This is a very nice park and they keep the grounds very nice and trimmed. I love coming here, been enjoying this park for about 50 years at least!!

We visited this park on the 2023 Christmas evening following a Facebook post. Our intention is to see and enjoy the lighting in and around the park premises. But it was not that worth visiting the place only for seeing the lighting in the park. This is my personal feeling only. Also there are inscriptions on stone about the history of the city Irving, by which we can get to know things about the initial stages of the city.

This is a well-maintained park with a wide walking path and multiple pet waste stations. It has several sites that pay homage to the city s history. There are several benches and a covered pavilion with picnic tables.

Beautiful park and with a walking trail. Tons of geese, turtles, ducks, and little fishes. Love this beautiful park in a great neighborhood. Playground: Playground at the end of the trail under the bridge. Dog-friendliness: Great area to walk dogs on leashes. There is a lot of ducks and geese s so beware. I loved this park and got to know the great history of Irving city. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars because a few homeless drug addicts kind of people were roaming around the area with high-volume speakers, which was annoying. Else, it was a great park to visit.
