I really love the salads and breakfast burritos at this place.,The prices are great, and the food is amazing.,I enjoy eating there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and oh my gosh, that frozen strawberry lemonade is my favorite.,I can honestly say that Ive never been disappointed with the service or the food.

I always feel good when I grab a bite to eat here. Salad and go lets me get a quick meal without breaking the bank and without compromising my health with fried foods and soda (even though sometimes Im craving it in wish they had it on the menu). I always drive away satisfied with something fresh tasting, while getting my veggies in for the day. The teas and beverages are also delicious

I have been coming to this location for their breakfast burritos at least once a week for a few months now. Today, I ordered 4 more and a burrito bowl, but they were half the size as normal. The value is completely gone. Taco bell has larger burritos for less. Each bite is now mostly tortilla. Very disappointing. Update: Went back after several months, and the breakfast burrito was definitely better than my previous experience. Upped the rating

The fajita wrap is amazing! Chicken or steak...you cant go wrong with either. My son absolutely LOVES the lemonade (all flavors)! I forgot to mention... an added bonus is that they are sponsoring our football team this year, and we couldnt be more grateful for their support. Go Hawks!!

Finally got one closer to home. I wanted to try it a few times before I left a review because some of the locations have issues with their lettuce. But so far theyre great! No issues when I get a salad, the burritos are a pretty good size, and I tried the breakfast southwest burrito for the first time today; it was awesome! Also, their service is always friendly & patient even when their busy.

They always forget the dressing ! I ve had to drive back and forth so many times including today ! Also last night a chick working was extremely rude to my husband and rolled her eyes . We did not react . Also I never get extra croutons when I ask so now I have to order them to the side just to make sure I get them !!! And then last night they forgot to put my chicken to the side ! It s super frustrating going there over and over and they consistently forget things or just too lazy to do their jobs . I eat there everyday and so tired of having to drive back every time . This location needs help big time update : and for the fifth time today 6/24/2024, I ordered my extra croutons on the side and chicken on the side . They didn t give me extra croutons and they put the chicken on my salad !!!! I m so pissed .!!!

This location needs help. All you do is salad. Shouldnt be hard to do a quality check before prepping. Had the Caprese salad. My salad was full of soggy, wilted, old lettuce! The lettuce was extremely wet. Bad experience twice at this location. Even though its conveniently located, I wont be going back here.

5/11/24: ordered salads today asked for romaine only on both salads and one came w mixed greens which makes it inedible since I don t care for mixed greens hence the sub. Be sure to check your orders if in drive thru unfortunately mine was delivery Typically the food here is very good if you get a salad or wrap that would be five stars. Breakfast is horrible. Ordered breakfast burritos today and they could not be bothered to make sure the eggs were hot. The whole burrito was cold and when you touched the eggs you could tell they had been in the refrigerator so they used day old eggs which is fine but they can t be bothered to heat up the eggs. I don t know many people who want to eat ice cold scrambled eggs. I won t be ordering breakfast here again which is a shame

I ordered a salad yesterday and first of all never received all the dressings I ordered so I had to drive back to get them since I paid for extra. Secondly, while eating my salad I bit into a huge shard of very hard plastic or glass. It almost broke my tooth and cut the inside of my mouth. After this experience Im not sure I feel comfortable coming back. Had I accidentally swallowed it, I have a feeling I wouldve ended up in the hospital.

Im so sorry for this, but if I ask for no pico, no meat, and extra avocado, how can you possibly forget the SALAD DRESSING?!? I didnt even ask for no dressing!!! The menu described the cobb salad as a bunch of ingredients over Romaine lettuce ... my bowl was full of salad greens, not lettuce ... they wont refund my purchase because apparently their system does not track what they Really gave me so it ciuld be contrasted with my order ... online ordering does not give the option of NO greens whatsoever

Slow service and terrible customer service. Placed a mobile order at 7:50 for my order to be picked up at 8:15. We got there at 8:15 and they hadn t even started it. We sat there for 17 minutes and finally got our food. All we ordered was a basic salad and wrap and two drinks.

Yesterday was our first visit to Salad and Go, and we were absolutely delighted! I had the Greek salad, and my wife had the Roasted Autumn salad (I *think* that s the name). Edited to say: I went today and got my daughter a wrap. They put the dressing inside instead of on the side and it wasnt the ranch we requested. Also, there was a produce sticker on a bell pepper my daughter almost ate!!!! Come on now.... Yall were doing so well. This has quickly become my favorite drive thru!! The salads are huge with lots of toppings and you cant beat the price. The minestrone soup is delicious! Staff is always courteous and speedy. If you order ahead to pickup, just double check that your soup makes it in the bag before you leave. They keep them separate until pickup. This is the 3rd time visiting this location. Each time I have ordered and specifically asked for no avocado each time my wrap has it. There was no line when I arrived so being too busy to miss it wasnt a factor. This is so disappointing because I have been so excited to make this my regular lunch spot since I work within minutes of this location. By the time I get home and start eating my wrap I don t have time or energy to return to the restaurant and get it remade or get a refund. Pretty disappointing. I will give them credit for being friendly. Dietary restrictions: Double check your food before eating, I ordered no avocado and my wrap had a lot of avocado in it. Very frustrating.

I want to like this place. I like the concept - fast food thats not tacos or burgers. But its just not good. Ive had it twice, and both times it was not enjoyable. The dressing is way too sharp and pungent. The vegetables are fairly good, but the chicken (protein) is just kinda sprinkled on in little flakes like a condiment. For about the same price, you can get a ChikFilA cobb salad that is bigger, better, and meatier, and just as convenient. Still needs a little work.

I love the customization that the app allows. You can make exactly what you want! It is so affordable. I can get two meals out of one salad! But most of the time, they are so delicious, that I eat the whole thing. And so fast. There is a location right across the street from my work. I went to the salads go on Precinct line. I asked for two Cobb salads with two Ranch dressings in each one. I even reminded them when I got up to the front and I was talking to the guy that was giving me the order and I said this is two Ranch dressings and each one and he said yes absolutely and I get home and its one ranch dressing in each one and the thing is is the phone number thats online no matter what prompt you hit its an automated thing and hangs up you cant even reach anybody to complain. I love this place but if this is the service if theres something wrong. I should have checked it but I said two Ranch dressings he assured me it was two Ranch dressings I should have checked it then to think that people know what theyre doing. Then you cant even call and complain and its too far for me to go back and its 105 degrees. The service was horrible. We pre-ordered on the app. My husband went to pick it up @ the designated pickup window, was told we re busy, you have to go to the drive through line . He waited 10 minutes just to pick our food up & the order was wrong, the type of salad wasn t even correct!
