1st time at an event at this venu! Totally awesome place! I was impressed with all the amenities an extras that this place has to offer. Large enough for weddings, birthdays and any type of gathering or celebration, but still cozy enough for basic group meetings and gatherings. Venu has inside and outside facilities to meet everyone s needs, be it winter or spring/summer! Venu even has an outdoor stage for music/group shows and entertainment! Highly recommended! Absolutely a 5 star venu destination!

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and our daughters Quince (15th birthday) celebration this weekend at The Mill Street House venue, downtown Lewisville, and it was perfect! We had the smokeless pit going, the lights were beautiful that were hung in the back, plenty of great tables and chairs, the celebrate sign back drop worked perfect with her quince photo props we brought, the kitchen was very useful for all of the different beverages we served, and there was plenty of dancing space on the heated patio and back of the venue, where the mariachis performed! We used two of their portable heaters, and lighted speakers and my daughters friends and our close family danced all night having the most wonderful time! Her friends even enjoyed the great swing hung on a beautiful tree in the back. Jacob who works for the venue was patient, very attentive and AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, for making my daughters birthday and our anniversary celebration a WONDERFUL memory for many!

We had my daughters first birthday here. We really wanted to do a party at home but didn t have enough space. The facility was perfect. Very clean and accommodating for what we needed. And the space outside is amazing. Mandi was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Everyone kept asking how we found this place. It really is a gem. I hope to have future events here as well.

The Millstreet House This venue is amazing perfect for 40 would be a tight fit for 50 at least inside.. its adorable rustic backyard bbq feel the staff was amazing and super helpful our entire time up to wedding day. They provide everything you need, if you need staff they provide that too. Loved that theres 2 restrooms mens and womens, we loved the little upgrades they did! My favorite the Welcome Wall which you can make your own, the swing, and the stage, well the whole venue we love! Theres plenty of parking nearby. We definitely recommend this to anyones celebrations! The only thing we would suggest is that you fully understand the sound system we had issues where outside and inside at time wasnt loud enough or too loud.

We rented The Mill Street House for a graduation party for 40 people and it was fantastic! The inside space easily held all of our party even with one table taken up by food. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and accessible. Outside in storage had everything you could think you would need for a party. Gas heaters, coolers, games, parking signs, everything! Back yard could have easily held 3 times our party size. Great spot! Great venue! Great people to work with!!!!!!

Officiated a wedding at this very charming venue. Perfect for a small, intimate ceremony. It has an old time country feel with the convenience of being in the city. The only caveat: if you marry outside, there is some traffic noise. And a neighbor was doing lawn maintenance. Prepare accordingly. It is probably better in the evening than midday.

We lucked into gorgeous weather to be able to enjoy the picturesque backyard. Many compliments from guests on such a great venue. We will definitely be back in the future!

I ve been to several events at The Mill Street House. It s an amazing venue space with endless options, so no matter what your need for a space is, The Mill Street House can make it happen. Highly recommend. Aside for the space itself - the staff is 100% accommodating, friendly, and really care about making sure your needs are met. I give them a 10/10.

I hosted a baby shower at the Mill Street House and it was such a lovely space and easy to book. Mandy was terrific at communicating details and answering any questions, along with the visual images on their website, that I didnt feel like I needed to review the space prior to the event. WE ALL LOVED the space and had so much fun. It offered such a casual atmosphere which is what I was aiming for and the outdoor space was perfect for the kids and Dallas Stars fans who attended and kept their eye on the game at the same time! The decor is so fresh that I didnt even feel like I had to add many decorations. EVERYONE was so impressed with the space that they are already thinking about our next event there.

Great local venue for parties, receptions, retreats, etc. Limited on site parking but plenty of spots in the gravel lot directly across street. We brought in our own food but there is a kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave.

I inquired about hosting my wedding at The Mill Street House back in March 2022 and began corresponding with Mandi. It took 2 separate inquiries to get a response back. Then, I was told that I could only tour the space during a 2 hour window during the work week, and Mandi would be there to walk us through the venue. My fiance and I took off time from work to tour, and when I got there I was told that Mandi was not coming. She asked someone who works at the real estate office in the front of the venue to help us - and to no fault of her own, she could not answer most of our questions. After this, we decided to take some time to pause planning. I tried to reengage over email with Mandi in May 2022 by emailing her twice and Instagram messaging the business, trying to set up a time for another tour where we could actually speak with someone who worked there in person. I never received a response, nor did they ever view my Instagram message. As someone who is trying to have a more low-key wedding without all the formalities, I knew this place would be perfect. But I will not work with someone who is unresponsive and doesnt show up to a venue tour with no warning.

The cutest little venue to host a gathering! All of my guest raved about how cute the inside of the house is decorated and the backyard space was perfect. The booking process is easy with e-contracts, and Mandi is so quick to respond. The space is fully equipped for playing your own music inside and outside, without having to plug in your phone. Everything in the kitchen is organized so well, finding things like extra trash bags was easy. I can not recommend this space enough!

Mill Street staff was incredible! They helped us throughout the night. There are rooms to sit and visit. Tables to dine indoors. Picnic tables out side. Beautiful out door lighting. If you are looking for a place to host a wedding, this is the perfect place to do it. Shannon was always great with communication prior and after our wedding. We were looking for a place where we could have a backyard feel to our wedding but still had a classy look. When our wedding day arrived, I was in love with everything, Chad was a great event staff that made sure that everything ran smoothly. We hosted my sons graduation party at The Mill Street House. The venue was perfect. The weather has been unpredictable and I loved the indoor outdoor option. Everyone that attended stayed the entire time. I love all the details such as the corn hole games, outdoor fans, lighting and furniture available to use. Thank you for such a great versatile venue. We held an event here for teachers and it was amazing. The outdoor space was perfect with twinkle lights & the stage. The landscaping was also beautiful. What a cool venue! I catered (Fancys Personal Chef Services) a wedding rehearsal dinner for 55 people. My first time there. Consider this place for your group gatherings...very new and updated farmhouse rustic with offices, living room, small kitchen, plenty of places to sit n relax, big backyard with a stage/gazebo and picnic tables. Having grown up in Lewisville, its been so great to see so much revitalization in Old Town and I love the charm at The Mill Street House. My husband and I have attended several events in the space and it really seems to accommodate all level of needs. Most recently, we hosted my kiddos birthday party with about 50+/- friends and family and the space was perfect (I wish I got more pics). The indoor area is cozy and comfortable and the outdoor space cant be beat. Definitely looking forward to the next event at The Mill St House!
