BienVenue (Humble) is one of the best venues on this side of town. Our son and daughter-in-love s baby shower came together without a hitch! The owners were communicative and accommodating and on top of every detail. We ll definitely use them again and recommend that you give them a try as well!

I recently hosted a corporate event at Bienvenue Event Space, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Booking with Bienvenue was such an easy process. Brandon has been so helpful in answering any questions Ive had. Quick responses and detailed. Cant wait for our event!! We just had our event, and everything went great! The whole team was very informative, respectful, kind, and so very helpful! Latrice met me the day of our event and went over everything with me. She was very welcoming and professional. She made me feel at ease with everything. We had a staff member who would come in periodically to check in on us, and that was very helpful. Having someone on site that we could ask questions throughout the night made everything go smoothly. Overall, our experience with the staff and venue was amazing. The venue is very beautiful and spacious.I would highly recommend it to everyone!!!

Great space indoor as well as a nice outside patio area. The space is spacious, inviting and great for pictures. My family had a repass here and it was the perfect location to continue the celebration of life for my uncle. This is a really nice and intemitate place to hold any and all events. I would recommend this place 10/10 and will definitely book this place again for a party in the future.

In addition, it was very convenient and affordable to have the tables and chairs included in the basic package. Brandon was friendly as well as available for any questions and/or concerns. I used Bienvenue for my my dads 80th, and the venue was such a beautiful and intimate space. The team was amazing and incredibly patient and accommodating with all of my requests! The entire team, Brandon, Francis, Chelo, and Ms. Garcia, was amazing to work with! Ms. Garcia is such a beautiful soul. She pays attention to detail and is determined to bring your vision to light. I would recommend this venue to all. The best part was that the environment felt safe at night, especially important for the crowd of seniors that attended my dads event. Spoke to representatives over the phone, email and via text. All were very professional and was working with me. They have two locations, which is great. One location had everything we needed, except I wouldn t be able to place an indoor trampoline and the other location wasn t available the day I needed it. All in all, I hate I waited too long to book, both locations were perfect for any event.

The Bienvenue Events team was a pleasure to work with while planning a graduation celebration. The staff answered all of our questions and provided a walk through of the space prior to booking. The event space was immaculate and arranged just as requested. Our guests loved the space as it was spacious enough for everyone to move around with ease. The offering of the graduation package was amazing as it limited the amount of decorating on my part. The vendors were all extremely professional and easy to communicate and work with. We are a veteran owned catering company and with us being a vendor for the space, we service a lot of their guest. Brandon and his team are always available to assist us when we need anything or have any questions. They work with us and the customers to make sure everyone has the best experience. My family used this venue for our Reunion Gospel Jazz Brunch. It was just enough space for the 110 people that gathered. I was very impressed with the availability of the staff/employees. They showed the venue to the family, and again to the caterer, and again to the band and lastly to the Decorator. My entire experience with BienVenue was AMAZING! It was the perfect venue for my sister s 50th Birthday Party! Great ambience, location, amenities and customer service! Their staff was awesome, very responsive and accommodated all of our needs. Francis helped with the reservation process, and Latrice worked with our event planner to ensure we had a fabulous time. , guests loved the venue. Got my wedding there, and the first issue I had was the candles, they advertised on their web pics with candles and when I tried to get some for my tables they just said per contract we can t cause we should hired their own event planner , that s insane , second - I paid 150 because I thought I would need the linen I just paid one , didn t used it because muy wedding planner used her owns and they told us I was going to get a refund and now when I asked for it they told me that wasn t true and they already paid to clean the linens and I know they could spend $ 50 to do that but I just rented one not 200 lol! The walls wasn t clean , hands print Over all places. Not coming there again and sucks because I loved the black and bricks walls !

This event space was beautiful and very spacious. I hosted my sons birthday party there and from the cleanliness to the organization day of by the owner and coordinator we had zero issues. Speakers hookup was easy and we couldn t hear music from the club next door which was a concern of mine. All of the windows let in so much natural light that it enhanced the beauty of the place. Very secure venue as you have to press a button to get in which we loved. Overall one of the best halls I ve rented.

From start to finish the venue and the owners & Letrice are AMAZING!!! It was so easy to book the venue online fast responses I added last minute things and they answered all my questions. The day of the event Letrice help set up the table and linens and reassured if we needed anything to call or text her made me feel so comfortable. VERY clean facility just made my whole day stress free. Most definitely will book this venue again. We also used the bartender services they provided with my package and OMG so glad we did all my guest loved the drinks and the bartender was so sweet. I have an upcoming event at Bienvenue, which Im looking forward to. Ive been in communication with Brandon & Nicole in regards to the event and I love their response time, which is usually before the end of the day. The payment portal is super easy to maneuver through and I know exactly where each dollar is going because I can see it. LOL! No hidden fees! In addition to the awesome portal they have setup. They are very understanding people!! I had to make two changes to my payment arrangement and they were very understanding! I can truly appreciate the understanding and thankful I didnt have to find a new location.

For starters, The owners and staff are extremely kind! When i needed to add things to my package after i had already paid, they still allowed me to do so with no issue. I needed extra tables that were at another location and they got them for us with no problem. Response time is almost always immediate (or at least the same day). The event planner is amazing and she has a TON of patience. The venue was very clean, they have surround sound, projectors, dimming lights, and a patio area. Its a smaller venue space for intimate gatherings/events but its still really spacious. i Loved it. and they have other locations so ill definitely be checking those out for other events as well. also, i see alot of reviews that address poor communication. I think the communications issues vary from person to person. My event was a wedding reception. I knew what i wanted, told them my vision and gave them my requests and they delivered. we didnt have much of a communication issue because most of it was in writing and its simple. if you are clear they deliver exactly what you ask.

The absolute worst experience I ve ever had with a venue in my entire life! The planner I dealt with was extremely under informed AND misinformed about the amenities the venue had to offer. The night before my event, I received a call from the owner, essentially saying that everything she had promised was not available AND he tried charging me an additional $300, saying the young lady had misquoted me. This would ve been fine had it been addressed prior to THE NIGHT BEFORE our event. The venue didn t have as many chairs as the young lady told us they provide, the projector was broken, and nothing was set up when we got there (even though this was a service I paid for). Overall terrible experience! Do NOT plan your event here if you can help it.

Great venue to book in theory. Wasted a lot of time trying to book this venue for my baby shower. My sister called and verified our preferred date/time, before booking online. Unfortunately, Brandon contacted her to say a church usually occupies the venue on Sunday, but he would check to see if the church was going to book it. *Beware the call service: They are nice but werent knowledgeable about the church booking or anything outside of the website.* After a week, she heard nothing back from Brandon, so I called & emailed. Today, I was able to reach Nicole (super nice), and she said she would check on everything and get back to me. She did via Fabian, and he said it wasnt available. I reccomend calling after 6pm, so Fabian can give you accurate availability. Hopefully, the communication and inconsistencies of scheduling will be remedied in the future. May try to book for another event in the future if the process allows it.

I love this venue . It has everything that you need when having a event. Patio area perfect for seating are. We had a Brunch and Shop event. Plenty parking. Easy location to get to. Love the owners Nichole and Brandon very nice and professional. Book this venue for any and everything I already have I have more events at this location as well as Gymnastics and Dance classes during the week. Y all better book up before I take all of the dates.

BienVenue Event Space is awesome!! Everyone loved the space for the graduation and reception for our daughter, Sam Houston State University graduate! The space is modern, nicely appointed and even have an outdoor area, which we couldnt use due to the weather. Brandon & Nicole was delightful to work with and assisted with all the technology aspects to make the day perfect!! The location is close to everything so last minute items were accessible as well. My event was a Coming to America themed Christmas Ball. BienVenue Event Space was perfect for my party. The space is very sleek and the kitchen, restrooms, and outdoor patio are top-notch. The event center also have great security measures in place to ensure we all stayed safe, such as security doors that lock automatically after you enter and a well-lighted parking lot. There are hand-sanitizing stations at the entrance, too. The owners are very professional and accommodating and were great at allowing me to create my dream for my event. I took advantage of both the inside space and outside patio. It allowed my guests who werent comfortable sitting indoors to still enjoy my event. All of my guests loved the space so much, that I have already booked 3 additional days in 2021. I cant wait to work with them again. Thanks Brandon and Nicole, for assisting me with my dream of hosting a Christmas Ball. I look forward to working with you all next in 2021.
