Firstly, my son had a lot of fun here but theres a few issues: 1. They asked me to sign the giant waver after I had already paid, they should ask before paying 2. You have to leave your shoes unattended in the lobby if you go in with your kids 3. There is a giant zip line right next to the entrance, a 3 year old can loose all their teeth if you let them in there without looking both ways 4. The zip line intersects half the playground, they have to walk through the dangerous zip line area to get from one side to the other 5. The zip line intersects with where kids have to get some distance to run and climb a ramp, if theyre not careful theyll get hit 6. Adults ride the zip line, imagine a 200 pound guy flying into your kid on a plastic saucer 7. It costs $3 more for the parent to enter with their kid. So cost sensitive parents who dont want to pay extra may be completely unaware some 200 pound guy can zip line into their kid 8. Theres an inflated area in the back where kids can play soccer with a giant ball. This is not a trampoline but an air inflated area, the edges of this space only have about 50 pounds of air pressure between the concrete, if kids get confident and start tackling each other near the edge they can get seriously hurt All in all this place is dangerous if you let your kid in here unsupervised, and theres a lot of bad parents that just want to dump their kids somewhere so they can spend more time on their phone. These safety issues mostly go away if youre actively attentive of your kid

My son loves this place. Even before they moved to the new and improved location. And I would give this place FIVE stars if they had a bathroom!!! If your child has to go, they tell you to walk all the way to the food court or to the nearest department store. Which means taking off and putting on shoes twice, but plus the long walk/run to the restroom. Horrible business model for a place for kids!

It s clean and fun and they honor military discount, but it s frustrating that you have to pay as an adult to enter- little kids need help and that s just not fair. Also, the music is way to loud and should be kids music, don t place it next to the phones when people are trying to call for information. The people are nice though.

This place says its open but its not. We went to have a play date and were greatly disappointed. Another family said they were looking for it too as we all thought maybe the suite within the mall had changed. I called to see if I made a mistake and the lady just said they THINK theyll be open next week! I dont know what that means or what was going on because nothing else was offered. Maybe if we feel up to trying to visit again in the future, I could potentially update my review.

My 6 year old boys loved it here! They played for an hour or so and were still sad when we had to leave. The price of the socks is a bit much (I think $4 or so a pair - had we known we would have brought our own); however, the overall experience was fun for them and the play area was clean and staff was friendly. Highly recommend.

My fave place to take my 3 year old during off hours. It is age appropriate funhouse and well maintained. I like that I can see him from all angles when he is playing.

Clean. But it s $8 to play plus socks per kid. We brought our own socks. Be prepared if your kid needs to go to the restroom. It s far from the playscape. You must leave and walk across the opposite side of the building. You re better off going to Living Spaces. It s free.

It s $8 per child but $2 for non slip socks that are NEEDED. However the price sign does not say that. Owner keeps the door where the sign says non slips socks needed open so you can t see it. Ask her about it and she responded I don t know and shrugs let the customer know they need to have them please before paying.

The playground was really cool. But I had 4 issues; 1-security was non-existent. I was sitting on the back wall opposite of the entrance. They let my 5 year old out by herself to come to where I was sitting. 2- there wasnt enough comfortable seating for parents. I sat on a hard wood bench which kills my back. 3- not the fault of the playhouse but rather the mall, it was really warm in there. She played for an hour and came out sweaty and red in the face. Im guessing it was 75-80 degrees. 4- again not the fault of the playhouse but there were no restrooms nearby. If I had more than one kid there I would have had to pull all of them to walk down the mall to the nearest facility.

Finally! A great indoor playground in the area. It has lots of visibility, a quiet area for parents, snacks and private party rooms. The kids and I are excited we found this new place.
