I give Walgreens a 0 instead of a star. Trying to call them about a prescription is exhausting because they never answer the phone. They keep you on hold for over 30 minutes and then disconnect the phone..

I just came to this location to pick up my antibiotics after denture surgery. The lady at the pharmacy denied my medicine without a Texas ID, I gave her my electronic passport(from my original country) she said couldnt accept it because it could be fake! And asked me if I was mexican, I said no! Please look my passport, she stated that I had to bring someone with a US ID in order to pick up my medicine, when my girlfriend showed up, the manager and the lady at the pharmacy did not asked my girlfriend any ID and just gave me the medicine after I paid. I felt I was discriminated and no doubt this was very racist! My girlfriend asked them where is a written policy where a customer needed a US ID in order to pick up a medicine. No answer! Never got an experience like this before. Will never comeback over here.
