Their auto department sucks. I waited for an hour just to find out they already canceled the order due to issue with drain plug. All this time i see that group of kiddos chatting near my car, when all they had to do was go inside and send me on my way. Could have been out of there in 20 min. Spent an hour for nothing. Careless employee and their manager didnt do nothing to make things better. Not even asking them why they took their time. Will never go back here for a car service

The people shopping for customers with the blue carts have no manners at all. They get up behind you and never say excuse me or pardon me. I get over as close as I can in the aisle so they can pass and they damn near sideswipe you. The housewares dept. is pathetic! Most prices are missing on the shelves or do not match with whats in stock. Is this store short on help or do you run business like this regularly? I guess someone left their old shoes here and left wearing a new pair. What do you bet they stole them.

The man in the tire and battery center was very nice. However, I hit a pothole that caused a dangerous defect in my tire so I went to two different Walmarts and they told me they don t carry my size tire and that I would have to order it. I understand that it s not possible to carry every single tire but they should be able to have at least one option for my car (discount tire had 5 options). I bought the tires from here along with the road hazard warranty. Which does me no good if I m not able to go to Walmart for an emergency. Pretty much a waste . So if anyone needs 20 inch tires, I would probably just go to discount tire.

Not a bad visit today until the end. They had everything in stock that I needed which was surprising for this location. Self checkout was fine. I went to exit and the crypt keeper was there to check receipts. I showed him my receipt and he even scanned it, then wanted to scan some of my purchases again at the door. Get out of my face with that nonsense. Unless you need clothing, electronics or hardware, go to the neighborhood market location on Pipeline. It s MUCH cleaner, more polite and professional.

Nobody is available when I need help while shopping and I have to check myself out and bag my own stuff. I feel if I have to do all the work I deserve a discount. Most people I speak to that shop at any Walmart feel the same way. This review is for ALL Walmarts. Also, dont ask to see our receipt at the door. Yall trusted us to work there and check ourselves out and bag our own stuff so you will have to trust us that we are not stealing. I will always walk past your door greeters without showing my receipt. If yall didnt want to make our merchandise and groceries your business at checkout DO NOT MAKE IT YOUR BUSINESS AT THE DOOR. Last but not least the pallets in the floor are blocking us from our unpaid jobs there. If I trip over a pallet I am filing workers comp.

There s 15 people in the return line and only one person working on a Saturday at noon. Meanwhile, there are associate standing around doing nothing. Several people in line asked for managers and were told they were in a meeting and couldn t be disturbed. Clearly, the management should be on the floor helping their associates and not in a meeting where they say they can t be disturbed.

Consistently the worst customer service. It was raining this evening when myself and 2 other families were exiting the pharmacy side door. The employee proceeded with great speed to lock and block the doors while at the same time telling us too bad, you have to go out the other door we were parked near that particular door and now had to walk in the rain across the lot. I get that your hiring qualifications only consist of being able to blink but you just might want to reconsider who you have dealing with guests. The employees are rude here 97% of the time or on their phones. I hate that this one is so close to home but I m considering making the drive to a different one.

It is not really clear to me why half the parking lot is empty because the store seems to think it requires 38 pick up spaces- yes you heard right- THIRTYEIGHT. Quite literally half the parking lot was empty and there were only two people parked in 2 of those 38 spaces. Meanwhile- customers at the store jam into the other half of the lot or park in Siberia. I can t be the only one that feels this way. It s absolutely ridiculous.

They tell me she is the assistant manager. She tells me she doesnt speak Spanish and she didnt have anyone. that I speak it, because I use the translator to be able to interact where Mrs. Bianca tells me that she has no position for me, that she did not offer me any type of help or guidance, I was surprised because I had gone to other Walmarts where I can say that the treatment was It has been excellent, since you are such a prestigious company, I was surprised by Mrs. Biancas treatment. I went shopping 4/13/24. As I checked out two items (same item) did not ring up for the posted price. I asked the girl for assistance, she knotted her head at me and I asked her again to come assist me she walked over I explained my situation, she went to price check, walked back passed me and said I have to ask the manager. The manager told her she could give me one of my items for the incorrect posted price but not both, I then asked for the manager myself. Teresa (manager) told me that the sign is incorrect and she doesnt know how the items got stacked infront of the wrong sign but she could give me one item for that price. I suggested that they remove the sign to not mislead any other customers, she said she couldnt because again she doesnt know how it got there. I left all my items and will not return. Ive worked retail for 20yrs and never heard such a thing.
