Updated (9-2-2024, 12:45) - So, it just went from bad to worse. I was browsing, not ordering on the Wendys app. When browsing, it says a Jr Hamburger is $0.99. When you go into the order mode, it says $1.69. Hmm. I called this restaurant and asked the question. The young lady asked her manager, and the manager said, tell them to call customer service about the app (I could hear her speaking in the background). So, the remainder of that note is for that ridiculous manager. I dont work for Wendys, I will never work for Wendys. When you have a Wendys problem, do what they pay you for...fix it. When you dont, the app isnt the problem, you are! Previous visit (2023) - Really bad experience. Im standing in line watching a lot of people more or less walking around not doing much. Their clothes are not clean and the equipment has grease all over. Then, a manager tells the guy taking frontend orders to just take two orders, make two orders before taking another order. Ive already been in line for about 10 minutes and they had only taken two orders since I got there. There are 8 people in line and I am 4th. I would have been there another 20 minutes minimum just to order. I think this place has multiple management problems. I didnt stick around.

Last night my father decided to order nuggets from this location from the drive through. The employees from the drive through were being extremely childish. The employees started laughing and apparently they couldn t understand what I would like 20 piece nuggets meant. They had the audacity keep laughing whenever he would keep repeating himself. Bad customer service. We will never be ordering from here again.

asked for spicy chicken on my salad like i have always done for the past 5 years and she proceeds to say she can t do it so i tell her we always have gotten it like that with no problem and she says ok she ll do it, when i get my food it was not what i asked for. she also forgot to put the juice for my kids meal. definitely will not be back.

My wife did an online order that was supposed to be for a location close to our house, but was at one all the way across town. I sat at the supposed location for 20 minutes wondering what was up. Then I looked at the order and was mad at the order location. I called them and the food has been sitting there for 45 minutes. They gladly remade the order fresh for me with no questions asked. Thats good customer relations right there!!!!!

We had to wait almost 5 mins before the cashier was told it was ok to start taking orders again. The kitchen had gotten behind on fries, so they paused services. The young cashier barely said anything to us, and when she did, we could hardly hear her. It was very frustrating. My burger came out wrong, but the chicken nuggets and fries were good and hot. The family that was ahead of us was loud and running around the restaurant, but they didnt bother us, so it was ok.

Picked up food for elderly parents 17 miles away. Baked potatoes were old and burned when they reheated them at restaurant. I asked manager Darius if he would feed them to his folks ? At least four people behind the counter (drive thru, cook top, maybe one other cooking, and one running fries and front counter). The person in front of me left because it took too long for the front counter employee to return. When they did return, I could barely hear them. If you come to this location, have longer than 30 minutes planned out (if you have a 30 minute lunch) or doordash it.

This is perhaps the worst run Wendys I have been to in my life and thats saying a lot. It has taken 45 minutes to even order. The emoyee running the register takes one order and will not take another until she gets tge last one ready. She walks back and then gets an attitude with everyone taking the order. Especially during lunch it would be better to have a person taking the orders and another gathering the orders and give them out. Will absolutely never come here again and will be sure to tell everyone else not to as well worst fast food experience in my life.

Well I Go there alot I get the 4 for 4.00 it comes with a hamburger 4 chicken nuggets and French fry and a drink what really cool is I always substitute the drink for a large frosty with taxes and all it comes out to 5.03 which is amazing for how much you get for such a low cost heck me and my 2 kids can go here get the same thing for all of us its less than 16.00 with taxes and all it comes out to like 15.00 something dollars you get alot for not a very high price ill be sad if they ever take this off the menu as I get it for me and my kids at least 4 to 6 times a month

As we walked in tonight the one girl actually said are you kidding me when my son confronted her she said I was just about to start cleaning his answer back was we were taking it to go. My daughter ordered food for her husband and three kids. I ordered for my husband and I and it took us almost 30 min to get our food. While people who knew the employees came ordered their food and got thiers and left.all the while they were all carrying on. Singing dancing and very unprofessional. My last part of this rant is the kids wanted to eat in the car and the food was cold. Corporate really needs to look at the management of this store and do something.

When you post your hours, you should abide by those hours, even and especially on holidays. I get that you want to go home, but ... your hours state your open. When you come out and tell the 6 cars in line that you decided to go home early, and it isnt your closing time, thats what I consider false advertising. If you want to be gone by 8, then close at 7 or 730, whatever time you need to get the place clean and close... but for those that were already waiting in line (for several minutes) to be turned away, that is bad business. If you dont want to work the eve of a holiday, ask for it off. Or get out of the food service industry. Its that simple.

Food is always good and we eat there often because its on our way to a nursing home we visit weekly. The only problem weve ever had was when a cashier charged us $1.00 each for barbeque dipping sauce that should have came with the chicken nuggets and we didnt even ask for them. When I tried to ask about it she blew us off to wait on the next customer. We were in a hurry so had to let it go but weve never had to pay for them again. Other than her strange attitude it has been fine.

Wow, this was not good. They lady who took our order was polite, but it went down hill from there. The man at the window barely acknowledged our presence and then practically shoved the food into our window. We drove of only to find out that he gave us the wrong drinks. Then, when we got to the food it was almost tasteless, and the fries were cold and grease logged. Just nasty. And the meat on the burger was so thin you would have thought that it was a white castle sliders... shame it didnt taste as good as one. There are too many good places in this city to go, so Im not even going to give this a second chance.
