Place is extremely tight. Not sure why they dont invest in a newer warehouse because they need it. Trailers everywhere. So much traffic coming in and out. Kind of a hazard because of how tight the space is. Backing into docks in really tight.

Check in guard shack was easy.hadva live load showed up about a hour early.but sent me to the shipping office.really no where to park but pull up and went in.took a few minutes inform me to go to door 11.so I did someone in door 11.walk back to office and inform her she said yard person will move it.i had to go to door 6 and count doors to 11.not marked faded and old.its over by maintained tight backing for a full size truck.yard person moved trailer about 30 minutes after I got back the 2nd time.he barely missed the telephone phone in frt of him with a day cab.but I back in.fast loading about 30 minutes.LADY AT OFFICE SAID WHEN I DONE JUST DRIVE BACK TO OFFICE.I DID 1 TRUCK BLOCKING HAD TO WAIT THAN I TRY TO PARK A PERSON ASK ME TO MOVE PAST DOOR 5 AS I DUD THIS A LOCAL LADY DRIVER SAID I WAS IN HER WAY.I SAUD I BEEN TRYING TO GET IN OFFICE AND GET PAPERWORK FOR 3O MINUTES I BE RIGHT BACK.ENOUGH BEING THE NICE GUY.GOT PAPERWORK AND I LOOK AND I WASNT EVEN IN HER WAY BUT TO BE NICE I MOVED FURTHER OVER TO THE RIGHT IN NO ONE WAY .NEED ABOUT 3 MINUTES BUT YARD PERSIN NAME EDDY DROVE UP AND STARTED SCREAMING I SAID I NEED 2 MINUTES HE WOULDNT LET ME TALK AND SAID I HAD MY 15 minutes to ger out now.so I said over his screaming i had to scream that i was recording it.his name was Eddie.i call police by that time his boss came out and he would listen i explain to him i havent had paperwork 3 minutes showed him what i had to do .took about a minute than he said that EDDY screams at him .I ask i could park outside on gravel lot i had 22 minutes left on 14.he saud yes but after eddie threaten me i just asj company for pc time to get to parking.i didnt trust Eddie so i left.PS IT WAS HOT AND IF WHAT YOU THINK OF A DRIVER THAT DRIVR ABOUT 500 MILES TO FIRST DROP THAN WENT ACROSS TO DALLAS IN 32 MINUTES FROM FORT WORTH. 4 JULY TRAFFIC STARTING UP AND PICK UP A LOAD THAT 1 OF OUR OTHER DRIVERS COULDNT MAKE.PS PORTA POTTIES IS WHAT THINK OF DRIVERS 10O DEGREES AND PORTA POTTIES AND GET SCREAM AT BY A YARD DRIVER WHO THINKS HE PRESIDENT IF KROGER

The empty drop yard for the trailers is so disorganized and hard to get turned around. Guards are nice and so is the staff inside the building. I just pray some day they will fix the trailer drop yard will get straightened up.

If you are drop and hook load it is very quick. Just go up and they will quickly sign your paperwork. You can put your trailer anywhere on the lot from inside the guard shack. I cant speak for those who get live loaded or unloaded, but for me as a drop and hook, the service is very quick.

I don t usually like to complain because every shipper/receiver has their good and bad days. However, truckers use their docking time to nap quite often, this place you have to watch for the green light to go get paperwork and when you re sitting for 6 hours, napping is not an option. If they changed this, I personally wouldn t mind this place

I was not at this business but I was in their parking lot. I was picking up 3 bands that were sold at auction and one of them I had problems with getting on my trailer and getting my trailer to lift. Out of everybody there one person came out and tried to help me with my problem. He was a very nice man I did not catch his name but I wish I had have because he helped me out of everybody else around when nobody else would. I dont know if they cant help people because of something in their job description but Ill tell you this gentleman help me get the van on there and help me get my trailer listed and was very polite and respectful while doing it. Thank you sir I wish I would have caught your name.

This is only my second time coming to this establishment. The first time security was on the phone with their child and called me back up to the gate by mistake (thought she had called for another truck). They were not super fast on loading. This go round, security had me checked in and sent straight to shipping office. Shipping office a little slow with checking you in, but they had me loaded and to the guardshsck to have seal put on b4 my 2 hour allotted time was up. There is a porta-john right there by the shipping office. Youre NOT allowed photography or videography while on the property.
