own. I am currently expecting my second child and it is a huge stress relief knowing that I already have a safe learning environment to enroll her in.

We were happy with KRK. We changed daycare due to location. There was always one teacher who truly bonded with my son (he is 15 months now) and that was very comforting to me. He was always someones baby and he would get very excited in the mornings to see his special teacher. I also LOVED having the cameras because I missed my son so much and I was able to see him. I will say though that there were often technical difficulties with the cameras and at one point they were out for over a month due to construction and this was a little frustrating, but I am not sure it could have been helped. Ms. Zelda has always been very helpful when we have questions or concerns. There are always some negatives, of course. One thing that really bothers me is that the toddlers (age 12 months -18 months) are not allowed to have sippy cups. They have to use open faced cups and that is absurd. My son left before he had to do that, but I know my son and I know for a fact he would not be getting enough milk if he had to use an open faced cup that he undoubtedly would spill. There were 2 outbreaks of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease within a short period of time. This is not the fault of the teachers, however, they did not post a notice about it until my son (who was the second infected child that I know of) had been clear of symptoms for about two weeks, so I feel that was a disservice to the other parents. We also had some issues whenever my son moved into a new room. He was moved far too early both times and there were issues with ensuring that he was being fed when he should be. That was obviously a huge problem, but we sorted it out. The last time we had an issue with feedings, my husband arrived to him screaming in hunger and he had not been given a bottle in 5 hours. I made a call to KRK and it did not happen again. Overall, you have to pick and choose your battles with a daycare center. I feel that this is a quality place. Knowing my son was loved was the most important thing and he definitely was loved there!

My daughter started attending Kids R Kids when she was four. She went to kindergarten when she was five and a half and I had her first parent teacher conference recently. Her teacher was so pleased with how much my daughter knew. She entered kindergarten already reading 20 sight words, being able to do simple addition and subtraction, she knows what compound words, syllables, and patterns are. Kids R Kids has always boasted of be Texas School Ready, and I can confirm that they are. I feel that my daughter is well prepared and Im so proud of how smart she is. She is going o be put into accelerated math and reading classes because they feel she already knows what the rest of the class is beginning to learn. Kids R Kids has made a big difference in the start of her education. I would recommend them to anyone!
