This is one of my favorite seafood restaurants, I look at the menu and almost every seafood dish appeals to me. I ate there tonight with my daughter, the food was good and the service was good. I called my wife and asked if she wanted us to bring her anything and although she likes seafood too she ordered a hamburger. She said the hamburger was very good.

All staff members were very friendly & professional. We had the pleasure of having Kobie as our waitress. She provided exceptional service for us with such a large number of people in our party along with other guests. The drinks were great! The appetizers were amazing. All food was hot and fresh! The gator bites and fried pickles are amazing; the catfish is good but I m unsure if it s catfish or just not farm-raised. When I am in the area, I would definitely return! Went after-work and had a nice time. The waitress was friendly and nice. I got the cheese fries and a wonderful drink. The drink was nice and strong and would be a reason I would come back. Any drink at Razzos is always good and worth a second trip.

I paid $22 for this size portion? The portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller. I got the seafood combo platter. I visited razzoos on August 25, 24 for to go. The corn and hush puppies used to come with this meal along with fries. When was this change made? Now you only get shrimp, crawfish, catfish. You choose two sides. Had I known I d be losing more portion size I wouldn t have came to that location. The portion sizes used to be more. The manager told me that the fries didn t come with it because I chose hush puppies and corn as my side. So I had to pay an additional $5.00 for the fries. But since I had placed my order on razzoos website and paid for it online. And I didn t find out about the sides until after I already got there I paid for the fries unhappily . I mean that fried seafood portion especially the crawfish tails it just looks like a small scoop of it. How is this supposed to fill anybody up at the price I paid? Had the grilled mahi with shrimp and a bowl of seafood gumbo. It was all very delicious. The mahi was moist, tender and delicious. The veggies were good, not overcooked, just right. We asked to skip the rice in place of more veggies. We split one entree and we each were still unable to finish it all. Service was prompt and great. Restaurant was clean, parking was convenient.

Great service from Becca who made us feel relaxed and in good hands with his friendly and professional care. Tilapia, shrimp, fried pickles and Bloody Mary were all tasty. Only downside was the atmosphere that felt like a brightly lit Chilis where the floors and tables were not so clean.

This is the most wonderful place I have eaten in a while. The manager who manages another location still walked around checked on quests and all his staff. If your looking for a cool place to eat in Dallas you need to add this as a must destination. Michelle (Mitchi) is the bartender and was my server as well. Happy, answered questions, knowledgeable about the food!!! And the food, I cant even describe how great it was! How can corn on the cob melt in your mouth. I had the Tricky flounder! To all my new friends there! Have a wonderful time til I see you again! OH I cannot forget about the Pecan Pie!

Razzoos us always a fantastic experience. Great drinks, great food, and great service. The Cajun tastes authentic too! Alligator tail bites fried as appetizers are amazing. Also the burger sounds basic on the menu but it is amaazziing. Its very well marinated and the bbq sauce on it is delicious.

We had a great experience dining at the Irving Razzoos location. I generally have high expectations for any Razzoos location because I used to be an employee many moons ago. Manager Chris and bartender Till were more than welcoming. Their humor was refreshing as well as being tuned in to refills and other needs during dinner. I only did one star because I couldnt put none. Listening skills of the staff each time that I have gone here which lead me to write the review today is extremely poor. Time management for customers is not taken in consideration at all. First experience i ordered a drink instead of it being given to me after made the bar tender and the manager decided that they both wanted pass my drink back and forth to take to take a picture. No longer wanted it at that time to many hands and parties had been breathing and talking over my drink as I waited 30 minutes to get it. Today I ordered a meal verbally i asked for specific sides entire order WRONG!!! I go at times that they are not busy so there is no excuse. I tip as well but today is the last day Razoos has seen a dime of my money. And my people go faithfully they are tired to I just took the time to write the review because this is ridiculous...

I had the Shrimp En Brochette and a cup of Gumbo. It was all extremely good but the green bean side that came with the Shrimp Brochette was probably the best I have ever had. Highly recommend. I called ahead to make sure they had enough crawfish and was told that they had more than enough for me to get there and order.... 30 minutes later Im told that I was lucky to get there when I did because they were running out... 15 minutes later they come back and say never mind were out... And this is even after I ordered and was told that they had enough... So my table got zero crawfish... The other problem is that I told them twice (once before my meal, and once during my meal) that it was my sons birthday and they failed to visit the table and offer a complimentary dessert, or even respectfully say happy birthday to my child. We left and I was pretty disgusted by the entire experience... I had to wait on one of the people in my party to leave the bathroom for us all to leave, and thats when the manager came up to me and said he was sorry and offered a free pie to go, but by then everyone was already in the car and ready to go... Too little, too late. 1. Dont tell an entire table that you have food that you dont have... Especially if you called ahead and was told that there was more than enough. 2. When someone secretly gets up from their table to go tell the hostess on two different occasions that there is a birthday boy at the table, at least have the decency to come to the table and tell him happy birthday... At no point did we ask for anything for free, or even a giant song and dance by everyone in the kitchen; however making him feel special wasnt all that hard to do, now was it??? Shame on you razzoos.... This is the experience that I have with your establishment... Its this experience that I will think of every time I pass one on the highway.... Therefore I will always have the reminder that you did our table wrong and will choose to go elsewhere when craving Cajun food... Another once great establishment bit the dust... Time to repurpose the razzoos restaurant buildings into something more accommodating and pleasant...like office buildings for root canals. 3. Oh yeah, I almost forgot.... I had the Gator tail and it was absolutely 100% terrible... It was tiny little balls like 1/2 the size of popcorn shrimp... It used to be in medium sized strips, and they were delicious... But now it felt like I was eating crumbs left over in the bottom of a Long John silvers box.... And the rat toes had a disgusting filling, not what they used to have which had seafood chunks in it... It was just an overall terrible experience and not worth the money we paid... Everyone should seriously go elsewhere.... What a shame Razzoos... The Good feelings that I used to have for you guys is definitely a thing in the distant past.

What a pleasure it was today to sit at the bar near the service bar and have my soda water with lime waiting on a to go meal. Each employee I encountered was great. Watching everyone have sincere smiles and appreciation for each other was so much fun. I have managed restaurants for many years in the past and know how much work goes into a seamless operation and the importance it is to exceed a customer s every expectation. The food was fabulous. Great job to each and every team member in the back of the house and front of the house. You all matter and make a difference to every customer who encounters your great talents! I have visited this place several times now and have enjoyed every visit. The quality of the food, service, and atmosphere has always been consistent and the visits have always been enjoyable. I personally recommend the stuffed shrimp.

The fish was served piping hot, impeccably fresh, and delightfully crispy, just as I prefer. There was no hint of a fishy odor or flavor, and the fries were also wonderfully fresh. I value a skilled cook and the use of fresh ingredients. **UPDATE:** The medium-well Big Easy Cheese Burger and the dirty rice were delicious additions. Although my husband enjoyed his shrimp, unfortunately, the red beans and rice were missing from his order.

Take this however you like: its like the Fridays of Cajun food. Food was really good. I got the gator which was delicious. I went by myself while traveling. I could see it being a great place to bring a group that likes some spice in their meal. I love spicy food and while this isnt crazy spicy, it would be too much for someone who doesnt like spice.

Nice Cajun spot. I always come here for the gator! Their service is always top notch. We always ask for Michelle G. She is very knowledgeable of the menu and is super helpful. Food order is always accurate and comes fresh everytime.

My husband and I came in for dinner on our date night, Ashley was our sever. She gave us such a great experience after a long and stressful work week. It was such a blessing to have her positive energy around, she is such a gem. We will definitely be back and will always request to be seated with her and try her recommendations .she is a keeper.

The food was pretty good, I dont have Cajun often because of the spice lol But our server Ashley made it a wonderful experience! She was super friendly, fun and attentive! We never had to wait for refills and we didnt have to wait very long when we needed anything. Her service was 10/10!

Ive heard great things about this place. I ordered the stuffed shrimp and boy was that amazing. Our server Ashley went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed and kept them drinks coming. I will definitely come back and request her. If any of yall come, request her if you want great service. Love the atmosphere. For a while there I got transported to Louisiana. Love it!

My son brought us to this restaurant for the first time, and the food is delicious! I highly recommend trying it out! The boudin balls are a must! Cesar salad wasnt the best, but I probably shouldnt have got a salad anyway! Theres way too many delicious options to bother with lettuce! :)

Terrible customer service! Was immediately seated in a section and was never greeted by a server. Waited 15min still no server. There was a server who was helping guest who were 2 seats away from us but he walked past us multiple times and didn t say anything. Ended up walking out leaving the menus on the table. This is the second time this has happened at this particular restaurant. Never going there again.

I absolutely love Razzoo Ive eaten just about every Appetizer and entree thats #seafood there and Im never dissatisfied its 10 out of 10 for me and my taste buds. Parking: Never had a problem with parking Kid-friendliness: So many options for the kids 9.5 Wheelchair accessibility: Very nice wheelchair accessible and razzoo employees open the door to assist
