I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chapps Burger, and I must say, it was the best burger Ive ever eaten. The burger was incredibly juicy and packed with flavor, making every bite a delight. This place was clean but the food was subpar. $25 for a plain hotdogs and a chili cheese dog is insane. The bun to hot dog ratio is off. 100% Too much bun for that hotdog. The chili was watery and lacked flavor. Onions should be diced not sliced for fajitas.

Best burger ever, just wish they had better choice of lettuce, like spinach, romine or kale Because iceberg has no nutritional value, mostly water, and I dont digest it well. But I love veggies. Also, they dont have red/purple onion on the menu, and this is the one that is the best raw and on salads. Therefore, on a burger is really awesome.

Burgers are mediocre (for the price). In a vacuum, they re not bad. High quality ingredients, but it doesn t do the basics well (like salting the beef). It is highly expensive for what it is. 4.59 for like 6 onion rings . Your order comes out closer to like $22 and I can t justify it.

My friend and I were craving burgers and decided to stop by this spot. They weren t too busy when we arrived and you order at the front (they ll bring the food to your seat). The employee taking our order had terrible customer service. Not only did he rush us through the ordering process (we ve never been) but his energy was flat and dry (seemed as if he didn t want to be there). First impressions are everything and he ruined it for this spot! It also was hot in the restaurant (unsure what that was about). I ordered a make your own burger and picked turkey with my selected toppings with a side of fries. My friend ordered the jalapeño cheese burger added a fried egg with a side of onion rings (and by side he only received about 5 rings). The food came out timely and we both agreed it was just ok. I did thoroughly enjoy the fries, though. Overall, the customer service killed this place for me and I won t be back.

Very nice, kept well and and clean. Service was unsatisfactory to me personally. The person taking care of my order to me when I asked for recommendations and I asked what kind of cheese they carried they simply pointed towards the menu for me to look at instead of just telling me very quickly the options and aside from that gesture, he or she had a weird stare that made me uncomfortable to the bone. Me and my fiancé quickly made our decision and step back down upon arrival. The food was decently good however after a minute, the burgers structure started to fail. The burger became shaggy and the bun did fall apart. I was disappointed in this and was upset about my experience that I no longer want to come here again. This is only my experience. I m not trying to take away from chappsburgers anyone else who likes burgers, I will say that there are better options than this establishment/franchise, thank you

Im not much of a meat eater, especially hamburgers. But when I had my first Chapps burger, I fell in love. My go to was the huge mushroom Swiss burger. Juicy, delicious and loaded with grilled onions. I did not love the one my husband brought home tonight. It was so dry I could barely swallow it. I thought you had left out my cheese but, after digging around under the meat, I saw a yellowish stain about the size of a quarter slice of cheese. That had to be it. There wasnt a grilled onion in sight. Just lettuce tomato and pickles. Zero onions. There was a small blob of mayo in the middle of it all. The most disappointing Chapps burger ever. Most likely, my last.

Yall...I was minding my business when my husband and I smelled something good going to another store...we followed our noses to Chapps...weve never heard of them...we decided to go in and split a burger because we had other food. It smelled so good we couldnt resist! When we got home, that burger was gone in less than two minutes lol it was so juicy and seasoned to perfection! Shoot we were mad we didnt just go there instead... we decided to go back on another day but missed out because they were closed....I was bummed... finally got off in time today to make it. I ended up getting food for the kids as well. Honey we devoured our food lol. I didnt even get to take any pictures smh...I got the lettuce burger ans sweet potato fries,my kids got regular burgers with fries...I got my husband the chicken teriyaki burger... everything was so well seasoned and the fries were good and seasoned as well... lets just we will be back and hopefully Ill get you some pictures lol...Oh and all the Staff are AMAZING! First time ordering from this location. It was a nice crowd dining in. Young man at the counter was prompt and friendly. We ordered 2 knockout burgers, a bacon cheeseburger, onion rings and cajun fries. Our food was cooked fresh and came out within 10 minutes piping hot. I was pleasantly surprised by the actual thickness of the burger patty which was just perfect, juicy and seasoned! Not too much but just the perfect balance! Not sure what type of bun they use but it was hearty to support the burger and toppings yet nice and soft. The veggies were fresh, not soggy, crispy bacon and all the flavors including the basil mayo were fire!!! This size of this burger was definitely a 2 hander. Omg the cajun fries were bomb, just the right amount of spice! They were a little pricey for a burger joint since its all a la carte (no combos), spent about 43 bucks for 3 burgers , and rings, which were actually shareable so yeah Id say worth it. This will be my go-to burger spot, yeah Im sold! Sorry guys I was so hungry I forgot to take pics for yall!!

8/28/23 First time customer here entered your establishment 2 employee at the register when one sitting down, and one was standing didn t seem to be happy to have any customers, so I walked up and I was just looking up in a guy I was like can I help you with something I said, but this is my first time here so I m looking around at the menu and then so I asked him about a vegan burger. I visited for the first time this past weekend with family and the food was delicious, however the service from the young man taking orders not so great.. i did not pursue management cause it seems he may have some type of disorder or sumn.. either way his behavior in a work setting was unacceptable, from the time we started ordering he was looking at my sister in disgust as if she was interrupting his day..rolling his eyes, continuously mumbling under his breath after every order. When I asked him what was he mumbling & to speak up.. he decided to walk to the back smiling and started talking loud from the kitchen ?? Lol ..so yeah that s my theory. Great food. My family and I enjoy Chapps burgers. Unfortunately our last two visits have been unpleasant. We witnessed the same male cook in the back on two separate occasions eat while cooking customers orders. The same male worker visited the drink dispenser to fill up his cup with food in the corner of his mouth. As he proceeded to the back to finish cooking orders he wiped his mouth with his hand. After witnessing the worker for that second time, the wonderful young lady that took my order called my name to pick up my order. It was not a great feeling at all. We will definitely not be returning anytime soon, if at all, especially if we see that same male worker.

Poor customer service. A couple weeks ago I placed a large carryout order and two of the burgers was prepared incorrectly. One was worse than the other and completely wrong. I called to informed them one of my orders was completely wrong and was told to return to have the order made right. At this time I made it to my destination which was approximately 30 mins away, I let them I was unable to return. I was told they understand and to give my name and number and next time I come they ll replace the item. I came in today to place an order and to redeem the remake. I spoke to management and they suddenly had complete amnesia! I gave my name number and explained the situation, management stated they need to take my name and number down and find my ticket. I explained they did that already and asked about the policy, then was told they have been in business for 40 years and never had a problem! Basically refusing to honor their word on the remake. Seriously!!! This is my last purchase with them. I like the product but, refuse to accept this level of poor service. In the grand theme of things to replace a burger shouldn t be a huge issue

Let me start off with saying that the food is always great. Never had any issues with the quality of my order. The owner of this establishment needs some work with customer service. Any time I ve had an interaction with him, he s difficult to work with, very stingy when it comes to asking for ketchup or ranch. If you need to charge extra, then charge me. HOW DID MY ( BABY CHAPP ) EVEN BY ADDING BACON AND CHEESE ( WHICH WAS NOY MELTED BECAUSE IT WAS LAYED ON MY THIN BARELY 1/10TH POUND PATTY THAT WAS OVER COOKED, DRY COLD BURGER MEAT ) WITH FRIES (And half of my fried were under cooked. ) AND A DRINK COST $16.79????? I WAS IN THERE LAST YEAR AND ALL OF THAT COST $10.89 THAT IS NOT FROM RECORD VALID INFLATION THAT IS FROM GREED AND THEN CANT EVEN COOK THE MEAL RIGHT WHEN THEY HAD 3 WHOLE CUSTOMERS. DIDNT LIKE SEEING THE COOK WITH HIS FINGER UP HIS NOSE THROUGH THE WINDOW AFTER I FORCED THE BURNT COLD TINY BURGER DOWN.. I hardly ever go eat somewhere and they ruined my entire day. They are going to PRICE themselves out of business and all i can say to that Is, KARMA

I love the fries and the variety of burgers are great. I am glad they finally open the dining room back up. Update: 7/29/22 We came in for dinner around 7:45pm. They close at 10pm so we had plenty of time to eat. They were completely out of soda but no big deal, we prefer tea. We went up for a refill at 8:15 and there was no more tea. They had nothing else to drink and they said they would not be making any more because they close at 10! What about any new costumers? We about the customers that are here? This place once was amazing but I guess times are tough.

Was really disappointed and annoyed visiting this location today 5/27/22. Group of teenagers were very loud playing dominoes. Nothing wrong with dominoes, but a place where paying customers come to have a meal just doesn t seem like they right place to do it. The loud profanity and n-word bombs make things even worse. Staff said nothing. Food was good, but could ve done without the domino game.

I was craving a turkey burger and my fiancé wanted to try a different burger place than our go-to. For starters, service was prompt and the burgers, fries and onion rings were tasty. HOWEVER, our burger orders were not correct and I hate that. This is why the rating is 3 stars. We both ordered the 1984 burger, one with turkey, no tomatoes, and one beef, with added mushrooms and a fried egg. Well, needless to say, we paid for burgers that were not prepared accurately. My fiancé paid for mushrooms and a fried egg and got neither, nor did our burgers have the jalapeños they were to come with. My burger had tomatoes and I cant eat tomatoes. I really hate our burgers werent made correctly. But, that just makes me double down now on ALWAYS looking at my food before we go. Maybe next time, maybe...

My experience was terrible! I ordered to pick up food at 12:30 pm , when coming back to work food was very cold, had to heat up in microwave and order was not right. The food was not good after putting in microwave. When called to let them know, they keep me on hold then hung up. After calling twice they finally answered and said to bring food back to heat. Will not be going back again first and last time !

Definitely not that great. The Cajun fries doesn t taste like it had any Cajun seasoning on it! Tasted like they put Montreal steak seasoning and a bunch of salt. As for the burger, a major disappointment. Put a wheat bun on my burger when I asked for white (bun was extremely dry and stale) and put onions on my wife s burger that she didn t even ask for. Today was not a good day for me at Chapps. Normally all is well, but today is disappointing. I ordered two salads and both were missing an item on the salad. I ordered online so there was no misinterpretation. All the Manager was willing to do was refund 1.07 for the mistake of both salads. I told him I was already at work and could not come back today. I do not believe that was a good solution for two salads being wrong. It may take me awhile to return.

We came by to give this place a chance & I cant belive weve been missing out! The staff are very helpful & they walk you through the menu. They have 4 signature burgers & some that you can build your own. They have lots of choices for additions to choose from. The burgers are 1/4 & 1/2 lb, so theyre big enough to fill you up! My favorite things on the menu is the fried pickle spears & the sweet potatoe fries! SO GOOD! Gove them a try, because you wont be disappointed.

As their award states, the best burger in CH. However, everytime I order fries theyre not fully cooked. Forget the fact they charge a la Carter for everything.
