I ordered a A1 double meat burger thinking it was going to be massive only to find a tiny little scrawny burger in my bag (size of a value menu burger from Mcdonnalds--like a Mcdouble). Not impressed with the A1 burger sizes at all, very misleading based on the picture and what you actually get. I would stick to their classics, like their Hungerbuster. Update: I recently discovered their grilled chicken sandwich and I highly recommend if youre into moist, tender, flavorful chicken like the one you get when you grill it yourself Im the weeknd. I like to add cheese to it and sometimes jalitos (breaded jalapeños).

The blizzards are always soupy. Rather drive the 18 minutes to the other DQ to get a blizzard thats not melted before I make it to the window.

Worst Service, DQ looks empty and accidentally went to the second window to get my meal, Gloria was super rude and told me It was the other window and was really aggressive when taking my card out of my hand, told her I was sorry nicely. Sad for this service given by this individual, DQ looks empty but you wonder why people dont come in and now I know why.

The food was great in the fact that it was hot so you could tell it was freshly made but it took long for me to get and my kids and I did not finish any of it because the chicken tenders were hot but the fries were cold as if out for a while and the chicken tenders tasted of pure oil as if they sat longer than usual and that passed on to the fries so just ended up making something at home to eat instead. Parking: There was nobody in line or in parking.

Becareful when ordering they will upcharge you if your not paying attention for your order they will give you a large drink instead of the regular size, always tell them what sz combo they wont ask. This was through the drive thur. Service is good but watch out.

Took a long time to get my drive through order. I ordered an extra long chili dog combo, no cheese, no onion, no mustard, just chili. I was there from 7:27pm to 7:46pm waiting for my order, almost 20 minutes. They asked me to move to the 2nd window that was unmanned to wait for my order. I was told that they were waiting for the fries but 4 people that were behind me were able to pay for their order, get their order and drive away before I received my order. Seriously, how would a fast food restaurant that sells burger, fries snd desserts run out of fries during dinner time? And why would it take them that long to cook a new batch of fries? Sorry, but I think they just forgot about my order after they moved to to empty 2nd window.

Terrible service. I decided to stop by before I drove 30 minutes home from work and girl in drive thru refused to take my money due to the bill not being under a $20 Such a shame i used to visit this DQ twice a week but the service has gotten so bad and the quantity is thievery. Should have taken a picture of the ice cream before I threw it out the window. Very disappointed and disgusted by this DQ . I wont go back

The customer service at DQ is usually top notch and the orders are always completed promptly and correctly. However, tonight was deeply disappointing. The young lady serving guests at the drive-thru was awful! She was nasty right off the bat upon pulling in. The worker didnt even greet me, she just started off by rushing me to order by screaming Are you going to order?! And claiming she couldnt hear us. Nonetheless, from the food to the awful, awful drive-thru experience was just a huge marker of this franchises poor customer service.

Unbelievably rude staff that practices poor hygiene.
