Went there Thursday Morning & the older Hispanic man with the black hair slicked back was up charging for EVERYTHING . Went to the Dennys up the road, they didn t up charge for anything ! I thought he was being racist or intentionally up charging & going to the Dennys today, let s me know that s exactly what he was doing. Lied to my friend and said cheese was cooked in her eggs. She didn t want to make an issue , but to say the least there wasn t cheese in her eggs. Never returning . I should ve left then because who charges extra for pickles on a burger ?

We started frequenting this location for dinner after my daughter s swim class every Thursday night. GM Ron and server Branden are top notch employees that truly understand the definition of customer service!!! I have too many great experiences to name them all here but from the first time we ate here to our last (we recently moved out of the area) we were treated with service that was above and beyond. I would sometimes drive the extra time it took to get to this location even though we pass other Denny s to get to this one.

I recently visited Dennys in Atascocita and had a pretty good experience overall. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, with a classic diner atmosphere that I always enjoy. I opted for the Moons Over My Hammy, a classic Dennys breakfast sandwich, and it was cooked to perfection. There were 6 of us and our Server was Alana. She is perhaps one of the most attentive and sweetest Servers I have had. I had to tell her Management how great she was to us. She paid attention to every detail. She was very accommodating. We absolutely loved her and gave her a wonderful tip! She is so very kind. I usually pick up or I get Denny s delivered but I am glad I came in and will come back because of her. The food was great, everything was clean. But Alana is an angel!

After a long day s work, Denny s was a nice change of pace. While it was almost midnight, our server, Anton, was very helpful and attentive to us, which was a pleasant surprise. I can definitely tell you that this one beats most other fancy/expensive restaurants and blows fast food away! So next time your looking for something/somewhere different, give them a try! For your potato option I suggest the red skin ones, Im not a fan of their hash browns or ff, their onion rings are great and DEFINITELY try a milkshake! We have been coming here for several months late at night and it is quiet, fast, and the food is good. Our waitress has been super sweet and the other waiters support and help each other out when needed. The new manager Ronald is very nice and was even out there cleaning the tables and helping the waiters wherever was needed and making sure the cook had what she needed and even offered her water.

I just ate the best omelette I ve had in my life from this dennys. Whoever made our food , at 2:30 on a weekday, needs a damn raise. Everything we ate was exquisite , hash browns, eggs, pancakes, meats, it was all top tier. I ve had some mid meals from this Denny s before, but as soon as I took that first bite I forgot all about it. You will not regret coming to eat. This is one of our favorite spots! Weve been coming for years and keep returning mainly due to Darla. She is exceptional in her customer service! She takes care of all our crazy requests with a smile. She makes great suggestions when I cant decide. More than just being a customer, coming to Dennys and having Darla serve us is like visiting a friend. Had the BYO Grand Slam (my usual) and it was quick and great. Best part was seeing our long time friend, Darla, and being her guest for the visit. Nobody takes care of us better! Been a solid reason for our return, time after time, for years.

Update February 2, 2023 - dine in I treated myself to breakfast today at the Atascocita location. The food was excellent and the service was even better. My server was Kevin and he was terrific. He anticipated my needs, kept my coffee filled and served my food without delay. Very satisfied. 5 stars One star review: This is a review on curbside pickup only. I have never had issues when dining in. This is my first time using curbside here. I followed the instructions on the website, got there when I was supposed to (a little early), parked where I was supposed to park, and had given a description of my vehicle when I placed the order. No one ever came out with my order. I finally called the restaurant and it took several minutes to find my order. I asked the young lady who finally brought out my order what the delay was. She said they were waiting for me to call to let them know I was there. I informed her that the website asks for a vehicle description but does not specify to call. Other curbside pickups I have used have a telephone number on the parking sign but Dennys did not. Probably as a result of the delay, the food was only luckwarm, plus the special instructions were not followed (the bacon was limp instead of crispy and the extra gravy was missing). Very disappointing.

Our server was awesome! The food was really good. My hash browns and egg were cooked perfectly. My husband likes the pancakes. Good value for 55+. Parking: This is a very busy location and they simply dont have enough handicap spaces available. We had to park 3 rows over from the restaurant, and as I walk with a cane, it was a little challenging getting to the front of the restaurant.

Updated May 1st 2023 This Dennys has definitely gone downhill quickly. This used to be my best Dennys and Ive been to quite a few of them. Hubby and I decided to treat to breakfast and it was downright disgusting! Our skillets were not only burnt black but tasted like recooked leftover food. Couldnt eat mine and my son would can eat anything took one bite and said that it tasted horrible! The table was sticky, waiter no where to be found and the chairs and walls so dusty! Extremely dirty restaurant. Never again! I told hubby iHop from now on for breakfast. Thank goodness its literally right across the road from Dennys. Ive been to several Dennys but this is by far my favorite! Great atmosphere, clean environs, hot, fresh and delicious dishes and polite staff. Its good eats!

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER.. at this location. I happened to be in the area and actually go to Dennys 5 plus times a week..Kingwood location... Waited 45 mins for a table after being told a 10 15 min wait. Then Wendy did everything possible to accommodate my request for a table but then NO WAITER came to take our drink after waiting another 20 mins.. The table next to us stated they order an hour before and waited an hour to be seated 2 hours total and still where waiting for their food.. The Main Manager came out and was apologetic and tried to make an excuses.. Instead she should of been out on the floor helping their customers.. THIS IS NOT what I know Dennys expectations are being a loyal customer for 12 years and going 5 plus times a week. Not going to that place any more and will be speaking to the Area Manager.

This service was outstanding! It was 3am, we asked for some customization to the order. The cook did such a wonderful job. It tasted amazing and it looked like an art piece. You could tell the cook genuinely cared about presentation and quality. The food came out fast too. The waitress was super nice and welcoming, she was on it, everything we asked for she got it. It was such a great meal and time that I asked for their names so I could write this so whoever runs this Dennys knows yall have some awesome staff. The cooks name was Stephani and the waitresses name was Diana.
