UPDATE UPDATE: One.... More.... Try. Just this time, needed bag of ice. Thats all. Ice. One stall wasnt working. Went to another stall, that one wasnt working either. Went to third stall, pushed the button, ....30 MINUTES. Just sitting here watching it flash. No answer. Guy gets on, One moment please. ......after 30 mins of waiting? I learned my lesson about this one. Absolute garbage Sonic. Still the same stuff. Everyone running around looking frantic, no one knows whats going on. This location is more sad than funny. And we live right across the street. It would have been so convenient if this was a good location, ...but its not. Stay away. ---- UPDATE: I gave it one more try on October 11, 2021. Its bad, yal. Like, really bad. 1. The drive thru line wasnt working. Sat for 5 minutes, got no answer. 2. Tried a stall, pushed the button. 5 mins, no answer. 3. Finally got someone, they were out of two of the items I asked for. 4. Waited over 20 mins, nothing came out. I cancelled my order and left to go somewhere else. STAY AWAY. Its really bad. I wanted it to be good because its literally right next to my house, but dude it is so bad. Ill definitely be calling and filing a complaint. Serious change needed there. ------------ Its Sonic. Food is the same as every Sonic. Except... No one really seems to know whats going on here. Food goes out to wrong stalls, cashiers cant get simple items correctly on the screen, unsweet teas come out sweet, fries come out tots, burgers come out not even remotely close to what you asked for, I dunno. It just seems that literally every time weve tried to come here for our kids, it is either: 1. Their credit machine is down, only taking cash 2. The cashiers either cant hear what you want because everything comes out wrong ALL THE TIME 3. Everyone working there looks disoriented and scrambling for any sort of grasp as to whats going on. We live close to this Sonic, but our go-to is on 1960 by Walmart. TREMENDOUSLY better literally everything. If Sonic is your jam, then skip this one and add 5 mins to your drive and go to another location. Cause this aint it.

Worker at the drive thru turned off the speaker mid way while I was ordering so I couldn t complete my order. Items were missing from the one order that I was able to complete. This location is horrible! The workers clearly don t care and are just happy to take a check.

This place was totally disappointing. First the speaker box doesnt work then I ordered my food. First I got the wrong fries and they were so hard and tasted like old grease. The burger was horrible the bun was so hard like it had been there for days. Then the ocean water drink I got tasted horrible and very suspect. It tasted like old rusty pipe an porter potty. This was totally ridiculous and especially the location its at in a decent area and the girl that brought my food with the questionable lace front on didnt even bring my change back. My food was 7.66 I gave 8 dollars. I said oh well maybe she needed the change to go towards a better wig ugh. TOTALLY DISGUSTING I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE

Workers need retraining in making a sonic blast. Sonic Blast is made with ice cream, not whipped cream. You gave us a literal cup full of whipped cream and bits of m&m. 4/15/2024 Went here today around 4:30 for drinks and purchased a large slush and large coke. The slush tasted so polluted that I turned around and went back. I pulled into the stall, pressed the button, and told the man who answered that the slush tastes like the machine needs to be cleaned. He asks me if I would like another drink and I ask for a route 44 coke. He says he can give me a large coke. I explain that the slush was $1.94 before taxes and the large coke was $1.45 and $1.68 after taxes. I felt as if that was a fair trade to cover the extra 50¢ and also the inconvenience. He ignores me and asks what I wanted to drink again. I respond with a coke and he has an employee bring me out a large coke. This is not the Sonic location I usually frequent and I will not ever be returning. I dont feel I was being unreasonable.

Ok ok. I know it s just a sonic. Food will be below average but drinks will be good right. Please someone tell me how and why I found this in my shake. I think it s the end of the whip cream they use. Whoever dropped this in my shake and somehow didn t notice needs to be retrained. I know we are only human and mistakes happen but come on guys. I know whoever dropped this 100% must have noticed because when they would have pulled the end out it would literally be missing. I have more patience than most people but this is an actual health hazard. It has been a year since this happened. I have been back maybe a total of 4-5 times. Honestly everyone I have interacted with was nice and the food/drinks I have received have been what you would expect.

I had a chicken sandwich on Monday night. Woke up in the middle of the night feeling extremely sick to my stomach, and with horrible headache/migraine. I could not keep anything down the following day. Seems like i got good poisoning. Today is Thursday and I still have stomach and headache problems. I would recommend they check for sanitation, clean up well. I won t be returning to eat here

I like the fact that I can pull up, park, order and enjoy my food from the comfort of my car. For fast food it is affordable and delicious. I downloaded the app which gives you even MORE savings. They have specials on the app all the time. Half price burgers, drinks etc. Parking: Its like youre pulling up to your own personal drive through.

Dont go through the drive-though here. You will want the screen to make sure your order appears right before you drive away. I ordered pickle fries with my order, and cheddar peppers. I reach into the bag, there are fries. I hate their fries. I looked at the receipt, it says fries. Okay, I will ORDER pickle fries and my lesson learned. The person wouldnt let me finish my sentence. She kept thinking I was trying to get the fries replaced and kept telling me she couldnt do it. Her constant interrupting before I would finish, and talking real fast (like she is the busiest person) really pissed me off. I eventually yelled, Can I just order pickle fries? (because she kept telling me unfortunately, she cant REPLACE the fries....) She said they were out. Really? Then how come that wasnt the reason you told me? Instead, you told me you couldnt replace it. Sounds like she got mad, that I got mad at her, for not letting me finish a sentence. Its a basic communication skill. Then I get to eating, theres no ranch with my cheddar peppers.... smh

Its probably the apps fault but it was not good. I downloaded the app and noticed it listed a medium drink that I didnt order. I tried to delete it but it wasnt listed. I gave up looking so I completed my order. I payed with Google pay. The app asked what was the Bin number. However, none of them were numbered . I drove to the other side and found one. I put my space on the app but it said that I had to try later. Thats when I went to the drive through. And they couldnt find my order. They finally found it and said that it was listed by someone elses name. . And they did give me the extra drink that I didnt order (but paid for). The manager was and his helper were actually great But the app. Is horrible.

This is the worst location. They are super slow and sells you their old food instead of throwing it out. If the numbers are good manager gets a bonus. That is all they care about instead of serving good quality food. Dont sell anything that you wouldnt eat. When i want a good burger i go to another location. I stopped by and waited for at least ten minutes in one of the booths after pressing the button and after the people around me had been serviced i decided to go through the drive through. After waiting in the drive through i got to the microphone i noticed it looked possibly broken and as i waited the line moved up and i still hadn t gotten my order taken so i figured it was broken. Friday, June 9th 2023 at 9:55 a.m. bad service at the drive-thru the person working the headset at the drive-thru apologized when I started driving away after 5 minutes of being at the intercom with no interaction. Its as if the person knew or could see I started driving away and then decided to speak. This was my first time here. The status on Google maps for the place was: not busy. Maybe he was the only employee there at the time because sometimes these places have one or two employees doing the work of two or three other employees. If that was the case I understand so it should reflect on the chain for overworking the employees but if that was not the case the issue falls on the employee for neglecting to be focused on his her duties of wearing the drive-thru headset.

Service was very slow. They brought me the wrong order first, and the guy delivering the food looked like he was ready to commit suicide. Finally got my order, which surprisingly was correct, and had to wait 10 minutes for them to bring me change. The reason was that someone walked up to complain they had been waiting for almost an hour for the food they ordered online to be picked up. My daughter loves Sonic, so I hope they get it together.

Ordered 2 Blast and 2 milkshakes, the blast had the toppings on top only. I put the spoon to the bottom of the cup spin it until I pull the spoon back out to check if any toppings are throughout the blast and it was all ice cream and the topping that were sprinkled on the top. This was on both blast, and I paid of extra toppings just to get a cup of ice cream with toppings only on the top of the blast. Not very happy and this has happen on multiple occasions.

First I hate the fact that I don t remember the chicks name that brought out my order but she was AWESOME!!! This review is solely a reflection of one of the other staff members there. My hope is that it gets the attention of the correct person that can AND WILL take necessary measures to remove the tall white guy with the beard and glasses that has bead teeth. The things I witnessed him saying to another customer along with the the blatant disrespect he showed towards me as well as what I was told by two other employees when I inquired about the situation with him. Update: ordered a chili cheese dog and did not care for the weiner. It was very tough -- hard to bite through and hard to cut. Do not recommend. Update: good food, no mistakes on the food. However, there was a mistake on the bill. I ordered a medium chicken sandwich combo plus 2 corn dogs and a large onion rings. There is a $1.33 difference between medium tots and large onion rings but if you add the onion rings to the combo, there is a $0.80 charge. Looks like it saves money to do it this way, which is what I believe was the cashiers intent. However, the cashier failed to take into consideration the difference in price between the medium combo and the large combo. This increase in cost was more than the savings, which means I paid more than if the cashier had just left it alone. The amount was not enough to contact the manager and the only reason I am saying anything about it is so you are aware and can watch for bill manipulation. Update: one mistake - I requested no tomatoes and had to pick them off. Otherwise, the chicken sandwich and onion rings were very tasty. Good food. No mistakes.

Edit to reply to corporate comment: After reading some of the other reviews I can see filling out a complaint would be a waste of time. Im not the first to comment on how bad the quality and service is at this location. I will just not go to this location anymore. Besides, if the franchise owner is not reading these reviews that tells me exactly where the problem begins.

Update: 1 year later I decided to give this location a shot again because its close to home. Its been 20 minutes since I got the front of the drive thru and I still dont have my food yet... Original review: I keep trying to give this location a chance because its convenient and I like Sonic in general, but Im done. This location has consistently been the worst drivethrough experience. Footlong coneys have been burnt multiple times, orders have been mixed up multiple times, and the Blasts are never mixed properly even if you mention it up front (the bottom half of a large is always just ice cream with no toppings). Last week we had two Lemonberry slushes which are supposed to be Lemon and Strawberry. It looked like it was just clear slush and then they splashed a tiny bit of strawberry flavoring in, unmixed. It wouldnt even turn pink, much less red like its supposed to be, when we stirred it in. Another time I ordered then worked my way through the drivethrough line. When I got to the front they kept bringing me orders for the car behind me and asked, Did you order the ________? I would say no, and tell them what I ordered. This went on for about 15 minutes when I stopped one of them and had to recite my order again. Apparently they lost my order somehow and had to start from scratch. Hopefully the Sonic on Wilson has better management because well be driving the extra distance next time.

By far the worst Sonic Ive been to. Sat at the drive-through for more than ten minutes without even being acknowledged, so pulled around to the drive in and still waited forever just to place my order. Horrible customer service at best, and the food wasnt even warm!! After posting this review, I read the others, and this seems to be a recurring problem with this location, which either means that the franchise owner or store manager are incompetent and need to go.

Changing to 2 stars. My last time at this restaurant, placed a mobile order for cheese sticks, tater tots and a drink on the mobile app, showed up at the location and checked in, after about 10 minutes my check in disappeared, said they were delivering my order. After another 10 minutes I hit the button to check in and ask if they still had my order, they said they did and it will be out shortly. Order came about 5 minutes later and the food was cold. During this time, Im watching employees walking around the parking lot, getting their cars, wearing their headset out behind the building. I really like Sonic when their food is good, but their food is so inconsistent they are being removed from my possible restaurants. The food is hot and well prepared about 20% of the time.

Third time I go to order and nobody answers the outside. First time I went I had to go thru drive thru and the lady apologized and said they were short staff, second time they told me they weren t taking orders because their system was down. And yesterday nobody answered outside. But I did see 2 workers outside and nobody said anything. I like going to that Sonics and don t know what going on. But I hope it gets fixed and this don t happen to me again.
