Look no further than My Canvas Portraits for all your photo needs. I was having a hard time choosing a photographer in the area to take family pictures and after several days and hours of research I decided to go with My Canvas Portraits and it was a thought out decision well made! Michael is wonderful! He truly cares about providing quality work while having fun in the process. The end result was family photos that I will cherish forever! Can t leave out Jessica either! She is personable, caring and did an amazing job on my mom s makeup! They are a great team and equally talented. I don t know how you could go wrong in choosing My Canvas Portraits. I would definitely refer them to family and friends and use them again!

I absolutely LOVE and HIGHLY recommend My Canvas Portraits!!! I was stressing when looking for a local makeup artist, but I m so glad I found this studio because Michael informed me that he has a makeup artist there at the studio. My stress immediately went away! Jessica did such an amazing job on my makeup as well as touching up my hair and helping me pick out accessories. They took their time and I never felt rushed like I was just another number in line. Their aim was to ensure I felt comfortable and beautiful while being pleased with the results. Mission accomplished!!! I also appreciated their honesty because you could tell that they genuinely cared about me having a successful photo shoot. I m definitely going back for family photos next!

My wife and I booked a session for our family of 5. Michael did an amazing job from start to finish. His business etiquette and professionalism were top notch from start to finish. Family photos are a little rough for us due to our youngest son having ASD, Michael and Jessica were awesome with him the entire duration of the photo shoot. We were very appreciative of that above everything else! We absolutely LOVE the photos, and we definitely recommend their services. No pressure or up sale to buy photos. You pay for what you want! I live nowhere near texas but when I knew I was going to texas I immediately asked if Michael was available, He said yes and asked me the dates and times and he would meet me there. While looking for photographers for an upcoming Killeen visit, I found Michael Anthony s website. I loved his work, but I REALLY loved the fact that I could book a consult and photo shoot online. I was skeptical about the customer service because who would take a consult call on Christmas Eve? Well, he did and it was a great call. I wanted to capture memories with my adopted son and his birth family, and the photos were stunning. Once Michael realized I would be flying home the next day, he made sure my photos were ready to view within a few hours. True to his word, they were. He also has a makeup artist as part of his team - we didn t use Jessica, but I would like to the next time we are back in Killeen for our annual family reunion! Michael Anthony Portraits was an amazing experience! We have actually used his services twice now! He was able to capture amazing photos of my family and he actually go my children to behave for an entire photo session. One of my kids is autistic and he struggles with his attention span. I literally have never even bought a single school picture because he is never looking at the camera or smiling. Michael was able to get him to focus and take some wonderful pictures by the end he was telling Michael Hey take a picture of me now! He had a wonderful time! My other son the 18month old smiles for anything but a photo, but Michael actually got a picture of him laughing! I could literally cry because I have been to other photographers and I was so disappointed. Not with Michael Anthony Portraits I am just in awe at how well everything turned out! I was also amazed because not only is he a talented photographer, but also Jessica is an AMAZING Makeup Artist! She was quick and professional. I can t even tell you how much I loved makeup! I m not the type to write reviews especially not good ones but Im just very upset overall with this whole situation . So I had been looking for a person/place that can take simple pictures of my baby on his birthday and of course of my husband and myself. We are pretty new to Texas so I had been looking online searching for someone I chose this place specifically because of all the good reviews. I remember calling and telling the photographer on how I wanted something simple and even asking for the price , not once did I hear him say how much the session fee was , I of course value everyone s time and know everyone requires a fee. And if I would have known then I would have understood but since I never heard how much it was I had no idea and was very surprised when it came to paying. I understand things aren t cheap , people charge for their time and experience I understand that and respect that but it was just a weird situation since I had heard of a certain price and when it came down to paying it was way different. Don t get me wrong this photographer seems very nice and laidback and knows what he s doing. He s good. I just was very upset at the fact that I thought it was going to be a certain price and it came out to way more.

To say this team goes above and beyond just doesnt seem like enough. My daughter is a 2020 graduate. On top of the pandemic craziness causing her to miss out on half of her senior year, she lost her dad to combat related ptsd this past october. She wanted to honor her dad in her senior pictures and Michael and Ms Jessica made that wish come true in a huge way. Ms Jessica did her make up so beautifully and made her feel like a princess and they both showed so much care and compassion as we went to the Veterans cemetery to allow her to take pictures with her dads headstone. I have had my makeup done as a glamor session and also with my engagement photos. The time spent with my s/o and I is remarkable. They took the time to get to know us, our personality & was able to help us find the perfect look. They drove to a specific location for our outdoor shoot and the unbelievable photos captured left us so excited for the finished product. Once they were ready we were blown away by what he was able to capture! Definitely recommend & will continue to use them for future sessions with makeup and pictures.

Very talented team. I had the pleasure of having my maternity/family pics done and from start to finish it was a great experience. My makeup was done flawlessly and we were laughing from start to finish. The pictures came out AMAZING! We will definitely be back. They are well worth the time and the money.

My experience was amazing from start to finish. The photo shoot was fun and we were all laughing throughout. Best experience I have ever had with getting my pictures done. The final products blew me away! Mr. Evans was super professional and was easy to work with. Jessica did my makeup and hair in a way that was super natural and still looked like me. I definitely will use them again for any pictures I need done. Pricing and packages were reasonably priced and Mr. Evans put together three separate customized packages for me. I am beyond happy with my experience!

I can t say enough about this super power couple and the way the handle business. From the moment I reached out to them, they were extremely professional, very friendly and explained the process in detail. I m not one to smile or pose for a camera, but they made it effortless for me. Jessica is an amazing makeup artist. She knew exactly what I needed to keep my look as natural as possible, but just enough for the camera. Michael is a genius behind that camera. He coaches you to get just the right pose and geniune smile out of you. I would definitely recommend My Canvas Beauty and Photography to everyone!

Jessica Mua Washington is the GOAT. This is my face 12 hours later, with no touchup besides lip gloss. I coached two clients, homeschooled my sons, did an FB Live training for my coaching group, recorded two commercial videos, and was the keynote speaker at an event ... and went grocery shopping. Me.Evans was fun and very relatable when taking pictures. He makes sure you are comfortable and shows you exactly what to do! He did an amazing job on my engagement photos and I will be using him to do my wedding photos when that date comes.Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a professional photographer. My fiancé and I are very pleased with him. I had a wonderful time with him ask his fiancé who also happens to be a wonderful makeup artist. She did my makeup for the photos and it came out great!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! My sons Christmas pictures came out amazing!!!! I will not use anybody else for pictures from here on out! Every shot was great!
