I had a very unpleasant and demeaning experience here last night only from one person (everyone else was great). The bouncer in the picture was extremely discriminatory, judgmental, and down right aggressive to two female patrons. He made false accusations against my friend and I, and when we presented him with physical proof that his accusations were highly inaccurate, he did not apologize but instead put his hands on us and tried to usher us out the door. We were verbally and physically threatened and had to tell him to not put his hands on us. As two women we were put in a very vulnerable position. When we tried to get his full name and his job title at this establishment so we could speak to the manager regarding his behavior, he refused to provide any information. This is why I took this picture of him so he can be identified. We are visiting from out of town but will be getting in touch with our attorneys to pursue legal ramifications. Ladies beware! Do not come here it s unsafe.

I come here at least once a week, I love this bar, the atmosphere is always great especially on a mid week night. There are people of every age, the patio is more relaxed and perfect to talk to people, the music is great too, people aren t shy to dance! It is a little pricy though, $12 for a tequila shot hurts but definitely the best bar in Dallas in my opinion

I love this bar but the bathroom situation is getting out of hand. There is only one womens bathroom for a bar of 500+ people. Additionally the bathroom is located in the entrance/exit to the patio creating a blockage that can be a fire hazard. Last night the security was doing his best to keep the entrance clear and only allowing one female in the bathroom. This simply ruins the experience of this GREAT bar so PLEASE build another bathroom outside, or expand the current one and in the meantime make the bathroom unisex to keep the line moving!! This bar has a great clientele but as it has grown in popularity the bathroom situation is ruining the customer experience. Last night was a mess, still love the bar so please fix this!

The security at the front door the white guy, the big muscular one who uses steroids and puts his hands on women is forever protected by the bar because apparently they know who signsmy checks and even though I ve never caused an issue with anybody here, the guy at the front door is absolutely obsessed with me and the fact that I won t hook up with him drives him crazy so every time I come into the bar with a man he gets extremely jealous and has to pull out his peacock feathers to show who is the biggest man and somehow I get caught in between this mess and I m just a little girl trying to come into a bar and have a good time and he is just harassing me and assaulting me, and just straight up being a disrespectful man. He tried to challenge me a 5 foot woman to a fight, the other day, telling me to hit him like he was ready to put his hands on me. Disgusting. This place is disgusting.

This was a place I visited WEEKLY and loved. Brought all of my friends. Did karaoke every Tuesday. Never had one issue. Apparently one night my friends got into a problem with security now CHASE at the front door has a problem with me. All over a misunderstanding I wasn t even involved in. I m just guilty by association. Anyways, this 6 ft tall man thinks that it is necessary to put his hands on a woman who isn t even 5 feet tall in heels while he was kicking me out for something I ve never done before. He decided he was going to aggressively push me and put his hands on me in front of everyone and I know he looked like a fool, thinking that he needed to handle someone as small as me the way that he did especially when there was absolutely no confrontation argument or disagreement taking place. He uses steroids, and his head is twice as big as he thinks his muscles are he s a and because of him he doesn t deserve any kind of business in that not to mention it s raggedy as hell so the audacity to kick out a good paying loyal customer is beyond me especially one who s never caused an issue with anybody. There s 1 million better spots in Dallas to spend your money at and this is definitely not one of them.

Ive been coming here for years and can say that every single member of the staff has been nothing but kind and great to us. I recently eloped, and the staff found out where my wife and I where going to go for dinner on the wedding day. They secretly called ahead and paid for the majority of our dinner with out us knowing. It was one of the kindest surprises that we received that day. Thank you all so very much!

The trashy bartender spilled my beer and would not give me another one. When she indicated that she only spilled HALF of the beer and I don t deserve a refund I was upset and she kicked me out. These are low down trashy people who don t deserve anyone s business. Watch out for the lady who is too old to be working at a bar and mad at 26 year olds she s scum.- I also asked for the owner but he was too scared to come out and face me

Had to park across the street valet parking pulled in but no attendant .. Thought the search indicated that they had food but they said that they didnt, no big deal.. no server on the floor so had to go to the bar to get seconds, again no big deal.. mixed drinks were served in red plastic cups, not so fond of that. But I would probably return if in the area again.

Bouncer is the worst! Ive gone there for over a decade, well before they completed the makeover. But only sporadically so not like I should be considered a regular. And have hosted big groups there so spent a ton of money. Im 60, my date is 50. Bouncer Made a scene to not let us in last night bc my date didnt have an ID. Seriously? Hands down one of the best bars I have been to in several years. The staff is 100% on point and will make sure you are taken care of. Stevie is one of the best bartenders I have had in 20 years. Your not just a customer here your a friend or your family. And I was passing thru Dallas with a layover that gave me just enough time to experience Inwood Tavern and what it has to offer. 12/10 recommend!!!!

This was our first visit to Inwood Tavern and we loved it. The staff was excellent, the atmosphere is what you would expect and want in tavern. You can tell from the people who entered the door it was a place they enjoyed. I thank the staff and owners for making Inwood Tavern what it is a great place to hang out.
