PLEASE listen to the one star reviews. This place is a scam. They almost force you to give a good review on the initial call and will charge you $12 per text, overcharge you for anything they do for you. I cancelled out quickly after doing more research and quickly realized that even signing up with them was the biggest mistake I could have made. I m out $500 but I think I truly saved myself in the long run. But they still over charged for EVERYTHING on the invoice and never did anything for me. Pick any other firm over this one please . Be smart and DONT choose Allmand law.

The only reason I used this firm was to protect assets of two cases which they assured me they would. Everything went well right at first. Then my case was reopened and the attorney that showed up at court was someone they contracted or didnt seem to be helpful or know what he was doing. Emails and phone calls were not returned, motions were not filed. They turned something into a nightmare for 6 years. I lost my assets it doesnt appear that they paid much on what I was supposed to pay off then all vultures took my assets cause they didnt file it correctly and drug it out. They informed me it was open still on every single move and address change when it had actually closed over a year ago. Incompetent in my opinion on and a bit shady. Better law offices out there. Find another one if you have something to protect.

Horrible! DO NOT USE!!!!! What a waste of time. They take your money and then waste so much time not being concerned that life circumstances can change. I spent over a year constantly trying to get this nightmare completed. You try to reach someone only to wait at least a week for a lucid response. I came into a small amount of money and due to the sorry service I was only qualified to do a 13 at almost $600 a month. So, I am no better off and lost all the money I paid Allmand Law as they refuse to credit the money owed even though it was due to their incompetence.

Do not used these people please go else where. No communication or explanation. The assistants are dumb and don t get things get completed. You are responsible for doing all the leg work. They do nothing to help. Go to an attorney s office so you can actually work with someone and your paying for them to help you know what your doing. Worst mistake ever!!! This has been a terrible experience, with poor communication, never speaking to the same attorney or paralegal more than once, and having no idea what to expect from the process. Now Im facing a cost from the courts that is more than I even paid for the law services, due to Allmand Laws lack of representation and communication, and I havent even been able to get a call back or any answers in 7 day time period that the court has required the payment to be made. Very frustrated and unsure how to proceed when Allmand Law has been paid in full for months and now I cannot afford to switch law firms to attain better representation to complete this process.

Well we became a client last August or 2023...we filed chapter 7 and was told it wont take to long for it to be done... For the next 8 months all we were told was..we need more documents..just keep doing your part..everything looks great..it should be filed this week.. We got the run around..we went to their office to sign some paperwork and the lady there was as rude as could be..they mailed paperwork to us to sign and we sent it back still nothing.. In May 2024 they FINALLY looked at our case and said you dont qualify because you make to much!!!! I questioned their lack of interest and didnt get any answers.. DONT USE THIS FIRM ...THEY ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL... We went to another firm and in 2 hours were told chapter 7 wont work but 13 will.. Amazing when someone actually cares and doesnt Prioritize their clients on how much they stand to make from the whole thing !!!!!
