As I am writing this review I have been waiting 90 minutes for my food. The table has all received their food but me. Just overall terrible experience for a place I have heard good reviews for and was looking forward too. Update two years later: I tried here again due to some family members really wanting to go. This time was a totally different expirience. Service was wonderful and the food and drinks were amazing. Now i look forward to coming back

This was only my second time going to first watch and the greet team is amazing Carlise the host did an amazing job making me feel welcomed in and leaving having a smile on my face as for service the food was everything I wanted it to be and more I couldn t seem to make up my mind but our waitress Alyssa helped us choose a perfect combination of everything I wanted the service was quick and inviting and I would choose this place time and time again!!

First of all, our waitress Kyerrah was fantastic. Very friendly and attentive. The place was packed but she was really on top of things. I ordered a Bacado omelet and she came to tell me that their whole avocados were hard but they had some mashed avocado that was soft and asked if it was ok with me to sub that. She kept our drinks filled and checked up on us more than once. Always had a smile too. Great service and delicious food.

Our first time here. We asked for recommendations from the waiter, and he did not disappoint. I stepped out of my comfort zone and ordered the chili chorizo omelette. It was delicious with lots of flavors! And, the seasoned potatoes and toast certainly complemented the meal. I will definitely order again! Coffee was enjoyable and the atmosphere laid back on a Sunday morning.

Went to grab a bite with some friends yesterday and could not describe how delightful this dining experience was. Service was great and felt well attended too, I can be needy and picky due to personal dietary restrictions and my server covered it all. Kasandra was amazing with my annoying every two second requests. She helped us with the menu and all of the changes to make it just right. Loves the service and the food was great also. Not so much a fan of the turkey gravy and biscuits but the egg and seasoned potatoes was amazingly refreshing. Kasandra is absolutely amazing and her attention to detail is top notch. Our visit at the first watch restaurant was by far one of the most smooth and well customer service oriented experience so far. Mrs. Kye was well organized with her orders, and had a wonderful personality, and kept us taken care of out whole time we were here. Great asset to the first watch team, keep it Kye thanks .

Service was amazing! Kye was an amazing server! Food was pretty good, i do wish the seasoned potatoes were cooked all the way. They were hard to consume at times and had to be helped with my drink but over all i had a great experience.

KASANDRA was very accommodating and attentive. She helped me make adjustments to my order according to my dietary needs. I had the Fritta Rustica - an Italian style fritta with mushrooms onions kale and tomatos with gluten-free toast and a great coffee. The Atmosphere was pleasant the waitress allowed me to sit by the window to enjoy my meal. It was a Sunday a little after 9a so it wasnt too busy, tho the crowd has started to grow by 10a. I havent been here a while and the service and food is still as consistant as always. Dietary restrictions: They have healthy options here. Gluten-free items and there are vegatarian options. Parking: Depending when you come your options will be plenty or sparse, but it is good to note there is parking in the back and a walk way thru the back parking to the restraunt entrance. Go between Ideal Dental and Zales then head down to the corner ans there is First Watch.

A little too expensive and kind of slow. Other than that its all around great. Nice environment and good food. The last couple of times I went the food wasnt very good. Kind of disappointing.
