This was my first time trying a Potbelly Sandwich Shop, and I do believe Ill be trying it out again! I was impressed by the freshness and quality of the food. I got an original size Pizza Melt, no mushrooms, add onions and hot peppers. It was delicious. I picked up a bag of Zapps Hotter n Hot Jalapeño kettle chips to go with my sandwich and was not impressed. The flavor was extremely bland. The crunch was good, though. The employees were very kind and fast. They made a great first impression. For the sandwich, chips, regular drink, and a 10% tip, I spent $15.35. A little pricey, but the quality of the food makes up for it.

Emily at 1960east location went up and beyond to help out customers. We experienced a fire at our home and lost everything. We came in asking for boxes she did not have any but gave us a free lunch! We appreciate any help! I hope others will come and help support this local establishment! Food

I love the apple walnut salad with the addition of avacado. Its my happy place, I decided to try the broccoli and cheese soup on yesterday and it just didnt hit the way I wanted it to. The salad was still great though. The service is always great and quick. The food is always fresh and that sugar cookie I wanted to buy them all. Let this be your next lunch stop. Dont forget to use the app. Thursday you get 2 points instead of 1 per dollar. Perks to a free meal add up quick.

Well this was our first time eating here and now last. Ordered to go, sandwiches were good. Baked potato soup not so much, there was a big fly cooked in it. My daughter had it in her mouth, very disgusting she spit it out when she felt something odd. I even tried the soup as well prior to discovering the fly

On July 21/23 around 6 pm i order the usual, 2 regular size turkey sandwich with Swiss cheese and a loaded bake potato soup, I pay over 40.00 me and my wife got sick after we eat the sandwich, my soup was with bad taste, I did not finished, that is my favor place for sandwich, there is a new manager ??? Because every time I go there, my sandwich and soup are perfect, this time Im very disappointed !!

Purchased The Wreck Sandwich and with the toppings it was a good sandwich. Went back and ordered the sandwich again then I realized for the price they charge you, they ONLY give you 4 slices of meat compared to their competitors SMH. Not again Potbelly I ll visit your very close competitors in Atascosita that gives you more meat on your Sandwich for the same price.

First time here and I had the Italian sandwich with a cup of chicken pot pie. And it was really good both the sandwich and the chicken pot pie... the only thing I wish they would have gave me the option of toasted or not toasted because they automatically toasted the sandwich and theyre Italian BMT doesnt have as much meat on it as Jersey Mikes... But everything else it was great.

Customer Service was not great. The cashier had an obvious attitude when I asked for separate bags for 4 different orders. I told her thank you and she replied with an uh huh. I asked if the snacks were already in the bags for the kids meals and she stated yes. One order was incomplete after I checked. I told her thank you after she gave me the missing snack and she replied with an uh huh again. A youre welcome or have a nice night is the appropriate response. I not only pay for a fresh meal, I pay for people to be courteous at the least.

I finally got to try Potbellys. Unfortunately I was not very impressed. The sandwich was good. I was disappointed that there was no avocado (not a bit) in my bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado sandwich. I also found it disappointing that two out of the three staff I had interaction with spoke at me not to me and as quick & short as possible. Even though it was not a busy time they wouldnt take a second to listen to me.

Potbelly Sandwich Shop demonstrates the difference between a restaurant that has a sandwich or two on the menu and a sandwich shop that has an entire menu of sandwiches. The choices are plentiful. The meats are delicious and the bread is fresh. The Original is always a good choice. A surprising bonus to the delicious sandwiches is the flavorful and hearty chicken pot pie soup. Their sandwiches come in small, medium and gluttony (just kidding). Enjoy.

This store had 3 employees working behind the counter and only one of them was actually working. They took our order which included a soup, went down the line to pay for them to say it was being heated up. I waited over 20 minutes asked for my money back and left.

My son and I both had food poisoning practically at the same time from Potbelly. We love there food but on the 22 of January we both ate there at 4:00 then at 11:00 we were both sick! We ate there sandwiches. They handle there food without wearing sanitary gloves, and I suspect they do not store there food correctly.

Good sandwhich. Doesnt hurt that they have voodoo heat zapps chips (best ever). I had the Italian, seen in the picture, and its good. Better than Subway for sure. Prices for large sandwhiches are in line with other sub places, and you could split the meal up into 2 meals if you wanted to. My kiddo loves the smoothies, probably because they come with a cookie, but those are pretty good, too. Their new roast beef sandwhich was also pretty good, but if you dont like horseradish make sure to get regular mayo. Good place. Good job, guys.

After reading the reviews on potbelly I thought Id check it out.. some said that potbelly would be out of stock on some iteams.. let it be known they had everything in stock.. i decided to go with the roasted beef.. and mushrooms and bacon.. oil. First time to eat here, my wife went in and ordered in person to go, they have limited toppings as it is, but we both asked for onions and they did not put them on there or say they were out. It says their bread is freshly baked, I assure you I know stale bread when I eat it. You live and you learn, I can scratch this place off our list for sandwiches. Should have stuck with Which Wich, best sandwiches ever!! Never tried Firehouse subs either, well give them a shot next, same parking lot.

Nice new place. Very clean in the staff was very talkative and helpful. They are sub sandwiches made the old Quiznos, way only taste better. The sandwiches are made fresh and fast. Plenty of parking room in the parking lot all around it. And if you feel like it ate too much theres always a gym next door attached to it to go work it off!

This place is absolutely awesome! I ordered the Mediterranean with chicken and a cup of chili. Sounds simple enough ,but good lord. These sandwiches are the BOMB! Its not only the sandwiches that make this place so lovable though. The customer service is second to none. This is my fourth time here, the Sandwiches are always Good Food. I enjoy the sandwich technicians sandwich suggestions. Keeps the taste buds on point. With that being said. Their sandwiches run from $5.45 on up to $9.05.They also advertise the mac and cheese with toppings (Ive never tried it) for $3.50 up to $6.15, Ice creams, Soups, Chips, drinks, cookies, shakes, malts, and smoothies are separately charged as they should be. Very kind and helpful staff. The atmosphere is enjoyable as well. For me, its not an everyday stop, but well worth it when I drop in. Ive never had a bad experience here... Cant imagine anyone would.

So I was one of THOSE customers, Ill admit it, I paid in change, and I shame myself for being one of those customers we all hate to get. But man when you get a Potbellys craving, nothing else can fix it but Potbellys. Its that Italian. Its awesome. So I order my italian and I asked Kristi if I can pay in change. She smiled and was very nice and said of course! While I counted out change, she made my sandwich with kindness and skill. It wasnt thrown together like slop you might get elsewhere when you pay with change. She just accepted my change, a little polite conversation, and a really good lunch. Potbellys is awesome. Awesome food. Amazing staff. Ps. Wheres the flipping tip jar!!! How can you not tip such awesome service? I wanted to tip!

Placed an online order and paid online already. When I got there they told me they ran out of brocolli and cheese soup. Not a problem I said, and called my wife to see what other soup she would like. We ordered chili instead. Cashier tells me the new total and I told her we already paid online. She tells me the chili cost more then brocolli and cheese soup. I said so because you ran out of a product it is my fault and I have to pay for that? She said yes, and found out she deleted my online order and is now double charging me over .20 cents!! Last time I go there and I am a long time customer of the galleria and woodlands location hope .20 cents was worth losing a permanent customer. Talked to manager as well and she did nothing to fix the problem

My husband and i went to try this place for the first time. We placed our order and was standing at the register for at least 5 mins while the female worker with short hair completely ignored us . She made 3 shakes , didnt even once look at us or say a word... she had zero costumer service. The sandwiches were getting cold. We walked out. It was our first and last . We will never go to a place of business that doesnt care for its costumers. The owner should think about re training her or letting her go. If she has this horrible of costumer service now when you just opened up imagine her in a few months.
