Manager Robert has 5 star people skills and makes this Cicis a great pocket-friendly place to eat. He treats everyone who comes in the door like a VIP and its genuine -- not some painted-on persona. Hes bilingual and from what I saw listens to his employees and discusses things rather than barking orders or talking down to them. In a time where its hard to keep restaurants tagged, he has a full staff and they in turn treat customers well. We all know what to expect from Cicis, but the staff there makes all the difference in the world.

Me, my siblings, my babysitter, and my brothers friend went here and at first it seemed like an ok pizza place. That is until when we got home my sister threw up most likely from food poisoning from the Alfredo cheese pizza which she thought was cheese pizza. Don t risk going here

Its pizza. Its not terrible. I just wouldnt call it much more than that. Better than some of the new places trying to pass themselves off as pizza in FM. They serve Coke products which is a plus so they got an extra star for that.

The restaurant itself was very clean, however my wife did say the women s restroom was very gross. Mens wasn t great either. The pizza was cici s, you know what you re getting and I happen to like cicis pizza so I was happy. There was less variety on the buffet than what I normally see. This was dinner time (7-7:45) on June 4, 2024 so I found that a little surprising, however it did stay stocked up. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, the Hispanic gentleman wearing a back brace and bussing tables really stood out as friendly and a hard worker. He took a moment to talk to my wife and I and he did a great job keeping up with my old plates and keeping all the tables clean! We ll be back!

They have a pizza buffet, pasta bar, and a salad bar.. The food is ok. It takes very bland and not really seasoned. However, they will customize your pizza if you order a buffet. The price is good. Its a good place to take a bunch of kids.

To be honest this is probably one of the best experiences Ive had at CiCis. The team did a really good job on making the pizza fresh and delicious. Robert is one of the coolest dudes ever. It was near closing and he gave me and my friends a box of pizza to go. Best. CiCis. Ever.

Absolutely terrible. The pizza was mostly stale, when fresh pizza was brought out, not only was there a poor selection but everything was also thin and greasy. I know this place isnt where you go for the best pizza. Its where you go for the all you can eat trash fest. I LOVE cicis! This was just the worst though.... I could t even get a tasty unhealthy dessert... The cinnamon rolls were stale and barely any glaze on them and the brownies were pure chalk... Do better...

The manager there, dont know his name, he is a Caucasian man, always seems to be in a bad mood. Additionally, he is always super sure to make sure we dont try to sneak in a kid without paying, which is understandable however, My husband, five children, and I would go almost every single Sunday after Church for several months, and he started to recognize us after a while, but he will still do this, again its not really that bad, but what was bad was that once he actually OVER charged us! He sure is super careful to not miss anyone, but he accidentally adds extra people to our tab???? We only noticed because my husband decided to review receipt, no telling how many times this has happened to us or others. I find it interesting that another 1 star review here mentioned being wrongly over charged as well. We kept going because my kids like Pizza and its a kid friendly pizza place, but this manager always made us feel unwelcomed. The Alfredo sauce is always super watered down at this location, I did mention it to this manager and his excuse was that it was a new batch and that it hadnt had time to thicken yet, but it is ALWAYS like this, no matter at what time Id go, it was always super thin and almost flavor less. I discovered a CiCis in Coppell, and the difference is night and day! I only go to the Coppell location now, its atmosphere feels friendlier and the food is better!

Stopped in for the first time in forever, Cicis Main St Lewisville didnt let us down. Everything was hot and fresh the whole time we were there, they expanded the crazy toppings to include mac-n-cheese pizza, ham & cheese, 2 kinds of BBQ pizza and custom pizza orders. 12/10 will be hitting them up again soon to get my pizza fix.

Before I even ordered I told the cashier I had a Farmer discount card which gives me a free buffet with the purchase of an adult buffet plus two drinks. Without the discount card the prices are still reasonable but I was charged full price for two buffets anyway.

Everything is great, my boyfriend and I go every once in a while. From our most recent visit, however, I got food poisoning. We went a couple days ago on the 9th. It was either from the apple pie pizza or the brownie, as my boyfriend had all the same pizza as I did and didn t have any stomach issues (did not have dessert). Will likely avoid the desserts from now on. Not sure what went wrong as I ve not had issues with the dessert before.

Terrible service I ordered online to pick up at 4 pm, I arrived at 4:16 and it still wasnt ready and I also had to wait 10 more minutes. Horrible when I arrived there were people paying and when they saw that there were no ice or pizza at the bar they asked for their money back
