If I could give zero stars I would. Our first visit in about 1 1/2 years, will NOT ever be going back. Went about 6:15 on Friday. Paid for 4 buffets and $20 on game cards and of course they don t tell you ahead of time that half of the games are out of service. While paying had no idea they didn t have any pizza out and that other customers had been waiting 20 minutes for more pizza to be brought out. One shriveled up desert was out. Saw at least 2 people taking videos of the empty pizza bar. Salad bar was DISGUSTING. Took our grand daughter (3) to the restroom and she vocalized how bad it stank!

The food was good and the temperature was excellent, each pizza was finished quickly and the next one was served. The vegetables were fresh and the food area clean. Attentive employees! But both bathrooms could not be entered due to the bad smell. Even the smell was felt close to the area...HORRIBLE!

Update 3 years later. Its sad compared to 3 years ago. Salad bar is looking pretty sad. Soggy mushrooms and not a lot of selection. Asked for a spinach pizza and got depressed when it came out. Literally 1.5 spinach leaves per slice. See pics. Would not recommend until management puts some gumption into revive the food.

I was pleasantly surprised by this location. Customer service was excellent. It was very clean, and they were able to accommodate 6 hungry teenagers in the late evening hours. The dessert did require a wait but it was so delicious that it was worth the wait!

We went there around 2 in the afternoon and most of the food was cold. Granted it was a weekday so there wasn t many people there, but I still believe the food should be replaced in a timely manner so that it doesn t get cold. On our way out, they had just replaced some of the food, and I will say the hot food was satisfactory.

When i was eating here everyone was busy in there areas and it was busy but marvan didnt bother to help out until last minute making all the workers stressed out because he was hell at them and o noticed whenever mess something up he blames one of his workers i feel like he shouldnt be there anymore if thats how he is everyday

Just 6 month after my first visit the decay was noticeable, trash on floor, rug by the drink machines dirty, counter area around the pizzas needed wipe down big time, tables where not cleaned up on a timely manner, same dirty tables when we arrived were still dirty by the time we left. Employee eating on the service line, dont they have a break?

Food was overcooked and cold. We sat in a area and later found out were going to be closing the section at 6:30pm. We found this out because one of the employees came and told us which wasnt a problem. The problem was the employee kept walking back and forth staring at us while we ate. Plus make sure you go to the restroom before you decide to go there. The toilets were clogged, doors wouldnt latch and it smelled like a outhouse.

I was very disappointed in my takeout order last night. Not sure if the person making my order was just not in the mood. Not to mention, they ran out of cheese and pepperoni while makingmyorder. I ordered a pepperoni roll and didnt get it. All of the pizzas I got were burned. Very distasteful. They wanted me to take them back. Gas is too high. My order should have been done correctly. Kim YOU as a lead should have had a better attitude and handled it more appropriately. Saying Pizzas on the line arent burned wasnt the right answer. Got to do better Gattis. Let me know if Kims job is available, and I will apply.

Gatti s is phenomenal. Every employee here has been friendly and helpful. I even had two women come up and ask if I was okay during my lunch. They are on top of it. The food is an easy 8 out of 10, which is good, especially for a buffet. I m not super picky, but all four of the pizza types I have tried here were good and cooked well. The dessert options are delicious and the salad bar is stocked. Even the sides like the corn and the Mac and cheese were warm, fresh, and all around fantastic. The games are a bit pricey which is pretty much the norm for arcades these days. I d come here much more though if a free 30 minutes to an hour was included with the buffet. $10-20 per person goes by in a heartbeat.

Pros - Good pricing, we like the food & game play packages, place was clean, service is good, & they have a good arcade area. Cons - Pizza is mediocre at best. Not a lot of varieties of pizza. We went when they opened & pizza was luke warm. They only put out a few pizzas at a time so you may have to wait for what you want as they go quickly. Overall its good if you have kids & want an outing with food & fun for a good price. Kid-friendliness: Its made for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

I love going here because of the salad, mushrooms were old and slimy, literally made me spit it out. A lady bought more out and I decided to get some and they were still bad. I waited a little bit more and looked, the ones there looked slimy too. Highchairs are always sticky and looks like they dont clean them.

Its an alright place. Main issues is that one of there games are dangerously broken. This whole thing tips and sways, tonthe point where it looks like its about to fold into itself. You can see underneath it where its broken. They are going to get someone hurt. After talking to an employee management knows and wont fix it apparently.

This was my familys first time coming here. It was not a bad experience at all. The food was good. They have a nice salad bar. I would have liked for a turkey or chicken option since I dont eat pork but it was okay without it. I personally felt like it was a little overpriced at approximately $30 for 2 people. My kids enjoyed it, but I wouldnt come back because Id never eat or drink $15 worth of food and drinks. Even with the small slices of pieces, I had 4 slices, a small salad, and tried the mac & cheese. I wanted to try the corn, but it was old. I had zero room to try their dessert. Its a high-end Cicis pizza with more room and more games. Some of the food was old and dried out, and it took them a little while to start putting out more food. This is a nice spot for a large group of kids/ get-together for a pizza night. The employees were nice.

My daughter requested to celebrate her 6th birthday party here and after hassling with her to pick other places with better birthday packages for the price she won and I booked her party on December 28, 2023 and paid for it. Her party was book for January 6th, 2024 so that was a 10 day notice. I called and asked a couple questions on January 5th, so at least one employee and one manager knew about the party the following day. We showed up 15 minutes early so we could make sure everything was in order and get ready for the party. When we showed up the party planner was not there due to illness (understandable) the 2 employees did not know about the party. Took a little bit and got us back to the party room, she tried putting us in party room 1 and immediately closed the door because it was full of boxes and clutter. She put us in party room 2, there were blue balloons from another party, a small Christmas tree, couple boxes and ornaments we moved to the room over. There was trash, pictures from another party, pizza stuck to one of the tables, tables and chairs were unorganized, chalk was had stuff written on it and half erased and there was no trash can. I wish I had taken pictures before We cleaned everything up and made the room doable. Our party was at 2:00 thinking we only have 90 minutes for the room the pizza would be out by 2:30 at the latest.. no one fed their kids a full lunch so all kids are hungry and ready to play games. The pizza for the kids came to our room at 2:56. This give us 30 minutes to feed the kids, do my daughters birthday cake and presents before clearing the room- I did not leave the room at 3:30 as they had no other parties for the day and were delayed due to miscommunication and un-organization. I was told by someone the party planner was on the way and would handle everything and given extra game cards. I was told the party planner would handle the refund I was supposed to receive for half the party. The one female employee checked on us once about 5 minutes after the pizza was delivered to the room and not again. We set the decoration (table cloths, plates, napkins) given to us up. We did not get balloons, the kids played with the balloons left from a previous party. My daughter did not receive the free buffet for next visit that is advertised in the silver party package. We got dirty looks and attitude from 2 of the employees. I m very upset, we were so excited when moving to Fort Cavazos that there was a Mr. Gatti s in town, we visit frequently for dinner and family game nights. At the end of the party when asking about the refund the person that told me I would receive had already got off work and failed to mention to the manager or employee that I was to receive one, and I was told I owed $119.00 . For what? The money spent on the party package was not even worth it and I was absolutely not going to pay a random $119.00 I questioned the $119.00 and asked for an itemized receipt for this $119.00, the employee was flustered and could not tell me. She went and got the manager of the new shift from the back and that got cleared up and I was told a refund would be on my card used to pay for the party the next day. Still no refund. I advertised this place to my neighbors on Fort Cavazos, telling them the food and environment was great. There were not many options for pizza, the 2 slices I got from the buffet were cold, the salad was almost out and the ranch was empty for a while. The desert pizza was a disaster and the buffet line was dirty (man n cheese, ranch and other things on the counter) The pizza that was brought to the room was good and hot. I m usually very relaxed, easy going and understanding. I felt uneasy and like I was being judged for bringing up issues that I feel should not have happened in their establishment in the first place. As I stated this is a common restaurant we visit as my 3 children and husband eat the food and play games for family time after. Very, very, upsetting.

Arrived on Sunday 31DEC23 @ 1115. Soda Fountain was disgusting and looked like it had not be cleaned in months. There were two pizzas on the buffet and one that sat in the window for at least 15 minutes. Kids at counter height were coughing on the food. Within an hour of leaving we both became sick. Reported to the health department. Unfortunately you have to give one star but reality is they do not deserve a star.

My family and I went to Mr. Gattis to get out of the house, enjoy some yummy food, and play some games. Well, when we got there there was hardly any food on the buffet. Had we saw that before we paid, we probably wouldve went elsewhere. The little bit of food that was out there had been sitting for a while, which is crazy because it wasnt like that before. Im not sure if they were short handed or what, but nobody moved with a sense of urgency at all. And if they were short handed then the cashier shouldve said something, so that people would be in the know and understand. The only thing that was full was the salad bars. Drink station was disgusting, no napkins in any of the dispensers, just a mess. As more people started to come in, it was basically survival of the fittest to see who could get to the pizza first as they slowly started to put it out. Once more people started to come in for work, things slowly started improving. I just couldnt understand how its a buffet, but theres hardly anything to eat on the buffet. I mean everything from the spaghetti noodles to the green beans(that had been sitting for so long that what was left was shriveling up and drying out), literally everything except the salad bar. IF we ever decide to go back, hopefully its a better experience.

I took my family out, which is rare and when we arrived we paid 85 dollars and there was not one pizza at the buffet. It was around 330 when we arrived. Also the salad bar was not attended to and the ingredients were all mixed together. The staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed and snappy. They only have one soda machine working half of their arcade machines were run down or out of service. Had a horrible experience and paid 85 dollars which is alot of money. Negative stars. It was a Saturday where was the prep. Also all the tables were dirty and had plates stacked and left there water or soda was spilt on the floor and Noone came and mopped it. Our family was hungry and we had to wait and attack pizza like vulters because they brought one out at a time. Never again! Yall should really be shut down.

Had so much fun tonight, the buffet was always full of fresh pizza, breadsticks, and dessert. My kids had so much fun playing in the gameroom and loved all of the choices for prizes! The staff was very friendly and the fact that they had characters walking around and interacting will all of the children made our experience so much better. The new GM is definitely turning the store around. Parking: The parking lot looked amazing with the fresh coat of paint on it. Even though it was busy there was still plenty of parking

Not impressed with the Killeen location. When we went they charged us for the $20 game play cards and only loaded $10 in each. They did fix it after I showed them the receipt so make sure you check the game cards before you use them. The dining area was full of dead crickets and the buffet could have used a lot of attention. The games are expensive for a lot of them to not be working. We will not be going back.

Really good pizza buffet, the salad bar was good, the pizza was pizza from a buffet. They didnt have any pepper. But the atmosphere was fun and kid friendly, for the price it was a great stop! Kid-friendliness: The games are pricy but kept the kiddos happy while the adults visited. Prizes are better than other pizza game places.

They never answered phone as we drove from 15 miles to order on our way. Walked in and no one at counter ordering so they were not busy. We then ordered pizza and took home. It was half the ingredients and even crust was so thin it didn t have complete edges. We love the Sampler and this was not what it should have been. Oh and the girls at the counter were more interested in pulling their hair in a pony tail over and over again and looking in their reflection than anything else. Awful experience and worse food. Not cheap so a real bad d experience all around.

Please save your money and don t come here the manager is completely disrespectful. He gave me sass from jump after I had made a reservation over a month in advance and gatti completely forget about it and didn t have anything set up. He side- barred me and never let me finish a sentence terrible customer service still and when I asked for the number to corporate and his name he completely dismissed me and walked away. I had to ask another associate for his name and another manager name. Terrible service and I m pretty sure he treats his employees just as he does the customers. Terrible

I drive from Waco to visit this place. I had my 92 year old Mom with me. She wanted wings, but did not know what flavor she wanted. The young lady went and got each of the sauce for her to taste. The manager even came out to try to help her decide. They went so caring to my Mom. They did not have to do it. They went beyond making our experience special. I really appreciate that. I will continue to drive there to get my Gattis fix. Oh and by the way the closest one would be in Temple. Thank you all for the good service we received.

We re here right now and they don t have anything. We spent money to come choose and eat plenty of food but they don t have veggies or dessert. No dressing for salad and barley any pizza.
