Customer service truly is dead. When half your items are damaged and dont have a price tag or way to scan I expect the cashier at self checkout to help me, especially when I told her that there was no items on the self that did have a tag. Instead she rudely grabbed the item out of my hands, and told me I need to find one that does? Dont you guys have a system to look up your items? If there was one on the self dont you think I would have picked it? Really rude 0 stars

I am working in the Humble TX area today thinking I could pick up some buffalo wings from the deli and some fruit for lunch. Wrong! The deli person as I drove up on the cart to the deli area she looked to be slicing meat and she continued for about 3 minutes without looking to acknowledge I was waiting. I stood there to see how long it would take before a person came back because she had got her order wrong.The lady says excuse me. The deli lady says wait Im doing something. I said some customer service they have here. I asked for a manager and a team leader came listen and apologize for her lack of customer service skills and would talk to her. She asked if she could help with anything else and I told her Thank you but I just needed fruit. The greeter Mr Cleveland of 15 years with Walmart gave me the best good bye greeting. The team lead and the greeter was wonderful. The score of 2 is for deli staff member.

Wow the lady that monitors the self check out lane a short older African American lady with glasses and short hair. This lady gives me the toughest time when I come into this store.I work across the street from this location so I often come in before work around 7am she constantly watches me and twice have came to my register and just stood and watched. I don t carry a purse and seldomly come in to just buy grapes which is not 25 ft from the check out lane. Considering Walmart do not have Apple I always check my bank account then move money so I can pay with my card. Wellllll apparently this activity brings plenty of suspicious behavior in which I have to be watched like a hawk and then a rude eye and not have a nice day like I hear her tell others all I have to say is everybody do not come in your store to steal and should not be treated as if they are.I get better customer service at the Houston locations. I will not stop coming in before work because of this lady. However today a review must been posted!

Whew chile Gloria in electronics gave me poor customer service very poor im very disappointed Dionne from vision center pitiful service yall need to have a major career fair at this location too many people need jobs to have people working that dont wanna work, the store was messy in all of apparel the tables were piled high with mismatched random clothing & tons of clothes on the floor felt like I was in Ross. There was a lady with a baby begging in parking lot as well. And the store was extremely hot

I would have giving the Auto care center no stars if I could. When I arrived there was only my car in the garage. Once my car checked in it was two cars. After two hours I went to check on my car...the mechanic was running around playing while my car was just setting there. After I spoke to a manager the mechanic then started to work on my car. I went out to smoke...Then I over heard the two mechanic talk when another customer asked about his car the comment was mad his car would be ready in three hours and then they began to laugh. If you need work done on your car do not go to Walmart

I went shopping at Walmart store #00744 located in Atascocita, Tx today. I picked up about $68 dollars worth of items, check out via self-check-out and headed towards the exit where a Walmart employee stated to me that I had to show a receipt before I would be allowed to leave the store with my purchases. I told the employee that I didnt have a paper receipt because when I checked out I was given the option of getting a paper receipt, text receipt or email receipt. Silly me opted for the email receipt and I told this to the employee. He then stated to me that I had to pull the receipt up on my phone and show it to him. I then told the employee that my phone was still in my car because I did a quick in and out. The employee then attempted to call a security officer to detain me. I then noticed that Walmart employees were only asking African American customers for a receipt and not make this request of the few Anglo-Americans who walked past me. There were at least two other African American customers who had been stopped and told that they would have to provide a receipt in order to exit the store. I got upset once I observed all this and then told the employee and the security officer that I would be more than happy to show a receipt to a judge in a civil or criminal proceeding. I then proceeded to leave the store. I then heard a Walmart manager say to me that I could not return to that store.

Bad experience today I was served again by a very rude lady who every time she serves me she rejects my transaction and I dont know if its because she doesnt know how to navigate that system or if its because Im Hispanic and dont speak much English because shes mean. She made me so bad as to reject the transaction and this time she was very rude and I told her Im going to report you and she replied Report meeeee how regardless of the treatment with the client. I dont know why they have people like that working in that area because they must have friendly people and put those types of people to work in the back where they dont see people because they dont know how to treat people. I told her Im going to report her and yes, because of the treatment she gave me, I see what she did because before me she served another lady and I saw how that lady named Isabel treated her, she is a bad person who should not work at Walmart and she is a Hispaha trying bad to another Hispanic like me how sad how we are in this country the bad and cruel human being where they treat someone like me badly because she is the same as me because as a gringa or American she doesnt have a hair because she doesnt even have the color of an American to be so racist and evil. I hope Walmart fires her and doesnt have people like that anymore because this customer doesnt want to go there anymore.
