In general everything good, of course I recommend it. But I think it can be improved a little more and it would reach 5 stars. Parking: Parking is a bit tight, enough for non-peak hours; but little available during rush hour, meaning there are a few more places missing.

I had not been to the Saunders location in years, I usually, go to the McPherson location, but today, we opted to a closer location to home. The dining room is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Their menu offers a great selection of great food. I had the caldo de res and it is the best Ive had in such a long time. The portions were appropriate for the price. The tortillas were amazing. The service was excellent! Thank you to Angel, our waiter, he was very attentive to my father and his dietary restrictions as well as to us. His genuine friendly demeanor added to the wonderful experience.

Service was awful, I ordered the carne asada plate thinking it would be served like they used to . Once the plate arrived I realized it was a scam . Extremely small portions of brisket and fajita . It was ridiculous. I settled to eat my food because I had been waiting for a long time by then . I spoke to the manager thinking they can give me at least a discount for the bad service but no , manager quickly gave me an attitude. Disregarded the fact that I have been a long time customer and just told me that it was the usual portion. Smh , he said he would give me a discount but then proceeded to charge me for the chips and salsa which they never do . They lost me as a loyal customer thats for sure . In my opinion this restaurant together with all its locations is a dying restaurants and they are scamming their customers before they go bankrupt .

My favorite Mexican food restaurant in Laredo! I lived in Mexico for 27 years, and this is the real deal. Their waitresses are great too. Good food and good service keeps me going back to this location every chance I get.

The barbecue is very good and the corn tortillas are the best. The gorditas are decent and the Menudo is also good. On weekends it is always full in the mornings but usually it doesnt take long to give you your food

Went to dinner here twice in a row. Had the tampiquena and everything was either great or fantastic. Great: fajita was more like fajita steak well done, and the rice was flavorful and not too hot. Fantastic: the crispy beef taco was scrumptious and the first thing I devoured, enchiladas were well stuffed and extremely well topped with more cheese and sauce, and the Avocado salad very very tasty. I chose a limomada to drink and it wasnt too tart or overly sweet, it was perfect to chug until the good arrived. The service was great, our server was very friend and was enthusiastic about their recommendations when we had questions about the menu. The place reminds me of eat in restaurants in the 80s and 90s back in the rgv. So it feels homey and the food is really close to home.

My wife and I are from San Antonio. Each time we go to Laredo this is our favorite spot to eat. The food is 2nd to none. However the service is not the greayes and most of the servers speak little or no English. We love the atmosphere of the banana trees just outside the large windows next to the tables. We will be back.

Came from San Antonio and we always order 7 Gorditas and 1 Chile Relleno (beef) and they were very delicious. When we visit relatives in Laredo, we always order from this location. The pozole and pozole were cold, it was more broth than meat and pozole, the waitresses were busy chatting in the kitchen rather than serving the clientele. Plus, with a terrible sense of humor when you call them to give you service, and yet they dont even come close to asking if they are offered anything else during the entire visit until they see that someone is about to leave. This was my best restaurant but I dont know what happened because we will never get to this place again.

Took the wife and father n law. Had a bad experience. Our order took about an hour. Another customer went up to the register and complained about waiting for his food for an hour. My father n law and I both had gorditas. It seems that they were deep fried instead of being done on the comal. They were hard on the outer part and the masa was raw on the inside. My wife had the liver and onions. It was lacking onions and the liver was dry. This is the second time Ive ate there and that will be the last. This place is not recommended to anyone.

If you want authentic Mexican food, its Obregons on Market. The tortillas (flour and corn) are made fresh there in your presence. If you want Menudo during the week, Obregons well have it! The servers are awesome. Again, I am talking about the Obregons on Market. We keep going back very often. It could use a little remodeling. We did Not have the same experience on the Obregons on McPherson. Cooking there is different.

I absolutely enjoyed my meal that I ordered from Obregon s Mexican Restaurant. I placed my order outside at the takeout window. After placing my order, I was invited inside to wait for my order to be completed. While waiting for my order, the nice lady that took my order then brought me a small bowl of noodle soup while I was waiting. That was very thoughtful of her, and it absolutely ensured me that I would write a glowing review of this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was great, and I can t wait to go back to Laredo for some more Mexican soul food .

I really dont like to say anything BUT today I went first of all they just left us our menu there and said that they will come back.. it took about 20 minutes to get our drinks.. then they didnt have pozole which was the reason I went.. we ordered and it took another 40 minutes to get our plates.. I understand I went in a rush hour but after there wasnt a lot of people and the waiter just went once after that to check on our table. We didnt finish our plates because we had to leave but after we saw the chicken fried steak and BOY WAS IT FRIED!
