Worst place ever we were at the bar eating when we saw two - I asked for a manager they said they would call them when I told them about the roaches they seemed so dumbfounded, at that point we were done with eating. No apology still made us pay for our meals like this place is disgusting !! No one was at all one bit apologetic as this is so normal!

I was at our glass tonight and the bartender Rain was very attentive and took great care of me, while making sure the rest of the bar was cared for too. The other bartender was hanging out in the corner of the bar talking to the same customers the whole time I was there or she was MIA. I will be back in the future.

Great atmosphere terrible customer service. Bartender wanted to physically hold my debit card and was carrying it around in her hand while she serviced other customers. Just so I could reserve a pool table! I m not about to let you carry my card and ID around I left!

Drinks are decent. But the customer service I witnessed last night was the worst I have seen from this place. And I ve visited quite a bit. The bartender Olivia was screaming, cursing, and using very abusive language at a customer who just declined to get a drink. It was frightening and made everyone uncomfortable. That is not what I would expect from a long standing establishment.

This place probably needs to watch an episode on Bar Rescue. Saturday night and only 10 people here. Bartender blames the rain that quit 10 hours before. Glasses dirty hanging above the bar. Liquor selection limited. Can not figure out what theme the bar has. As a sports bar there is the the requisite Dallas Cowboy stuff. However there is a fancy bar with nothing fancy, papel picado and only one selection of tequila, and a samurai sword with sushi but no saki. The employees are nice but this place is confused as to its identity

I dont like giving bad reviews, but if I think it will help in the future, I will. I cant rate the food or drinks because we were never waited on. We sat at the bar 15-20 minutes, both bartenders walked by us, neither spoke or acknowledged we were there, so we got up and left. The sad thing is they were not really busy, and they missed out on a great tip.

YIKES. Worst service Ive received in a while and theyve got a RUDE bartender, literally watched her throw pool balls onto the counter and snap at customers. They say theyre short staffed but literally have 5 bartenders working at once and the bar is maybe 1/10th capacity. They charge $15 an hour for pool and gratuity on all tabs. Which lets them get away with this horrible service because otherwise no one would tip. Wont be back and wont recommend. RUN from this place.

we arrived are 7 and played a pool tournament. we ordered our first round of shots around 10pm. lady behind the bar cut us off after 2nd round round of shots. not sure why or what her reasoning was but she was rude and would not speak to us after. It was most like she had some kind of hatred towards us or something I will never come back to this place because of her. She was so mean and rude for no reason. Went to this place expecting a sushi bar / restaurant but this was simply a locals hangout / pool hall / dive bar. One side of the restaurant smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I m not sure they even had food. We ordered one round, looked around at the restaurant and cashed out. The bartender kept our card but gave us receipts ? Not really sure what her motive was with that but after a frantic search of our own wallets thinking we had already put it away, we asked if she kept the card and she magically found it. This is a place that is trying to be a bit of everything. They are not very successful in each though. The bar service is mediocre and food is not that good. It s a mix of a sports bar and asian restaurant and not a good mix in this case. Please pick a Specialty and stick with it. Hire more staff and improve food quality. Beautiful atmosphere, great pool tables, the food was fantastic! The chicken fried chicken is dry, however. I recommend the chicken strips or the absolutely fabulous brisket nachos. The onion rings are perfectly crisp with a wonderful batter and light flavor. The tators have the best, most mouth pleasing shape and the perfect seasoning. The music is upbeat 90s and early 2000s with the occasional older classic coming over the speakers and the decor is simply the coolest music culture, featuring the Beatles, with a sophisticated feel. A Pacman arcade game graces the wall by the updated jukebox. The whole place is simply a grand nod to the millennial American childhood. Incredible place!

Im not sure the name of the manager tonight but they were horrible and unreasonable. It all started when we drove in from out of town to meet friends here. I went to the bar to order drinks for everyone. She stopped me mid order to leave the bar and check their IDs. One friend that clearly looks older than 35 was told she couldnt stay in a bar and grill in Texas without an ID. They informed me it was a Texas law, so she had to leave. So maybe I could buy that if they didnt serve food as well, but either way it was bull. Because I wasnt going to allow my friend to wait outside in the cold while we drank and ate, we all left. Never again.

I love this place! The vibes and music are good and the sushi is excellent! Sorry I forgot to take pics of all of the sushi we had, but everything was delicious as always! The service was kinda slow for getting food bc they were short-handed, but Julian, Mickey and Linda took great care of us! My first time going to restaurant was on Friday on a karaoke night my family and I decided to have some fun and sing karaoke on stage I saw everyone in this building going to the same spot on the side of the stage to look at the karaoke option 3 of my family members went to that same spot when it was my time to go, I did the exact same thing I saw everyone do for karaoke , I went to the side of stage to look at some karaoke options with my younger cousin I looked around for about 30 seconds didn t touch anything , the dj at the restaurant came to the station didn t explain anything to me if I was doing something wrong and cussed me out for being in that area accusing me of touching stuff apologized I did do something wrong and it got worse the guy got in my face started cussing at me and yelled at me to go sit down I ve never had service like this it was very upsetting and unprofessional I recommend no one comes here after the experience I had.

Fun and laid back atmosphere. The drinks are well prepared and the staff is always friendly. They have changed the smoking section to non smoking. They also removed the majority of the tables from the middle of the room and replaced them with pool tables so now you dont have to wait hours for an open table. Went on a Sunday. Older pool tables are $5 an hr to play and new tables (diamond tables) are $15 an hr to play.

This is honestly my favorite place to go. Edit: Made that post a year ago. As of 5/13/22 I still love it here. And my favorite bartender is Angel. They better never let her go. Edit: 6/7/23 - I have to take my review down. This spot isn t what it used to be. The new hires don t really care (non-smoking side). Doesn t have the same feel. They also now charge a 20% service charge and I was charged this on a WEDNESDAY. I was. Not pleased with that at all. Would have given a bigger tip if they didn t forcibly take an extra $10 from me. I ve been coming here since 2017. I think yesterday was my last day. Still love Angel though. Owner of the place is taking this in a negative direction.

I was invited to meet someone for drinks here. I d never visited this spot before so I was down to see what they had to offer me over other bars/restaurants. I didn t eat there food here I guess cause after seeing a baby spider circling around the counter top (a my friend telling me to just KILL IT!!) that wasn t a satisfying look for me. Also the bar tops weren t clean from the previous customers and it wasn t really busy when we first arrived so there s really no excuses to make for the three bartenders that were behind the counter. I watched the different televisions that were plastered on the walls. I looked around the room and noticed the original arcade game PAC MAN. I instantly got excited, this sparked a interest cause this was and still is my favorite games to play outside of Galaxy. I played this game for about an hour or so. It was so bad the person that I was with started hating and was hoping that I d lose he ended up being a doosh bag. Overall I did enjoy myself, other than the smoking inside this joint I probably would return. If I m ever in the area though.

My Coworker invited me to his favorite spot, and i love the atmosphere due to the fact that its Huge. Also,it has one part of the establishment is NON-SMOKING the other side is SMOKING on both sides they have multiple pool tables. They have KARAOKE with a Live DJ onsite on the Non-Smoking side. Bartender Terry was very cool, and all other bartenders has great personalities. Its a laid back spot with a Mixed Crowd. Had fun and i will be back!

The food was awesome Diablo wings hit the spot my wife had the shrimp tacos and those were good and staff is friendly and down to earth will be coming here again.

The food was well priced but the service was horrible... They dont have a wait staff so you have to go up to the bar for everything and they have no space designated for customers not sitting at the bar ...

They had no servers, so we were literally told that we could sit down, but there was no one to help us. So if we wanted to order something we had to go to the bar. Came for karaoke, but I guess we were too early because it hadnt started yet. I would try it again though. I think we just came on a bad night.

This will be my last time coming to this bar. I like the karaoke but the bartenders are awful and act like they are so busy! Our Glass work on your bartenders. Won t get my money at all.

Great place to enjoy a cocktail but definitely not their food. They have pool tables and a small dance floor for your enjoyment. Would return for a drink.

I wouldn t recommend this place, I went there with 2 of my friends, and all of us looked over 21 and we initially were. They asked for ID, mine was a few months expired- and they told me to leave. I am 7 months pregnant, I was not going to drink anyways, but told me I could not be there because of my expired id. I felt like it was more of a race thing rather than an age thing, I m 32, I def do not look 21. I can t wait till their lease ends and have to close, the location deserves a better resturant/bar with better staff.

Terrible experience last night. The bartenders are lazy and didn t want to work. We got kicked out eventually because our 50 year old friend didn t have an ID!! The short cubby hispanic looking lady was the worst. She kept ignoring us and then we called her twice so she can finally serve us, she requested an ID from our old friend. We used to come to this bar regularly but never again.

Always have a pretty good time here, bartenders are always pretty nice and timely with drinks and taking my order. And its never too packed to where theres no open pool tables
