Waited for more than 20 minutes for a doordash order when it wasn t even busy. Employees were blasting music, joking, playing around, and ignoring customers. Asked 3 different employees for my order and one of them clocked out 5 minutes after I asked where is it. Another dasher was there and they was doing the same shi to her, she had to cancel the order. This was my second time ever doing doordash and im never accepting orders from this mcdonalds again.

Waited over 20 minutes for a $5 combo. Never showed. When I asked for a refund, I was told it was morning crews fault. I told him it was 230 and I just placed it. The whole thing wasted 35 minutes of my time and I got nothing out it. Stay away and go down the street for food. Next door is Chik Fil A. I should have just went there.

By far the worst McDonalds I ve been to it s ran by a bunch of 20 something year old managers and teenagers who walk around doing nothing, tonight saw one walk around the corner and flip off a co worker jokingly unprofessional regardless of age! The young lady who took my order repeated it back to me perfectly and STILL the cooks/lineman got the order wrong! All happy meals had apple slices when I asked for double fries. Every single time I ve come here the order has been messed up some kind of way, and I mean every single time!

Corporate needs to help this location sits in front of a big mall. The service was bad due to the waiting time on the ordering line. We lasted 20 minutes with two cars ahead of us, to find out we had to wait on our order and then they forgot we were waiting for a frappe. And they forgot our straw. Absolutely ridiculous, wake up corporate and help these new employees do better.

Visited this store on Sunday 8/18/24. We ordered using the app for counter pickup. We waited by the sign that says pickup orders here. We were TOLD, very rudely, to wait at a different spot. We then observed the same invidual berating another employee in front of customers and everybody. Very unprofessional. I then decided to speak to the manager, only to find out that he was the manager. The night manager, who was getting ready to start her shift, came out and apologized for his actions. A very hostile work environment. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work for him.(Austin)

The only good thing about this place is the renovation they did, but not really cause they also got rid of the fountain drink so you have to go up and ask for a refill (which they use a new cup... waste of plastic). Also, on the mcdonalds app, this is the only location that sells the ice cream cone for $2+, and other locations around sell it for like 60 cents.

Its only worth getting a meal from here when its peak business hours (mind you if youre not in a hurry because it takes sooo long now, which defeats the whole fast food appeal). Otherwise, youll be getting patties that have been sitting for who knows how long half-hastily heated up when you order. Its rather unfortunate since it used to be a top-notch location pre-lockdown. Nowadays, the turnover rate at this place is noticeably high. Im always seeing new faces, many of which, if not all, dont last. Ive never given any of the employees a hard time though, very rarely is my order wrong, and I just go ah.. Ultimately, whoever is in charge of this location clearly isnt prioritized and or focused on establishing quality service (especially the food), but rather just filling in positions to keep the gears going (albeit poorly). But I suppose corporate doesnt care about the ever-deteriorating service given the busy area its in.

Disabling Wi-Fi to paying customers is crazy work! Couldn t complete my survey of restaurant due to being told there s no Wi-Fi for customers, but there is for employee and partners? eBOS is for employees while free McDonald s Wi-Fi is for customers, and it s disabled!

Worst McDonalds visit EVER. The company pushes customers to use the kiosks and mobile ordering for ease of use, and a lot of the kitchen is automated. But if you are going to help customers that way, at least make it better for the customer. Ordered at about 2pm and received our food at 2:30! This was after standing in the lobby with at least 5 other people. I only got my order because someone behind the counter acknowledge I was still there. Then magically the order was found. I totally understand that people make mistakes sometimes and things can happen. But in this case....really? Especially with not 1 but 2 managers standing there. And their reaction to my feedback about having to wait so long, and it being the worst McDonalds experience was, ok. And to boot, we didnt even get the right toy in the box. DO BETTER. If I had to choose again, I would have picked any of the other prob 6 McDonalds in the immediate area.

4/27/24 update. This location has completely fallen downhill. Service is absolutely nonexistent. Employees refuse to take your oder and tell you to use the kiosk, I do not like nor do I wish to learn how that kiosk works. Cant find what I want on the kiosk Bacon McGrddle. They refuse to take cash unless you go drive thru . The lobby is filthy with food and trash and spilled liquid on 60% of the tables and seats. Little homemade flower centerpieces on every table with old stale water and bugs on them. I once thought this location would improve over time, yet it has gotten worse since my review last year. Always new staff so expect a wait time. with all the confusion of new people learning. The 3star review is for the dress code. since when are employees allowed to wear jeans and sag so low I can tell you what brand and size his underwear are? with proper dress code and a lil more training this location has potential to get better. Parking: parking is horrible at this location with the long drive-thru lines that almost never move. handicap parking is worse, you risk the possible chance of being blocked in until the line clears. Kid-friendliness: its mcdonalds they have a playland.

Went inside tonight around midnight to pick up an Uber order. Theres a larger, troll of a lady in there that appears to be a manager, but is extremely rude. I watched her from the lobby pick her nose and proceed to bag the order!!!! So gross. This location should be shut down or that manager needs to be replaced ASAP. We made an order with the mobile app and when we got there and they brought us our stuff they said we couldn t get our frappe s because the machine just went down and told me that I needed to get a refund through the app and when we got back home we found out that our burger s were wrong also .. my husband called this store and asked to talk to manager and got hung up on and he called back talked to manager and was still hung up on and when I went to try getting refund through the app and couldn t even find the refund part on the app. I searched and searched and searched for it, so I do not recommend the McDonald s app or this particular McDonald s. this trip cost me close to $20 worth of stuff I didn t even get.

Walked in stood at the sole single cashier area. The lady infront of me turned and stated noone works here and walked out ... a lady who works at mcdonalds told me to use the kiosk. I stated to her I dont want to use this I would like a cashier . DO NOT come to this location. Me and my bf ordered food and nearly took them about an hour to make it! Everyone else go there order before us. We went up yo the counter and told the employee and she said they re making it 3 times! And they didn t until we asked for a refund. I advise to NOT come to this McDonald s unless you want to wait 30 minutes to receive your food. I purchased my order through the app since it s usually very quick and since the drive thru was long, we did curbside which was a HUGE mistake. They don t prioritize curbside like they should & a lot of other people had to wait over 30 minutes as well for their food. And no refunds can be made through the app either so you either lose money or wait for the food to be made.

For some reason the managers at McDonalds need to teach these kids that when somebody orders coffee we like it hot. I did not ask for cold iced coffee. When they hand it to me and I feel the cup is cold. Theyre excuse is that I have too many creams added to it. This is the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard of. This place removed the self serve drink station for some reason, and theres no cashiers to take your order and they insist on using the self serve kiosk which means if you just order a drink youll be waiting behind the 5 cars that queued in the drive-thru. Once you receive your drink order it wont even be filled up all the way, and they charge way too much for the drinks! Also on many separate occasions theyve completely scuffed the orders late at night. Id literally order a big-mac, get home, and realize theres no meat patties in it at all. When I drove all the way back to get it fixed, they gave me JUNIOR PATTIES instead. Im still upset over this and this isnt the first time this has happened.

We went thru the drive-thru, but the food here is always good as service is friendly. Parking: It has plenty of spots because its in a huge parking lot connected to other businesses. Kid-friendliness: They always have Happy meals with toys, and they have a playground, plus you can book birthday parties at McDonalds!! Wheelchair accessibility: Theres plenty of space for wheelchairs and they have a wheelchair accessible bathroom.

The worse mcdonald restaurant have ever been to. I placed my order on the drive through when I got to the window there was this short slender african american with a stinky attitude she told me there was no such order. I showed her my receipt she said you have to go round again. I wondered why I can pack on the side and for my order but anyways I went around again. When I got to the window Second time she said what are you here for. I told her and showed her the receipt. She called the manager a short Caucasian young man. The manager said on well you have to come inside. I told him I cant come inside because I had 2 babies in the car. He said oh well move so other customers can get their food . I politely asked him how about my order. He yelled Im with attitude go wait at the 2nd window someone will bring out your order. I sat there for about 25 minutes waiting. Other Customers came and left me there. I saw one employee delivering food I asked him about my order. He gave me attitude but told me he will let someone know. Later the manager brought my food. He handed it to me me and yelled dont come back bye.

This place will only take orders through the kiosk, app, or drive thru. I went inside and ordered through the app. The staff had no idea how to do table service which is an option. They got my order wrong and gave me a bad attitude when I asked that they fix it. They drop off your food at the table and leave. They do not give you any napkins or condiments. Unless you go ask for them. They then give you a bad attitude because youre an inconvenience to them. The food was not fresh and we got terrible service.

The counter service awesome the ladie greeted me n my child awesome service since I brought my daughter we decided to eat inside well there was the cleaning guy at first he just game me a look but I didn t mind you know i said good morning but oh boy when it was time to go he was mopping the floor s as soon as we stepped to the door he looked at me mad and I stopped and asked can we passed he rolled his eyes and said well go on but yes with an attitude he made me felt so bad I apologized i mean . To you I understand perfectly the role honestly thank u for doing that job but one thing I don t comprehend is if you dont enjoy your job dont like the job or you get bother by the customers dont take it on us if you having a bad day dont take it on us trust me you don t know what us as customers going through at times but not for that we going to take it on you guys remember life its too short to be rude to one an other do everything that you do with a smile we the customers are the ones that make that pay check coming to you not the company remember that and just remember live life to fullest and always give the best of you i hope u get to read this review once again im truly sorry to decide to leave the premises at the wrong time..(when you were mopping)

If you are an introvert who is looking for a sterile non human experience go inside this place. They would not take my order at the counter, instead pointed me and 2 other people to the kiosk. I pay for it, I have to take my own order, whats next? I have to get on the grill. Just close the inside already.

I always seem to get the same woman in the drive thru pickup window with purple hair. Never says a word, never smiles, never acknowledges that I am there. There is also always something missing in my bag. McDoubles seem to taste weird at this location, I dont like them from here. They also seem to take advantage during the rush around 4pm because very one is getting McDonalds for their kids after school. With the long lines they are trying to be slick and give cheaper items when you order more expensive burgers. Terrible.

After a coworker of mine ordered through the app for me to pick up our food. I get there and walk in I stood at the counter for 8-10minutes waiting for acknowledgment, not one person bothered to acknowledge me. 3 associates walked past me as well as the assistant manager on duty Antoinette. Finally an associate, being called to the front for paperwork with the manager sitting down eating chick fil a in the lobby, decided to ask me if I needed help but was unable to find my order. After explaining the issue to me as to why, someone else stepped up for me to reorder my food there in person. The assistant manager was highly unprofessional and the staff is very under trained with guest interaction and experience. I will never be visiting this location again. This was the worst McDonald s experience I ve ever had. As someone who works in retail management myself , I would be highly embarrassed by how this place is ran. The entire interaction took roughly 45 minutes.

Rude employees! Horrible service. The ice cream machine is ALWAYS broke or out of ice cream after 7 pm, daily. We went everyday for a month this Summer just to see, and yea they re lazy, closing the ice cream machines down early is what they re doing. We are reporting this to the correct person that needs to be aware of what they re doing. Sad.

Manager is rude and disrespectful .. also let me order and pay , then tells me they dont have the things I ordered, then let me order something different and tells me the same thing again! I also saw a large cockroach crawling on the register floor and when I told her she said she didnt care, I asked for napkins and she told me to go get toilet paper. This place is a joke. The rufe snow location is way better . I only came here for a bigger play area for my kids. Big mistake! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE

These two stars are for mainly nighttime. For two weeks straight, I came to this McDonald s and all they can say is I m sorry we re only serving chicken. If I tell them I have an order for DoorDash or Uber eats they ll tell me to pull around and then I still have to wait on it. Can you please tell me when this location stopped serving Uber eats and DoorDash after 2 AM. They just missed out on a $60 order.Also I have pulled up to this location and nobody answered me then when I pulled around, I saw them sitting in the lobby talking. This is by far the worst location at night!!

I always order Triple Cheese burgers and I always receive a double. I have no idea what thats about but the last one I got was burnt. Yeah, that almost black thing is the bun not the patty. Maybe they were mad I complained about the fact I paid for a triple cheeseburger and got a double so they burnt my bun.

I came in and ordered on the app. I had my food in less than two minutes. I ordered chicken nuggets and a double cheeseburger. The nuggets were absolutely delicious. Crispy and juicy. I had to stop myself from ordering more! The cheeseburger was good. Just the way ordered it! W/o onions, plus mayo. Vegetarian options: I dont think McD has salads anymore. I dont see them on the menu. Parking: I find it easier to park near Ross and walk than to utilize the small, crowded, busy parking lot.

Quite possibly the worst McDonalds ever. Supposedly open 24 hrs but the staff seems to decide when they want to work. It s not uncommon to pull up in the mornings and get no answer on the intercom. I even attempt to call the store but never get an answer. Manager is useless. Her response is always, I didn t know . It s the blind leading the blind here. I ll be thankful when the Chick-fil-A next door reopens.
