The food has always been amazing, but lately the service just keeps getting worse, today, got told they had pedal cobbler when it was pecan pie (which none of us like), our drinks went empty when others did not. Was just not impressed with the service and hope it gets better.

I had pull pork sandwich very good. Fried okra were ok. Husband had The Texan sandwich. It was very good. Really liked the hot links in sandwich. However would have been excellent if sandwich has queso cheese instead of sliced cheese. Coleslaw very good. Service fast. Great place to stop when you on the road like we are.

Today was not a good day here for lunch! Its been a while since Ive been here & truly I have stopped eating out due to outrageous pricing. Today, I was given warm tea. Honestly, this amazes me. The server is the one who makes the drink, so unless they do it their eyes closed, there is no excuse to bring me warm tea, they can see the ice cubes melt literally as they are pouring the tea into the cup. They had just opened & the tea was still warm!! This is not rocket science! She never came back with more tea!! She didnt even add the 2 teas to our bill. They were 2.99 each, so she shorted her employer. Great place for my birthday lunch! The food was wonderful & our waitress was sweet.

Great stop during a road trip for the family with kids. We usually stop in Wichita Falls but decided to try a new lunch stop. Good portions (big side portions), and great wait staff. Would recommend the BBQ but I would not go out of your way if youre craving authentic Cajun.

If youre wondering if you should try A place that does Cajun and barbecue, you definitely should! You cant go wrong or in a plate of barbecue with Cajun sides, or vice versa. Everything here is delicious. We came in with our kids (5 top) on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy, as expected but we were able to find seating with a little help. Our food was delicious, as usual. I cant say enough about how wonderful the food is and how generous the portions are! Definitely bring your appetite! My only gripe is that our server didnt seem particularly interested in serving us. Yes, she took our food and drink orders, but other servers brought our appetizer and food to the table. It took nearly 15 minutes for her to check in after the food was delivered to see if we needed anything. By that time, three drinks needed to be refilled and my husband had received the wrong food. I dont want to sound like the entire experience was bad, because it wasnt. Everything was made right. It just seemed like she didnt want to wait on our table. Perhaps she thought since we were a five top with three minors, she wasnt going to receive a good tip? Ive known servers who thought that (as a former server myself). Kid-friendliness: The food options were good food, not throwaway options, and my kids cleaned their plates!

Very enjoyable experience! Great place to take a break for a meal, especially during a long drive. The ribs were perfectly cooked and very meaty. The brisket had great flavor. I had The Triple meat sandwich and fried pickles. It was really good. The service was excellent, they werent present so often they were annoying, and yet didnt feel neglected. I had some if the Cajun fries on another trip. They are battered and fried strip of jalapeño. I also had cole slaw. Both were very good. I would definitely recommend it. Its a little pricey for me, but everywhere is now.

Place was standard bbq joint. Nice and clean. Food was good enough. Coleslaw was real good. Server never came back to check and had to find someone to cash out. Brisket and hot link plate was $16.88. Left a $4 tip. When reconciling my cc statement I found it had an extra $2 added to the total. Accident or not, idk, but Ive known both to happen.

Great food for a great price! We really enjoyed eating here without breaking the bank. This place is in a great location where it s easy to get back on the road quickly. The meat pairs nicely with their homemade bbq sauce. I highly recommend the fried corn cobs! You might have to ask them to take it easy on the salt for the corn. The coleslaw was freshly made and bursting with flavor. We also had dessert. Hot homemade apple cobbler with two scoops of vanilla ice cream! We will stop here anytime we pass through!

This is one of my favorite places in this entire area to eat at. I take people who come in from out of town here every other week and everyone loves it. Vegetarian options: They have salads and other vegetarian options here. Parking: Parking lot is concrete in front with a large gravel area on the side. Only 4 stars because I havent tried anything but one thing. The ribs were amazing. Went on a Thursday which has a special sandwich. Its a blend of turkey,rib meat, and brisket. The first page of the menu is great, the bbq and sandwiches are really good. Last time I went I tried the gumbo, I dont know if it usually comes this way or I just came on a off day but the gumbo came with two small spoon fulls of rice, a slice of sausage and two small pieces of shredded pork and a few small pieces of vegetables. At least the sides were big so I left full.

My first visit. Service was great. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. I ordered the red beans and rice. The menu said a large bowl but I could only eat half. I took the other half home. The red beans and rice also had sausage and pulled pork in the bowl. There were also minced onions on top. It was delicious at lunch and still delicious the next day. Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is compacted gravel, so although it is accessible it could be a little challenging versus pavement.

The service was terrible and they added what they wanted to to the bill. Toni one of the waitresses threw our plates at us on the table. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. We had to call the local police department to come to the restaurant so we could leave. I will never go in that restaurant again and will tell my story to everyone I see. Drove all the way from Wyoming to get some real Texas BBQ. Glad I did. Wow this place is truly something to brag about. From the outside it looks simple, but what a suprise when you walk in! The brisket was extract dry and also had no flavor. The turkey was fine. The sausage was just not good at all and the sides were just whatever. Don t waste your time.

This was my first time here but I thought the food was good. The brisket was a little fatty for my taste but the turkey and ham were both good. The barbecue sauce had a good flavor. The fried jalapeño bites were a nice appetizer. The price was a little higher than what I expected for Iowa Park. I would have expected these prices back in the DFW metroplex. The staff was very friendly and did a great job. Overall, Id have to say that its not the best barbecue place Ive been to but at the same time, Id didnt leave there hungry or disappointed. Definitely a place Ill go to again. Went again. Got their red beans and rice. I grew up on red beans and rice so I thought I knew what to expect. This was not your ordinary red beans and rice. It had smoked sausage and pulled pork mixed in it. Add a little barbecue sauce and it was just outstanding. Just right if youre hungry but not big meal hungry. Theres no doubt that Ill get this again.

This is the place for Texas BBQ! Service was great, very friendly. Drinks never dropped below half as she was always by to refill. Food came out pretty quickly but was absolutely delicious. My pulled pork sandwich was tender and juicy and sweet potato waffle fries were just the right amount of soft and crunchy. For those with big appetites, you can go wrong with a whole pound of meat on a baked potato! Prices were very reasonable for the serving sizes.
