Good tasty healthy food. Really Love Cava. I usually build my own bowl: 1. Choose half salad and half rice 2. Choose sauces/sides - my fav - Harissa (spicy) and eggplant, 3. Choose meat/protein- braised lamb or steak 4. Choose vege sides- all their sides are so good and fresh. Must choose their pickle onion if you like pickle. It will bring your dish to different tasty level 5. Choose a liquid sauce- usually I don t need it. My husband doesn t eat meat and he loves Falafel here and always order crispy falafel pita.

The service is always great and the staff is very easy to talk too. My server, Luke, made me feel welcome and asked me about my day. It was nice to see someone take interest in my life even if it was for a minute or two. In addition, he also recommended many of the food options I havent had before including the steak. The food is great and I recommend going to The Woodlands location where you can meet great staff like Luke.

My girlfriend and I have been to cavas far and wide. Across our varying array of experiences, one location stands above the rest. 6700 Woodlands Parkway. We find ourselves coming back time and time again, not only for the food - but for the wonderful service. Each and every time we come, a worker will strike up a conversation with us. Liz, an employee here, is one of the most genuine and kind service workers we have ever encountered. We cannot praise her enough and every time we come we look for her friendly face.

I have been loyal to this spot for several years mostly because it is one of the most well run places thanks to the manager. However, today I was treated even more special by a young lady who I believe was named Ari! She was knowledgeable as all the employees usually are, but she took special care to suggest ways that I could make my pita meal even better and she was spot on! Had a fantastic experience at Cava this evening! I must eat strictly gluten free as I have celiac disease. When I mentioned this prior to ordering, Luke immediately went to the hand sink and thoroughly washed his hands and forearms to prevent cross contact of gluten while he prepared my meal. This impressed me beyond measure, as this is an important precaution many restaurant staff don t take. I enjoyed chatting with Luke as he prepared my bowl for me which was delicious!Thank you, Luke! Today, I tried CAVA for the first time, and I was really impressed not just with the food, but with the employees too. The girl who helped me was amazing; she knew every little detail about the menu and made sure everything I ordered was completely gluten-free. She was super nice and helpful. The only downside was that the restaurant was a bit too warm. With the Texas heat, it would be great if the place could be kept cooler and more comfortable for customers. Cava is a really good brand. Healthy & delicious Mediterranean food. However, the service at this branch tarnish Cava. This evening I made online pickup order for my family including Green & Grains Bowl x 2, Spicy Green Bowl x1, and kid meal x1. The order was completed 15 minutes late than the expected time. I understand it was Monday evening busy time. When I brought food to home, the side pitta missed for all the orders except for the kid s meal. I called the store. Jennifer, the store manager answered phone. Her response did not match the quality of Cava. She did not apologize for the error and simply asked me to drive there. I asked her: How do you feel if you were me to drive there in the busiest traffic to cover your staff s mistake? What other solution do you have . Surprisingly, Jennifer said: That is it. Her arrogance did not even to try to listen to me. I told her that I had to report my experience to Google Review as an alert to other customers. She said: Go ahead To my friends who love Cava pickup order, they may miss your items unintentional. Double check your order. To the management team of Cava, I know you have high standard and recipe of success. Hopefully you, especially, the branch manager, Jennifer, would learn from this incident and keep improving.

While it was flavorful, the texture was a bit too dense and dry for my liking. I believe a slightly lighter and crispier falafel would elevate the dish to match the high quality of the other offerings. We order from here probably once a week. Food is terrific, always fresh, and service is fast. My personal go-to is the Lamb Meatballs wrap. It is quite possibly the best wrap ever made. Do not pass on the pita chips! One order will give you six, which is plenty, but youll want double since its so good. Also, highly recommend signing up on the app as they have some sweet deals.

First time here and Ambreen made my experience great right from the beginning. She was so very friendly and helped with my order. I was hungry when Walked in. But, watching her make the pita had me starving by the end of the line. Thanks Just finished the spicy meatball pita. Sooo good. With the slaw and the sauces. I did replace the pickles with black olives. Highly recommend it.
