Kymerlyn Riley was excellent. My wedding couldn t have went any better she made everything perfect like one of them fairytales you see in the movies. 10 out of 10 recommend she was by me and my husband side throughout the whole process. I will forever cherish this beautiful experience. Kym, you rock in it was a honor to have you as my wedding coordinator. Also Whitley was great as well food was good bartenders were great security was also great. Our wedding planner, Raven was the absolute best! My now husband and I had our wedding here just last month, and she was so patient with the wedding planning process. I was a bit indecisive with a lot of the preferences as far as the planning went, and Raven was able to guide me and provide options for what we could do. She was attentive, organized, and just super fun to talk to! The day of the wedding, Raven, Laney, and Carlena helped us have a beautiful day! I will treasure the memories of Hidden Pines forever

I cannot say enough good things about Hidden Pines. Seriously, if you are looking for a venue stop looking- this is the one. The venue is absolutely BEAUTIFUL on its own. The pricing is incredibly reasonable (especially in today s world) and to top it off, Raven is absolute phenomenal! She was my wedding coordinator and made everything so easy! She stayed in constant communication with me leading up to the wedding. The day of I was a nervous wreck and she literally reassured me and went above and beyond on helping ease my nerves, talking to me and making sure everything was perfect. This venue was the perfect size for us, and very naturally beautiful on its own! The whole team was very communicative throughout the whole process, and especially towards the end when we were mainly in contact with our event coordinator. Our wedding planner was primarily Payton, she was great! She made sure she had all the details perfect for us. We worked with Olivia with Design Haus for floral, and even though they had never seen the type of color combination we wanted before, she managed to pull it together and give us the exact design we wanted with everything!! The floral was absolutely beautiful! We worked with Alex with Erin Blair makeup and she paid very close attention to detail, and was very patient, fixing any little thing we wanted! Our DJ was Aiden, and he was amazing at making the many genres we chose coordinate and flow together. The whole staff/team at the venue was perfectly on time, and had everything setup when it needed to be. Jenny Layne Bakery did a great job, the cake was what we wanted, and it tasted AMAZING (highly recommend the most popular flavor). Then we have our event coordinator, RAVEN! She was a literal HERO! Right from the moment we started working with her, she was always available no matter what time of day it was, by text message. She worked hard to get everything exactly how we wanted it, and even helped us set up our own personal decorations that we had brought. She was extremely helpful the entire day, making sure everyone knew where to go and what to do, and making sure we had everything we needed! During taking some photos just 30 minutes before the ceremony my dress train got dirty, very noticeably dirty. We couldnt get the dark streaks off of the dress, so we asked Raven for help. She comes in with chalk, and gets every single mark (there was a lot of them!!!) completely covered and made it look absolutely perfect! Literally saved the day!

Where do I begin! From the second we toured Hidden Pines Hurst in June of 2023, we knew it was the venue for our wedding. The venue was BEAUTIFUL, Classy, and Elevated. Hidden Pines offered packages to fit whatever we needed whether you just needed just the venue or we need the works with everything included. Hidden Pines made it all so easy and seamless. The staff at Hidden Pines is really what made the experience so unforgettable. As wedding day approached, our day of coordinator, Kymerlyn, went above and beyond to make sure every detail was the way we wanted.(Even when i changed my mind last minute or when people started to retract their RSVPs and needed to change the floor plan) She also helped solve problems as they presented themselves on wedding day which I am SO thankful for. The wait staff, bartenders, and manager all really took care of my husband and I, making sure we had what we needed while still tending to our guests and making them feel special as well. Our DJ Jay T and Jamal with CoHost Entertainment were so kind and really helped keep the party going during the reception. I sincerely think our wedding wouldnt have been as spectacular as it was without all the staff at Hidden Pines.

My 20 year Vow renewal ceremony felt like a fairytale! Kymerlyn and my other day of Coordinator were amazing. Kymerlyn made me and my bridal party feel special the whole night. Why 2 stars? The food was HORRIBLE AND COLD. Lone Star BBQ, dont get it!!! Food is one of the most important things for your guests. Nothing but the salad was edible. The food is worth a full refund!!

Kymerlyn Riley was the best she had our wedding down to the T, she had everybody on one accord she took care of my Wife and her bridesmaids and made them feel comfortable as much as me and my Groomsmen. If Hailee Carswell is your coordinator, RUN! She was very responsive and attentive at first but as my wedding day approached she became completely unreachable and failed to give the correct details for the reception table set up to the other coordinators working my wedding day. She also completely NO SHOWED my scheduled bridal portrait session at the venue, just days before my wedding. It was like pulling teeth trying to get in contact with ANY rep for Walters Wedding Estates when this occurred. The other vendors like Patrick our DJ, Jenny Layne Bakery, and DesignHaus Floral were phenomenal. I hired a wedding planner who thankfully fixed all the mistakes from Hailee by fixing my reception tables last second for me. These vendors saved my wedding and I m truly grateful to them. Had I known Hailee would be so careless about my wedding day I would have never agreed to have my wedding here at all. I have made sure to tell my other engaged friends to avoid this company. They stopped answering my calls, texts, and emails as soon as I made my final payments so that s very telling. Get a venue that is VERY responsive and pays attention to details on your special day. You re spending thousands of dollars at Hidden Pined just to be left in the dark and to have all your details incorrect. There are tons of other venues that can do better.

Working with Alex was the most amazing experience I ve had in wedding planning thus far! She was so pleasant, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to help us. Would give 0 stars if I could. Whatever you do do NOT hire a wedding coordinator that comes with the venue. Miranda was a total waste of money and I don t have a paper long enough to write all of the things she messed up on. Poor communication throughout the whole process and their turn over rate for staff is extremely high because our manager and coordinator changed multiple times. The wedding day was terrible on their end. No one who worked our wedding showed up to the rehearsal and even though we were told the coordinator would be there she apparently didn t know she was supposed to. She showed up late on the wedding day was no where to be found the entire time, brides 80 year old grandmother cut her finger and she said well does she need a bandaid when we finally found her. Anything she was asked she did not do. Bride asked her to check on things and she said she would but when bride went in they were not done. Grounds were a mess with beer bottles and cans upon arrival. Bridesmaids, family and vendors even commented on how terrible the coordinator and venue manager were. Several guests commented on how beautiful the wedding venue itself was but I ve already told them to steer clear because of how they handle things. The manager from a different came to run our rehearsal and even commented on how terrible the communication was when she got married at one of their venues a few months back before she started working there which not only seemed unprofessional but also did not make us feel at ease. I would have been able to look past everything had our coordinator been decent but honestly seemed like it was the first wedding she ever ran and had zero experience ever because she had no idea what she was doing, was not present at all and messed everything up even when given exact requests: instructions. It was truly a nightmare staff. Thank God our wedding party, photo and video took things into their own hands and we were able to make the day a success besides the fact that we were so upset that we paid for better service from the coordinator.

Beautiful place but I had so many issues my wedding night with the workers that this place doesn t deserve a star at all for what I paid and didn t get. I pasted the email I sent to them about my concerns the night after my wedding and haven t gotten a response back. This is Jennifer I had my wedding this past weekend. There were a lot of concerns about the entire night that me and my family had. For one when we first walked in you could automatically tell the floors had not been swept even my photographer brought it up when she was taking pictures around the venue, there was also either mud or black petals in some places. We had Whitney when we first arrived she was great but than she disappeared and another girl took over around the time we had asked Whitney if we could have another bottle of wine, that s when the other girl showed up and we asked her and she said they wouldn t approve it (after us looking for her 3 different times). I ended up starting the ceremony a little later because my family was coming from out of town, so about 430-445 is when it started. The bar wasn t even opened until about 5 and they closed it at 7 in the contract we paid for 3 hours and we didn t get that. After dinner they took all the napkins so we didn t have any for dessert, they cut up the entire cake and threw at all away without asking me it I wanted to take it with me. Which I did because I paid for it and didn t have a lot of people show up. My mom at one point walked past the back and saw some of them eating the dessert. The music was so loud you couldn t have a conversation with anyone which didn t bother me but some of my older guest it did they ended up leaving because of that. I don t know the lady s name who was there the rest of the night she was blonde I think ? Anyways I had a full beer with my bride koozie on it and they threw it away, when my mother in law asked this girl about the koozies we had in a box if she could get it she gave her attitude saying only heidi (my mom) could get it and she said she was here trying to get it because my mom was with my children. She gave her so much attitude about it and even rolled her eyes at her. Just so many things that upset me because we paid all this money for it and there were so many mistakes and wasted food. They didn t need to cut the entire cake for how many guests I have and even if they are supposed to, I feel like I should have been asked if I wanted to take it home. That s not including the topper that s a different story. I honestly felt stressed about the night and kept having to stop what I was doing to answer their questions and I m bothered about it I feel like I wasted my money so to speak. It was a beautiful venue but they weren t at all professional and when we had questions we had to wait for the answers or had to ask multiple times. I m sure that I m leaving something out but I m just letting you know that I didn t have the best experience I still had fun but I feel like I was taken advantage of and I paid for more than I even got. I hope that this helps you in the future for other people using the venue so they don t have to go through what I went through.

We signed our contract right before the pandemic, so me and my fiance decided to elope since we couldnt have a wedding. We tried to get out of our contract and they told us we had to pay the ($7,000) bill no matter what, didnt matter that there was a worldwide pandemic. I was dealing with a lot in my personal life with lawyers so I didnt feel like fighting it. We ended up having our reception there in 2021 and were treated horrible. The woman helping us told us they didnt have overhead speakers for us to play music. Even though music was playing from the overhead speakers while we toured. We didnt have any vendors and she just seemed very judgey about it. The food was extremely mediocre, overall I really wish we could have gotten out of it. 7k was just for the use of the space and food/alcohol and not worth it at all.. at the end of the day we got drunk and made the most of it but God do I wish I never signed a contract with them.

The venue was simple but nice. Unfortunately it got very hot because the the air-conditioning was not set appropriately. It was too hot to stay and we left much earlier then we would have if the temperature was more appropriate. Several people asked the staff about it and they said it was already set at 68 which is pretty dubious. People were hanging out by the bathrooms because they were in a separate building and it was cool in there. Disappointing.

It is charming and the option to relax indoors or in the courtyard is a great option. The staff goes above and beyond every step of the way. This is a great place to have any type of event. Kayla with Hidden Pines Chapel was there for us throughout the entire process. Regardless of how fast paced the night became she kept the flow going as planned. She communicated well with my wife and daughter- in- law getting things in order for our sons wedding day. The bartender took care of all of our guest very well and the only time we ever seen a line was in the beginning, which was completely expected. As a vendor (Livestream and sound), we loved how accommodating and flexible the staff members were in helping us assist for a wedding. The venue is a hidden gem (super fitting name), and the party felt private, secluded, but also very cozy and lively when the music got started! Our only struggle was that the venue doesnt supply any additional sound equipment, so you need to bring in your own soundboard, microphones, and DJ equipment for a reception party. The distance between the possible sound booth area and the altar is quite far, so make sure your equipment can reach that far. We would definitely come back to work here, knowing the specs we now know, and would definitely recommend this venue to friends looking for a place to celebrate!

If you re looking for a wedding venue that looks pretty (but nothing else) then this is for you! My husband I just got married here and wish we chose a different venue. Hidden Pines charges you for everything, and they really do the bare minimum. I mean you have to bring your OWN trash bags for your wedding To clean up, they won t give you any. First off, we paid a LOT of money for a Full day wedding . You only get 10 hours access to the venue... no more. That is not a full day LOL. They won t accept you to come in the day before your wedding to decorate; you have to wait until your 10hrs start to get into the venue. Secondly, the venue is very strict on what you can use for your exit since they re in the city. You can t use sparklers or real flowers (so we resorted to glow-in-the-dark sticks). Next, your bar menu is very limited. We paid $19/pp to have access to 4 beers, 4 spirits and 4 wines. So it adds up very quickly. (Don t even try to ask if you can BYOB cause they will kick you out if you bring any outside alcohol) Next, this venue has 1 bathroom for men and women. That was really frustrating for our guest count of 80. Lastly, PLEASE do not pay for the day-of-coordinator that the venue has. Please find someone trustworthy who knows/understands you as a bride. The coordinator from the Venue miscommunicated my meal to my caterer, brought the wrong drinks, and we didn t even meet her until an hour before we walked down the aisle (so it s not even a full day that you have the coordinator) Overall, Walters Wedding Estates is a big wedding business in that they really don t take care of their brides. You don t get a full day access to the venue, even if you pay for it (you only get 10 hours). You don t get a full day of coordinator, even if you pay for it (they come right before you walk down the aisle). And they are incredibly strict on alcohol and your exits. I would HIGHLY recommend finding a venue outside of the big city if you re expecting a full day access to your venue and a company that takes care of you on your big day.

My lil cousin (aka second daughter) had her wedding here last night. It is a beautiful venue. Very spacious. I loved the night scene with the water fall in the background. Open bar was located outside. Only issue I had was the bathroom. The toilet overflowed. That was disappointing for a night like that. Over hundred guests only three bathrooms available and one overflow! Just wasnt a good look for a beautiful venue like this. However, everything turned out beautifully and as long as she was happy so was I!

Melanie was the absolute best. We had our wedding and reception during the Covid 19 pandemic at Hidden Pines Chapel Hurst and let me tell you - Melanie comforted us EVERY time we talked with her. She works so hard to make everything flow with ease; she was in contact with us from the very beginning until the end; she asked the questions that we would have never known to ask! The venue is simple, but so beautiful. We felt like we didn t have to bring any extra decorations since it was perfect as-is . The food is delicious, up-scale; and unique! I don t think we could have dreamed up anything better!

My now Husband & I finally were able to celebrate our wedding at Hidden pines chapel. This venue is the perfect place for any celebration. Our wedding was originally set for May 2020, but due to covid we postponed to August. We had so many last minute changes & we are so very thankful for how well our Wedding coordinator assisted us with all the changes. The in house catering was delicious food, and everything was taken care of for us. The only thing that would have been a bit more convenient, was the location & the amount of bathrooms that are for guests. We are so thankful we choose Hidden pines for a beautiful wedding location.

The entire venue is lovely! The reception hall is only a few steps away, brides suite is very cozy, grooms area is nice as well. Our only suggestion would be to create a room or seating area for family/guests who are asked to be there early. There are only two chairs and a small bench in the foyer.

Neither me or my wife is from Texas, so due to the recent spike in case numbers in our area, our guest list decreased by 55 people leaving only the parents of the bride to attend the wedding. Our family would have had to drive/fly, stay in hotels, stop at gas stations, etc. to make it here. Instead of working with us and allowing us to keep our families safe, they tried to force us to have our wedding. We had to put our families health before our money. Ultimately this company took thousands of hard earned dollars from a 25 year old couple that has been saving up for a year to make the payments and gave us nothing in return. Didn t offer any help in any way. I have no other choice but to believe that they do not care about their customers. They put money over the lives of our family. This situation could have been easily resolved with a reschedule for a 1 year anniversary or very far away. This company turned a day that is supposed to be one of the happiest moments of life, and made it one of the WORST moments of life. We will always remember this company for all of the wrong reasons. How can you not be understanding in this time? I will make it a point to warn any engaged couple in this area to not do business here for their own good.

I recently had my wedding here, the venue is beautiful and intimate for a small wedding. I had 140 guests, our tables were set 6 feet apart due to COVID-19. The only thing that did concern me was that the person I spoke to when booking my date was no longer working there. During the pandemic I tried to call and make payments but no one would answer.. I was speaking to a different person each time and it was very unorganized with their staff. When people are looking to book a wedding they want to feel connected with their venue crew and feeling assured for their day but unfortunately I felt like I just paid for the day and that was it. Also the venue has only one bathroom for guests, which is why I m not giving it 5-stars. Other than that, the wedding coordinator for my wedding day was amazing. She did absolutely great! She made my day feel important and special and did whatever means to make sure everything was perfect.

The year is 2020, the people that run this place need to understand the circumstances and the times we are living in. You shouldn t charge couples who aren t able to use this venue with family members and friends present; the way it should be. I understand you need to make money, but understanding this is not the way and others are losing money with no satisfaction of this venue. The venue and the staff at Hidden Pines Hurst are phenomenal! They are very organized and are really good at what they do. They took a lot of stress out of the wedding planning process for us and were proactive in ensuring our big day was perfect. The in house catering was delicious - even my grandparents-in-law said it was one of the best wedding dinners they have had. Driving up I was not sure exactly what to expect and the front is kind of bland if anything. But once you step past the fence entry, is like going into another world. The marriage chapel is beautiful, well decorated, and quite open. The party room is spacious and open with the large bay windows. The walk way has a nice covered roof to it to keep you dry. There are two bathrooms in the church part, I did wish for more in the party area, but the two worked. Overall this is a fantastic wedding venue.

A nice and clean renovation with a few flaws. The reception area is small not allowing comfortability of a wedding with 100+ guests. The biggest flaw - there are also no restrooms in the reception hall. You must walk outside to the chapel where there are only two toilets for men and women combined. This is very inconvenient for those who have difficulty walking. The chairs in the chapel were also strangely close together making it crowded. We moved them further apart but not something we should be worried about.

This is a beautiful location. One of my closest friends was married here. I was the MOH and the day of wedding coordinator came to me and let me know that the brides wedding cake was melting. I asked her what ideas she had to help take care of this and she didnt know. I then asked her when they took it out of the cooler and she said they dont have a cooler, they only have a large fridge. I asked if we could put her cake inside and she said no becasue it was occupied. I then asked if there was another place to put it in the kitchen and she said the kitchen is way too small and hot and would make matters worse. She then took me to the kitchen and it was very small and not a good option if you are wanting to host an average size wedding. Please keep this in mind if you are wanting to have your wedding here. The day of coordinator was so nice but hard to find. There were a few times when the DJ came to ask what we were supposed to do next and we all were under the impresion that she would be keeping us on time and organized. We didnt know what to do some times and this upset the bride. No disrespect to the day coordinator at all, I am sure they are new to this process. The day was still amazing and beautiful.

She helped make the day go by so wonderful. This place is beautiful tucked in a busy city. The hotels are nice and close by. It has a pretty garden for great pictures and awesome reception area.
