I have a 25 year old sliding glass door on an aluminum track. They removed the patio door, changed the rollers and adjusted everything for a precision slide. This week I had my 2nd windows swapped out with a high tech vinyl argon filled double pane model. The builder windows used are no where near as good as these. The process went smooth and the price was reasonable. If you are tired of your old windows trying to suppress the Texas sun, these windows are the difference between night and day. I plan on swapping out 1 every 6 months, until I get the entire house up to date. The electric savings and comfort is noticeable with each window swap. The aesthetics are very impressive. The outside of my home looks 30 years newer.

I would love to give a good review unfortunately they stole from me. One of the employees stole a Apple Watch from my home as they were working on my window I reached out to management and they didn t do anything about it so I would shift gears away from this company I can t image how many time this has happened. Unless you want your house stolen from I would never work with them. Very careless unprofessional company This man is a thief

THIEVES!!!!!! THE EMPLOYEES ARE THIEVES!! The company isnt firing him. They must do this often! Or are in it together stealing customers property! They messed with the wrong one! I have a police report. The employee came to install our window stole our Apple watch after we fed them and gave them drinks?!! Cause they look so poor. I felt bad for them. What a bunch of low lifes! The employee has the audacity to bring it back like a dog with his tail between his legs! We have it all on camera. We are making a tik tok and Instagram video of this business with the footage of the thief stealing from my house. To go viral. Dont bring your business to this company. They arent doing anything about the thief. Scam business. This isnt over. I dont care if the loser returned it.

Quick service, reasonable pricing, quick installation, VERY knowledgeable!!! Our technician Joe was GREAT!!! Made everything super easy and worry free. He was able to answer all my questions, made some helpful suggestions, and was very quick with his work! Minimal mess even with removing my shattered window. I will always call A-1 for my window needs because of Joe!

I have had them come out twice and the job still isn t finished. When told I would be getting a call from the manager I expect a phone call not me having to call every day to try and figure out why I m not receiving a call in the first place. Will make an appointment when the job was never done I shouldn t have to keep calling and the fact that when I call and give my address and I am asked if I need an estimate, you should already have the information that I have already gone through that process and now the problem needs to be fixed. Horrible company when it comes to communication. All I want is to get my back door fixed still has not been done.

I needed glass shelves on both sides of my fireplace. They did an excellent job of cutting them to fit on wooden brackets that I had put on earlier. They also installed two glass inserts for two cabinets and they look wonderful. The people are nice in the office and the young man who put all the glass in. I will not hesitate to call them again.

Called and some lady ser up an appointment with no information given besides they will be out the soonest in a week to FIX my windows. On the day of no one came or called. I called and I asked when someone would be here some very rude guy blurts out a price with no explanation and says it twice very condescendingly. My husband had to speak to them and he clearly didnt care. I told them 2 windows and I had no one come by and look at anything. One of my windows was broken on the inside of my home you only can get to from coming inside which I told them so how do you have a price!?!? Taking my business elsewhere

Ordered solar screens, was told install date and time and no one even showed up or called. I called after the two hour window and was told waiting for the rain to stop. Four hours later still nothing, not even a phone call or email saying they going to be late or reschedule. Now they are closed for the day and cant even talk to anyone. 9-3-2020 After talking to the manager this morning 9-4-2020, we got the issue resolved and he himself came out and did our screens first thing. He apologized a few times for the lack of communication yesterday. He and the other worker where very polite, courtesy and professional and even redid some screens because they where not right. The work was great and loving the new solar screen.

Been getting all of my glass at this location for the past 8 years and no problem. The new staff, sucks. I purchased a glass and it took them 8 days to cut it for me and three trips. I try to installed and I find out they cut it 1/2 inch to big. When to get it cut again today and they want to change me an additional $6.00 for their mistake. They lost me as a client dont waste your time with them. New staff sucks....

The clerk sounds like she hates life and doesnt want to be there...the manager is not willing to work with his customer and although I wasted my day waiting for them they never showed up and had the nerve to still charge me a deposit and not want to refund it....whoever the owner of this place is should really look into hiring professionals...this place sucks...I am willing to pay more money for better service...

I wish there was an option for 0 stars...bad customer service...I got charged and they didnt come out when they said they would so I waates half a day of work and money...when I spoke with the manager Joe he was very unwilling and they pretty much kept my money $200 because he said he couldnt have scheduled anyt appts because he didnt have my address and when I asked how come I was charged a deposit without the basic requirement (an address) he said he didnt know how that happened and wouldnt even offer a discount for the incovenience stating all all sales are final...I asked to speak to the owner and he refused to give me the owners info

My client needed to replace a broken window before closing. Mike Hiebert was awesome - efficient, knowledgeable, and fast. I think he was in and out within 15 minutes (max). I would highly recommend this company for any windows services you may have.

We had windows placed a couple months ago despite issues with scheduling and poor customer rapport from the office assistant, however the two installers did a fantastic job. We recently placed another order for replacements, paid a large deposit, and was told a specific date for installation. It took over 5 weeks, the office assistant fouled up the date, she said she forgot to call us to tell us about a delay with the installers. We appreciated the only two installers the company has yet we are not appreciative of the office assistant or her lack of professionalism.

Cant seem to get anything right. Came out and measured and gave me an estimate but only for one window pane when both were broken. Then ordered two panes of the same size when i told them they were different sized. Then lost my order after I paid the deposit. Then kept me on hold for 10 minutes which gave me time to write this review. Just tried calling and got a busy signal.

This is the worst service EVER. I paid to have my window replaced. The guy came out looking like a bum. sized my window, took my deposit, then never returned. I had to call the place, with hopes that they live up to coming replace it. By the time they came, it was the wrong glass. So they had to order another, AND IM STILL YET TO SEE THEM COME REPLACE MY WINDOW. THESE GUYS SUCK. THEY WONT CALL YOU. IF YOU SET AN APPT. IT WONT BE ON TIME. YOUD BE LUCKY IF THEY COME ON THE DATE YOU SET. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP NOR DO THEY CONFIRM ANYTHING. YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM AND CHASE THEM DOWN. WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THAT. A-1 GLASS. THERES NOTHING A-1 ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
